Thanks for the feedbacks and that what I want.

I know I came a bit late [I'm quite occupied with personal matter and my free time at crypto space was previously spent for one case that's rather... moot] but I would like to add some more to this matter,

I thought mining machines generates profit in a short time. By the way I emailed them and I said this is a scam and they replied by saying we are very legit company. It does not make sense.

the result if you search their so-called "very legit company" is:

You don't need to suggest my advice to him.

He has not listened and no one is gonna respond (wasting time responding to him). Don't waste your time too for responding to a stubborn & stupidity person, as you can see he already make a complain to (CASINO Guru). More reliable on gambling cases + have connection/communication with Stake. Once we have the final result for his case, then we just keep comment the same things result for him.

Even we all-know, he will cry and tell (CASINO Guru) like he said on the top of my post (Stake.com PIG). ~xd

Know what? I spent several minutes typing long sentences to OP, trying to explain the possible situation, re-explaining the bombs situation, addressing his complaint of JSON file on one of the video he uploaded [06:19], but in the end... I deleted all of those posts. I think you're right, I'll just waste my time again. I should have listened to my own advice to myself few posts ago, to give up on this case, take a back seat and grab some popcorn when he address anyone as a huge conspirator circle that tries to rob him.

Some cases shouldn't be touched with a ten meter pole simply because the accuser is not welcome to any form of input.

Ok, let me try this again before I gave up [again], your problem was that you want to know the details for betID #167247337064, which tile set the bomb, where you placed a bet for two bombs and they gave you a set to check for eleven bombs. Honestly, after I've spent a good hour re-reading your threads and watching your videos and making notes, I am not interested to do it again just to fish out your record of #167247337064, and as many has mentioned, it's too blurry to allow us to read the strings, so, with the hope that the original video you own has a clearer and better quality, can you please provide the hash and the client seed?

Oh, by the way, one interesting thing that popped into my mind while re-reading your posts and reviewing your videos, that you might also want to answer [or add to the growing list of questions you deliberately left unanswered like the motion sensors, or the dispute-slash-deposit], you said you never wanted to extort them for 1,000,000 USD, you just want them to let you talk with their supervisor. It didn't match what the record of your conversation said, given your wish was granted, you talk with their supervisor [from Stefan to Jovan], one of the first things you said were:

i never asked for 1 million. i stated  either get me supervisor or 1 million dollars.

Flagged raised. Such a shame betnomi management have chosen this route.

I think you missed the instruction, I can't see your flag in Betnomi's inactive flag [nor in active ones, as there were not any]. Were you just placed a negative trust instead of raising a flag?

If it helps and you want to, just click this one, it'll redirect you to the page to raise flag against betnomi: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;addflag=2532772

Wow these scammers are fckin crazy Shocked They wrote me such email yesterday:

Your refund period will end on August 15th, please log in to the company website (idmining) to refund as soon as possible, overdue we will regard you as giving up automatically.
We will follow the request of the (Monetary Authority): transfer this money to a charity (International Red Cross).

They gonna transfer money to charity Grin Cheesy

Oh LOL, if you want to toy with them a little, ask what authority regulates such rule, or ask them to cite which articles of law in their country specified this.

if you read my comments you can find i was searching for INR BUT couldnt find as they have not arranged alphabeticLly.m

And if you read my comments, with the slightest willingness to understand them and perhaps a good reading comprehension skill, you'll find that I am not talking about the INR, I understand that part, I am suggesting that what they asked you to provide is a disputed amount not the total deposited amount. Disputed, deposited, different words.

instead of investigating me like stake investigator. why dont you ask stunna , who is missing since 15 th july on this portal ever since i send her an email regarding the malpractices.

How do you propose me to ask stunna for the absence? Last I check I don't have any of Stake staff's phone number on my contact, so I don't think I can get in touch with them at will. Besides, as you've escalate to CG, they have the right to cease from responding here and address the concern on that platform. And, by the way, Stunna's online sporadically. Believe me, the absence is not because of you, not for the sake of avoiding you. Again, this forum is not revolving around you. I know, mind blowing.

yes i tried it. why dont you answer question regarding the bet list which is given. why only one bet is archived in set of bets before and after is visible. when i checked the mines are 11. even the support confirmed twice the mines are 11. what else do you need mate ??

i play progressively like martingale on mines , so even each loss on mines manipulated bet affects my gameplay. from 4 th to 15 july i have found somewhat 174-189.

Good, what was their reply for your inquiry of archived bet history?

While for "manipulated bet" that's archived, have you tried to at least read and give consideration to understand what --again-- ryzaadit said and nicely explained here and here?

This was a particularly long-lasting scam... they must have found that running a casino somewhat honestly was profitable, so they kept it going for a long while, until it wasn't. It still goes to show that the warning signs were indeed there from the very beginning.
They've used fake profiles so it should've been the end of them using in the forum when they were exposed in 2021. Why wasn't Betnomi booted from the forum if warning signs were there from the very beginning. Could it be they've gained trusts because of sig campaigns and paying for competitions?

Come on, this thread is not even two pages long. Almost like what my previous post and reply to you on this same thread said, this time, if you bother to read the references on the trust page where the link of "fake profile" you gave redirect us to, you'll understand that the person you quoted, nutildah, is one that's very familiar with that fake profile information you gave. Or... even better, if you tried to carefully read the threads you're about to post, any threads in the future, you won't ended up like a spammer which ironically you quoted as deleting their post when warned and pointed out.

Now, as for why they're not "booted" from the forum, it's because forum does not moderate scam activities. And to answer your question of could it be... again, the opening post made by OP has described the possible reason; they build their trust for a slow rug pull.

why only 166481932007 bet was archived. nor the bets before i placed this bet was archived.
now when i ask correct question, there would be no response from you .

i placed 9 bets before the archoved bet those were never archived. why the bet 166481932007 was archived.
Coz the archive bets were entered in the system with incorrect odds.

Hmm... have you tried to consider why when you ask correct question, there would be no response from me, or anyone else, is because you demanded a response around six minutes after you posted? Where, the post itself, was made one minute after an earlier post? Contrary to what you may think and believe, the forum did not revolve around you and stand by 24/7 for you.

Further, I am not sure if I or anyone else ever informed you --and by the numbers of your threads, it's hard to keep track what's already said and what's not-- that consecutive posts are highly frowned by moderators? Make one post and if you feel the need to add more info, add them through edit.

Now, onto your matter, those list... have you tried ryzaadit's suggestion here? While for the amount being stated on CG, I think they're asking for amount disputed, not deposited?

Could you please advise what the disputed amount of 30 million dollars represents in this situation?

1469  Economy / Services / Re: [CFNP] SINBAD.IO [Mix Your BTC Quickly] Signature Campaign | Up-to $150/w on: August 06, 2023, 06:01:22 PM
Sig BB Code and Ava updated

Hi Royse777 it's my first sig campaign when accepted to Sinbad in W37 so I'm learning each day. Thanks for accepting me.

My first week W37 I've made 9 posts but received payment for 8. I don't know why.

W38 I've made 10 posts I've received correct payment. Thanks.

This week W39 I've made 20 posts from 355>375 but you've paid 12. I'm missing 8 posts payment. I've read my spreadsheets comments all posts in two days, spread the post to many days of the week

I'm learning each day so if you weren't happy with my posts you should've contacted me about the rules. You didn't consider I'm new to sig campaigns so you should've paid 20 posts this week with spreadsheets comments you'll only pay maximum x posts daily from next week. You should've helped guiding me instead of cancelling 8 posts payments.

Sinbad OP doesn't say how many posts I'm allowed each day. What's the maximum x posts I'm allowed for count towards payment? Where's the rules for daily posting I don't want to break it next week. You should pay remaining 8 posts for W39.

Ironically, Royse did not even penalize you for burst posting. Not on week 37, nor on 39. That memo only serve as an input for you to improve your posting quality and habit for the next round, while he still paid you in full for your eligible posts on those weeks.

I archived all three pages[1,2,3] of your post history as per when this post is made [forum timestamp 06 Aug 23, 05:10], as well as linking Ninjastis's archive filtered to the said three weeks for our reference. With those in our hand, let's move with your post count per week.

W37 started and ended on 13 to 19 July, 2023, marked by your starting post number #48, forum timestamp July 13, 2023, 11:10:07 PM. Post #50 was not counted as eligible post as you're yet to report and update your sig and ava. Post #49 was not counted as well, as that's your submission post reporting your current post count and enrollment, the post that's considered as paid post is the one after it; post 48. So, from 13-19 July, you made post #48, timestamped as stated earlier, to #41, timestamped July 19, 2023, 10:07:20 PM, that's 8 post, and it matched Royse's count.

W38 started and ended on 20 to 26 July, 2023, marked by your starting post number #40 to #31, that's 10 eligible posts, matched your and Royse's count, so I am not going into details with this.

W39 started and ended on 27 July to 2 August, 2023, marked by your starting post number #30, with forum timestamp July 27, 2023, 12:14:04 AM, to #19, with forum timestamp August 02, 2023, 08:56:08 PM. That's 12 posts, exactly like what Royse count as paid post. You actually made 14 posts, where two of them posted on 2023-07-27 12:39:07 and 2023-07-27, 13:27:10 being deleted, so those posts are most certainly did not considered toward paid post. But even with that two extra posts, your post count are still far from what you claimed, 20.

I wanted put Inr 30,00,000/- , this is the way we write.
Good, follow. i hve submitted my claim to CG.

30,000,000 INR is about 360,000.00 US Dollar, right? That is still a substantial sum for a disputed amount, and honestly, I am not sure if you really lost that much at the casino. I mean, I did not see any proof of your deposits or how much money you actually wagered. I noticed that in your complaint on casino.guru you mentioned 100k USD of your inherited money that you dumped on mines... So how did you get from 100k USD to 360k USD?

100 k is the amount i lost since May 14 th . before that my account has been active with stake.com since august 22, 2018

And in between those years, you never withdrawn any sums of money, never lost a bet, or the likes that allows the claim that the total funds lost prior to your inheritance deposit --nice way to spend your inheritance, by the way, now I see why you're so hell bent on accusing Stake being a scam-- is 260,000-ish USD? Or were you saying that the 360,000-ish equivalent of USD is the total amount you ever deposited to Stake, disregarding what you've withdrawn, you lost, etc.?
1471  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAM ALERT] Stake.com missing bets from the website archive odds not matching. on: August 05, 2023, 09:58:45 PM
posted complaint on casinoguru.com

I assume you meant https://casino.guru/ (or alternatively https://casinoguru-en.com) and not "casinoguru.com", right?

Anyway, I think this is the correct link to your complaint: https://casino.guru/stake-casino-player-alleges-bet-manipulation-at-stake-com

The disputed amount is $30 million? Seriously?

Actually i wanted to find INR , but couldnt find so....

So... you put 30,0000,000 USD instead? While your initial report to CG stated this?

[...]
i have been playing on stake since 5 years , but recently ever since they have stopped letting their customers use API , i was doubtful , that i am bleeding out of money on Mines.

My luck used to get 40 continous losses on mines once i deposit money.

so back in June i inherited about 100k usd and all dumped on mines.

and in july started recording bets on my ipad using free software and after 15 days tallying the bet results.

I found out few of the bets were missing. [...]

You can just said 100,000 USD as stated as your recent deposit in June, or perhaps even 200,000 USD, given you've been playing for 5 years --I take your word for it-- 500,000 USD is quite a far fetched but it's within the realm of... logic. But jumping to 30 million USD just because you can't find your currency? Well, I shouldn't be surprised. After all, this is not the first time you leave me speechless for a few seconds after reading your post.

That things above aside, I'll say you're doing all of us [you included] by taking it to CG, where instead of calling names and throwing accusations here that everyone is on Stake's side, you can now get them to an arbitrator that are equipped with adequate tools to verify your claim. And above all, it's Tomas who handled your case. I've seen him handle case very objectively in the past. So, good luck with them, I'll follow that thread on CG in silent.
1472  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Betnomi scam exit & past winners must be careful with Betnomi-branded wallets on: August 05, 2023, 08:29:50 PM

The article in reference is about Ledger's latest feature to opt-in for a pass-phrase recovery through a joint custody service and claimed that there isn't any actual back door to the hardware wallet itself from the said new feature. Given the keyword here is "joint custody" --where the process can only be done through three different custodians, to be precise-- I don't think it's a matter to be concerned about, as not even one entities on that service has the actuall pass-phrase.

So suppose Betnomi --without naming any individual from Betnomi that's hypothetically will try to pull this stunt-- tried to remotely "recover" and gain access to those ledger by utilizing the feature on that article, they'll need all three fragments from all three of the custodian companies to give their part [with Ledger themselves as the final party].

In short, only you can access your wallet. When you subscribe to Ledger Recover, a pre-BIP39 version of your private key is encrypted, duplicated and divided into three fragments, with each fragment secured by a separate company—Coincover, Ledger and EscrowTech. Each of these encrypted fragments is useless on its own. When you want to get access to your wallet, 2 of the 3 parties will send fragments back to your Ledger device, reassembling them to build your private key.

And I don't think the two appointed entities are likely to willingly give the passphrase to Ledger [as the third and final custodian] to complete the pieces as Betnomi is not the one whose ID authenticate and opt-in for the said feature, suppose the winner of the ledger opt-in for that feature. And suppose they're not even subscribing for the service, then their pass-phare were not even split and partially-shared to those three entities, so the concern of Betnomi taking a backdoor is even less possible.

I am quoting the image part for visibility. Staying true to my post here, I'll guide you to raise a flag if you deemed it necessary. The shortcut is to simply click this button, and you can choose which type of flag you deemed fits your situation better.

If you want a comprehensive steps, though:

1. Go to Betnomi's profile and click the button of "trust" on that page

2. From the "trust feedback" page, scroll way to the bottom of the page where you get to the point where you can leave feedback [you can leave a negative one for them too if you want to]. Right next to the negative feedback, there's a link to raise a flag.

3. From that point, to which you'll be redirected to the page below, you can choose which type of flag you want to raise.

Flag type-1 will only need 1 DT support to be active, but it's the lightest flag and only appear to newbie and guests. If I may judge from your situation, it's more fitting to raise a type-2 flag [a violation of casual or implied agreement], it'll require 3 DT supports to be active, but judging from current situation, I don't think you'll find any difficulties to get [a lot of] supports. You can arguably raise a type-3 flag too, considering that they violate a written agreement [their ToS], it'll also require 3 DT supports. The decision is yours.

Can you clarify this withdraw on Binance or on the exchange because your screenshot is contradicting your statement. Or is that money is from the exchange that offers on your friend to try the platform.

I think you misunderstand the narrative. OP advised his friend to immediately withdraw to his [the friend's] binance address, of which the platform in question is yet to process it, the transaction still shows pending review, which matched the statement made by OP.
1477  Economy / Reputation / Re: deadsea33 has locked his own complaint thread without resolution on: August 04, 2023, 11:29:01 AM
He did not get 700+ merit, only 258.

700+ merit is what I saw on his profile that he have as when I first saw this account DEADSEA33 .
That's why I was surprised and how on earth did he get up to that amount of me with a lower rank.
Check properly you'd see that is 700+ merit unless we're not talking about same account here.

I am very much sure we are talking about the same account, UID #106374, profile as shown below:

or, if you consult to his profile on BPIP and/or use BPIP extension, of which gave a more comprehensive results, the profile will give you information like what my previous screenshot show, as below:

He does own 700+ merit, but he did not get all of them by earning merit [other members send merits to his account]. Only 258 are given by others [this data shown by "Earned Merit" field on BPIP. The other 500 are "airdropped" to his account. The forum "rewarded" existing members prior to the introduction of merit system by assigning merits that correspond to their current rank when the merit system being introduced.

For example, if someone is on Full Member rank when the system being introduced, they will not start at 0 merit. Instead, he'll begin with 100. Likewise, a Hero Member [like me] who has been around before the merit system being introduced, started with 500 merits. Thus, although my merit shows 1,132, the actual merit I earned is just 632. I got 500 bonus merit and 632 earned merit.

deadsea33 was at the same rank as me [Hero Member] when Merit System being introduced, thus he also got 500 bonus merit. But later on, he deleted most of his posts.

The ranking system in bitcointalk are influenced by "three" factors [previously only "two", with merit being the recent addition]: post count, activity, and merit [actually post count did not calculated and considered toward ranking up, but as activity count is heavily influenced by post count, let's just say it's one of the factor].

When someone --let's say a Hero Member with 490 post count, 490 activity, and 510 merit-- deleted 50 of their post, their post count will became 440, and the activity count will decreased to 440 as well while their merit stays at 510, since activity count is tied to post count but merit are permanent [and can not be undone once sent]. This number did not met one of the Hero criteria [480 activity and 500 merit], thus he got demoted to the rank below it, Senior Member.

On deadsea33, he practically wiped clean his posts, effectively also reset his activity count and demoted him so far below, while his merit is still intact.

I hope this explanation helps you understand better the situation regarding deadsea33's merit.
1478  Economy / Reputation / Re: Banned Accounts and their Merit Status. on: August 03, 2023, 04:47:12 PM
I understand correctly that the concern you have is that the total merits flow got stuck or --at the very least-- some of them goes to waste because they're "frozen" in the banned accounts? You can rest assured that they're not... well, in a way. If I may assume, your worries come from an understanding that Merit and sMerit are limited, and what circulates here and now are the same numbers being generated since the birth and introduction of merit system.

There are group of people called Merit Source, there are several thread talking about these members, but one that probably will give you a good and easy understanding is this one. Simplified, Merit Source are members who get extra sMerit, "minted merit" if you may, from the forum, so the amount of circulating Merit and sMerit keeps being replenished, it's not constant and stuck at one number like "total supply" of a token. Please have a read and don't hesitate to ask here if you have further questions.

Anyone suggesting him to reach CG and AG, I don't think it'll just be a waste of source. If the ruling made in favour of Stake and against OP, it's extremely quite likely OP will say CG and AG are paid by Stake, or the likes.

They can pick it up still, but they need an official warrant from local law enforcement. My local law enforcement it's reacting slowly. I don't even know if they will start an investigation or not.

I don't think I understand what OKX's stance on this. Weren't on this table's pipeline, all they require you is to fill the victim's address, disregarding the source? And now they require an official warrant because the chain of transactions begin with a deposit from a binance address?
