1521  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][EMC2] Einsteinium | FUNDING THE FUTURE WITH THE FUTURE OF CURRENCY on: December 01, 2017, 01:09:23 PM
Wow, everything is suffering, but EMC2 is going only in one direction. This coin really got value behind. Really curious what this announcement on dec 19. will be. Good on me that I recently bought EMC2, got good gains already, but I will be ready for the surge after the announcement.
1522  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][SEM] Semux - Official Thread on: December 01, 2017, 12:59:43 PM
Well you are the dev, and you decide airdrop policy.
Can't really understand why you want to give airdrop to btc owners, just to attract them? If they have lot of btc they buy 10000 in a second from the market, i think you have to reward more signature and who is promoting semux...but this is my opinion, you decide.

I generally agree with your comment, but as far as I understand it correctly, the Airdrop is limited to a Max of 500 Sems per address for airdrop and if you participate in the Sig campaign you can also earn a good amount of sems, depending on the participation of course.
1523  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] WaltonChain WTC on: December 01, 2017, 12:49:52 PM
I am currently getting to know masternodes. It seems like its a good opportunity to do this with newer blockchains. How many WTC does one need to run a masternode on Waltonchain?
1524  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ICO] [WGR] | Wagerr | The Betting Blockchain | Bounties on: December 01, 2017, 11:42:28 AM
Can someone give me some link or some information where is explained how to staking coin and wich are the rewards for it?

Oh one can do that? I didnt knew that WGR was proof of stake. This makes it even better. I'm also considering setting up a masternode if I can somehow get it to work. Never done this before. What will decide if you can be one of the masternodes (besides of having 25k WGR) ?
1525  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you think bitcoin gold value will rise to bitcoin value on: December 01, 2017, 11:39:07 AM
I dont think Bitcoin gold will hit anything near the real Bitcoin. I would be surprised if it hits $1000 in 2018 if Im honest. But I must admit, Im not a fan of Bitcoin Gold. So lets see, market has proven me wrong many times before.
1526  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum hits $500, moving towards $50 Billion market cap on: December 01, 2017, 11:37:16 AM
Indeed true that ETH has seen huge adoption throughout 2017. This was mostly because of the ICO boom, at  least thats what I think. I could imagine Ethereum hitting around $600 or even more by the end of december 2017.
1527  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can bitcoin drop to $3000? on: December 01, 2017, 11:34:30 AM
Can bitcoin drop to $3000?

That is what I am waiting for since september to finally buy. But to be honest I dont think that we will see Bitcoin this low again. I would even be very happy with $5,000. But also this is not likely I suppose. Never understimate the market though, everything could happen.
1528  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why aren't there more women in Bitcoin? on: December 01, 2017, 11:30:33 AM
You might be right with that assumption, but on the other hand, in a space where you stay anonymous most of the time and where there is a male dominance, I could imagine that many women just create male profiles on BTT and on Telegram to not be molested by stupid guys. But on the other hand, I think women are not that risk taking as men are. Most women prefer stable things.
1529  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][DASH] Dash (dash.org) | First Self-Funding Self-Governing Crypto Currency on: December 01, 2017, 11:25:59 AM
DASH seems great, sadly i haver never really put an eye on it till now  Roll Eyes This was one stupid decision haha. But think it has still a lot of value in it. In my Opinion the price could easily rise to 5k, with all the informations I read... Will definitely watch it now and buy a bit and take it to my long time portfolio... it seems like a pretty stable choice Smiley

Dont know about $5,000, but DASH is likely to grow and it is definitely a good choice to have some DASH in the portfolio. What makes you think it could "easily" grow to 5k? And in what timespan?
1530  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Taking a loan to invest in cryptocurrencies? on: December 01, 2017, 11:23:09 AM
I know a guy that did this and payed to loan back in a matter of weeks. But he did that in february 2017 (invested in Ripple back then). Since then Bitcoin soared x10, so I definitely would not do that. The risk of not being able to pay back the loan is too high. Crypto is still like gambling and taking a loan can have really unpleasant consequences when one is not able to buy it back. If you still want to do it, then do it only with a small sum that turn your whole life to around if it doesnt work out as planned.
1531  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin drop about 20% after Lloyd Blankfein comments. on: December 01, 2017, 12:55:30 AM
Why is anybody listening at all to this? I mean come on, if you and your friends controlled the world and then something came up that was about to take your power away from you and you could do nothing against it, you would also try to disgrace it whenever you can wouldnt you? I think everybody would, thats human.
1532  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][PIVX] - PRIVATE INSTANT VERIFIED TRANSACTION - POS 2.0 - ZEROCOIN PROTOCOL on: December 01, 2017, 12:49:52 AM
I want to get involved in PIVX for some time now, but still didnt. What would be a good entry point in your opinion? I was thinking everything under 35,000 sats should do fine?!
1533  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why trading is better than gambling? on: December 01, 2017, 12:47:19 AM
I just read an article on mainstream press that investing in bitcoin and cryptocurrency trading is like gambling. Crazy the fud that the media is spreading because they are scared of what comes. These people, that wrote the article, will look really dumb in the near future - oh wait, they do already!
1534  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investing on ico is the smart way to be millioner on: December 01, 2017, 12:41:36 AM
I am not sure if there is a smart way to be millioner in cryptos, I'm starting to believe that there is only a lucky way to be millioner...

Second that. This is so true. In crypto nowadays its not about fundamentals or any other thing. Its pure luck. If you pick the right coin at the right time, you might become a millioner. Pure luck. Period.
1535  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] | Logarithm (LGR) on: December 01, 2017, 12:39:10 AM
I also found the LGR in my wallet. Thanks a lot, a good distribution here! Solid so far, one of the few airdrops that are not worthless scams. Keep on the good work. I will hold on tight.
1536  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Do you need financial literacy or not? on: November 30, 2017, 11:32:39 PM
Financial literacy should not only be taught in school but in our home first, parents should taught their children to value money, to work hard to earn money and not to depend on their parents for everything so that in the end when they have a job they will appreciate it even more.

Totally agree with you. In most cases this happens I think. Otherwise most people would fail as soon as they have to stand on their own feet. As the OP has stated, we mostly dont learn anything about this stuff in school and therefor are thrown in cold water when we face the reality of finances. Students should also be taught how to pay taxes and what kind of insurances they need when they are older. Unfortunately in my country schools lack these topics completely.
1537  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Which knowledge is important for crypto trading? on: November 30, 2017, 11:26:45 PM
My opinion is that in crypto trading the most important thing is to stay up to date on all the news that are sourrounding the coin you are trading and of course the whole cryptospace. Another aspect is technical analysis but this can be hard to learn and is not the most important thing in crypto, because markets are volatile and other things have more impact on them, at least I think so. As it is with every skill you want to achieve, you have to fail first, stand up, try again. Rinse and repeat, and finally master the skill. This goes for trading as for every other. Good luck to you.
1538  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: «Envion» Highest ROI crypto infrastructure | $2M Bounty available! on: November 30, 2017, 11:19:09 PM
Hi Artbtc, I got one more question regarding the prolonged bounty program. What happens if the ICO sells out in a matter of days? I suppose the bounty program will then also end prescheduled right? Thanks in advance Smiley
1539  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] æternity blockchain ∞ AE TOKEN ∞ [PoW & PoS | Oracles | Smart Contracts] on: November 30, 2017, 11:11:11 PM
the same thing concerning liqui and etherdelta.this is true or not i don't know (you can specify a search query in google like “hitbtc scam”) ,but i don’t want to experiment with my money.

Actually I have not tried to withdraw something from liqui yet. Only stocked up AE when it was cheap. I dont like Liqui though. But with ED you certainly dont have this problem, moreover you cant have this problem because ED is a fully decentralized exchange running on smart contracts on the Ethereum blockchain. Can you show a link where someone claims that he could not withdraw his money from EtherDelta? This would definitely interest me. I have only made very good experience with ED so far (besides of the site lagging sometimes).
1540  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][PEF] Prosume's Pre-ICO: decentralizing power for a better future. on: November 30, 2017, 11:02:16 PM
Interesting project, energy based projects are great and I hope that you and your competitors (or co-workers) will disrupt the traditional energy industry. I like that the project is from Europe and your team also seems legit and experienced. Solid so far. Will dig the Whitepaper and give some more feedback.
Im wondering, will there be a bounty campaign? Your last post about it is almost one month old, so dont mind me asking.
