I've done enough proving for you guys to prove its me.

Doesn't prove who's actually posting on here.

But yeah, try reddit or 4chan if you haven't already.

cracked ribs are no laughing matter

you'll need lots of time and painkillers

Or some good quality bud? I cannot imagine what sorts of posts we would get from Phinny if he was jacked up on painkillers or zonked out on medicinal cannabis.

Josh and I are going fishing this spring, while theymos, that COCKING FUCKBOROUGH MUTHAFUCKING SNAKEZ ON A MUTHAFUCKING PLANE can lick my balls for banning be for 10 days over two years ago.

Haha, why were you banned for 10 days?

It started as only for 3 days for posting off-topic/acting trollish, of sorts, but 7 more days were added due to my infinite wisdom of trying to circumnavigate said ban. Search "Nikki the Bitch" on this forum to see what I mean. Good times!

One great thing that came outta that 10 day session is that I envisioned Bitcoin 100, implementing it almost immediately after the ban was lifted. How do you like me now, theymos?

Now, I believe I'm immune to being banned, but in no way will I press my luck.  Roll Eyes

Do you not think calling Theymos a "COCKING FUCKBOROUGH MUTHAFUCKING SNAKEZ ON A MUTHAFUCKING PLANE" and all the threads/posts about goats is pushing your luck?  Grin
16803  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you even lift? on: January 19, 2014, 03:21:29 PM
Haha. Sorry yeah I was being derogatory. Not been to the gym in years. I lift my son everyday and he ways a ton. So I'm guessing that's the same as what you guys are doing? Although I don't lift him withy legs. It's never leg day.

Do you pack fudge?

I don't really keep tabs on what I lift. I usually just put more weight on the bar when there's less resistance, or do pull ups. As you can tell I'm not a gym rat, nor do I care about how much I can lift.
16804  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is 42 Coin tricking people out? Market cap is crashing! on: January 19, 2014, 03:17:40 PM
Hi!  Embarrassed

I have mined 0.0000037 42Coin on 42.coinpool.de and cannot withdraw it.
When am I supposed to be able to withdraw it? When I have all 42 coins or what?

Also, the market value seems to have dropped to an epic low!! This looks dangerous to play with.
I mean scrypt-jane isn't used in 42Coin so all the GPU miners have a BIG advantage over me.
Shall I continue CPU-Mining, this looks dubious?
See here: http://coinmarketcap.com/42_30.html

This is my 42Coin address: 4axbTVHqgXPTHgJi1fmuM56t1MAB9mkX2v  And it still has 0 balance

There's only going to be 42 coins in existence apparently. And the market value always drops epicly with these crapcoins. They're pump and dumps, nothing more.
16805  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Best exchange site?! on: January 19, 2014, 03:12:15 PM

Hello guys, i'm very new at bitcoin stuff, but let's say i have 1.27 BTC, and i want to exchange them (to Western Union).

What's the best site that has a real-time bitcoin currency rate and has the lowest fees available ( even individuals ).

I heard/have read about btc-e, mtgox and localbitcoins too, but it's a little comlppcated to me now, which one do i choose, what's the easiest and the best way ?

Thank you

Don't use Mt Gox. Use localbitcoins or sell them on the marketplace here. People will use Western Union.
16806  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Why Satoshi’s disappearance was the most important thing to happen to Bitcoin on: January 19, 2014, 03:11:11 PM
Pretty interesting article although I do not agree that Satoshi is Japanese or if at all it is one person. To me it's more likely someone British. Anyway, fellow newbs what are your thoughts?

http://thebtcdaily.com/2014/01/why-satoshis-disappearance-was-probably-the-most-important-thing-to-happen-for-bitcoin/

What makes you think he's British?
16807  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Coinye - Press/PR idea on: January 19, 2014, 03:09:38 PM
My personal opinion is that Coinye is the next big thing.

I'd be willing to bet you're wrong on that. Even if this coin and it's devs weren’t sued, it still wouldn’t've lasted long as these coins never do. They enjoy a brief flurry of activity riding on the back of some media attention, then die out. You pump 'em and dump 'em then move on to the next coin.

Might be that you're right, but I'm willing to take the chance and say that the minute it hits an exchange of some sort, the possibility is that there will be a demand for it, might be short lived, but it will be there. Everyone always want a piece of the bad boy, and even if it devaluate rapidly after that, it would be a shame to see it die, reason being, it will seem like The GayFish not to be named has won against a crypto and that might just give people ideas.

Again just my opinion.

Exchanges wont touch it because of legal action from Kanye.
16808  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Coinye makes eBay Takes Its First Steps Toward Virtual Currency on: January 19, 2014, 03:06:36 PM
Its is absolutely allowed!

Never been removed and the only cryptocurrrency that sells like hot cake on ebay, even more than Bitcoin

http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_trksid=p2050601.m570.l1313.TR2.TRC1.A0.Xcoinye&_nkw=coinye&_sacat=0&_from=R40

You're wrong. There's pictures on this forum of the warnings people have received after having their listings removed for trademark / brand violations. Linking to current listings is irrelevant. They'll be removed if/when ebay sees them or they're reported.

16810  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Venture Capitalist Chris Dixon Believes Bitcoin Will Hit $100,000 on: January 19, 2014, 02:01:43 PM
I guess the reason we draw value in a USD comparison at the moment is because there's not an alternative. In the UK, we can determine how well our currency is dong by product cost.

When 'us Brits' go abroad, you are likely to hear someone talk about the price of a pint; "It's only 40p a pint!". We naturally measure our currencies strength by what it can afford. The places we can buy products with bitcoin online determine the cost by comparing it to USD or otherwise, meaning that's all wwe have to go on at this point, publicly anyway.

Overstock's success on the first day of accepting Bitcoin was again measured in dollar worth.

Me, I'm drawing my value from cock pushups. 1 BTC = 1.3 cock pushups at the moment but it's on the up Tongue

One is all you need. Just like Bitcoin. Anyone who doesn't have 1 Bitcoin is a cryptopleb.

I'm currently parked in fiat, with 0.5 BTC (plus a little change in another wallet). I guess that makes me a cryptopleb (again). Maybe this time I'm a cryptopleb with intention.

All of us live in constant fear of becoming a cryptopleb once again. You could lose your coins in a hack or do something truly plebby like lose them gambling. I would advise staying away from such pleb activities.

I like the colours, but I really dislike that Keep Calm meme  Cheesy. I liked your other shirt design as well, but I would like this colour on it. Are you working on any more designs? Maybe you could set up shop since the forum isn't interested.
16812  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Super Bowl XLVIII (2014) Bitcoin commercial in the making? on: January 19, 2014, 12:32:11 PM
How much would it cost for a few seconds advert? Maybe just an ominous image of the Bitcoin logo? Maybe include a QR code with a million bucks in it so the first person to scan it gets the coins haha. That would get people talking, like, wtf was that?
16813  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Can't reply to threads? on: January 19, 2014, 12:28:21 PM
I also didn't read correctly... Is it 4 hours logged in, or just 4 hours after signing up??

4 hours active browsing. If you leave a browser window open it wont count.
16814  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: New alt coins good or bad? on: January 19, 2014, 12:26:30 PM
i dont think people will mine every new coin that comes out, the novelty wares off, it has for me. some of these new coins have brought a wealth of publicity exposing more people to cryptocurrencies which has to be good.

There's going to be a point where the market becomes so saturated that people wont even bother mining half of these coins because it wont be profitable to do so.
16815  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Here's how you ensure Bitcoin succeeds: on: January 19, 2014, 12:24:03 PM
I know this has been mentioned before, but its such a great concept, its worth repeating:

If you want BTC to succeed, the single most influential thing you can do is buy 1 bitcoin, and literally send paper wallets containing $10 worth to 80 people you know.

Send one to a wife, and the husband.   One for each of the three kids.  Send to your house cleaner.  Your childrens teacher.  Your Vet.  Send to your friends, and everyone in their family.   Especially their kids.  Send to anyone you have any sort of relationship with.

Buy the bitcoin, print out a paper wallet from bitaddress.org and snail mail it to them.   Include a note saying "Keep this safe.  It may be worth a lot of money one day.  You can sign up on "X" exchange and send more value to this wallet address anytime you want."

There is no better way to get people interested in Bitcoin, following bitcoin, and yes - out right promoting Bitcoin, than to send everyone you know a paper wallet.

-B-

And how many of these people would lose the wallets or look at you like you've just given them monopoly money? I think the best way to spread the word is to just tell these people about Bitcoin and plant the seed. Some will be interested, some wont care, and some will think you're trying to scam them or are nuts, but at least you've got the name out there. There's only so long before the masses have to take notice.

For some reason, paper wallets seem to suck as gifts (possibly because "it's a digital currency so wtf are you doing giving me a shitty old piece of paper?"). Who knows. I've had way better experience setting up a wallet on someone's phone and sending them some mBTC. Never fails to impress. A quick poll among my immediate circle of mostly nerdy friends suggests that not a single one knows what a QR code is, even though they see them every day. Most have heard about bitcoins. A bitcoin gift card would probably be the optimum way to impress right now.

They can always import the wallet to their phone. Paper Wallets can be a nice little gift and you can design one to suit them. It's just like a voucher at the end of the day.
16816  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Selling Bitcoin on EBay on: January 19, 2014, 12:19:01 PM
Exactly. Until they specifically add a provision for selling crypto currency it's not a good idea in my opinion. All they really need to do though is add a rule that states each party will post their wallet addresses before the transaction, then the seller posts the blockchain info after sending the btc. This is the only proof needed for any btc transaction. Then eBay can start reaping huge profits by taking their insane 13% of each transaction.

It's a very simple process to implement and the blockchain is the best record you could ever need for proof of sending and payment. Hopefully they will up their game and implement it in the near future.

Is that realy you? are you ehh male or female?

Which would you prefer? You into T-girls?  Grin And we're not sure whether it is actually her, or just some douche getting her to post pics for drug money etc. Maybe it's both? Why don't you send him/her some money and get your jollies off?  Cheesy
16819  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: suggest on: January 19, 2014, 12:06:11 PM
Who counts your posts for when renting your signature space? How do they trust that you had their signature all the time? How do they know that you haven't spammed in any of the posts?

Why, are you going to try spam and game the system?
No, just trying to figure out how it works from advertiser's standpoint.

Ok.To answer you questions then: If the mods spot you spamming they will straight-up ban you. People also report spammers to the mods and/or to the sig payment providers. They usually don't pay people who are found to be posting spam or crap, so it's not even worth attempting to do it. When you sign up for the deals you have to post your starting post count and you can't edit your post. At the end of the month you PM them with the amount of posts you made.

I finally got here to see what I need to to in order to reply to threads...Spent some time looking for the Reply button ://
Thing is, maybe after the account is verified...you could send the new user an e-mail, PM, somthing to direct him to the general rules, that way ppl get less frustrated about why they cannot find the reply button..

It tells you when you sign up and again in the newbie readme. People don't read, so I doubt they'd read the email either.
