Sono stato di recente negli Usa partendo da Roma FCO con una compagnia americana. E' vero che i controlli sono approfonditi ma nulla di spaventoso, francamente pensavo peggio. Stavo riflettendo sul fatto che il topic è su "Conti correnti", ma in realtà - a parte i 3 esplicitamente indicati come LB - gli altri vanno classificati come servizi di moneta elettronica, analoghi a un conto Paypal e quindi non equiparabili a conti bancari. Questo ha tutta una serie di implicazioni, a partire dal fatto che non sono coperti dal fondo di tutela dei depositi per 100.000€ come i conti correnti. Bè, direi che nessuno l'ha mai invasa perché era molto più conveniente usarla come cassaforte. Soprattutto da capi di Stato e potenti, che sono quelli che le guerre le scatenano. Tra l'altro hanno un esercito ben equipaggiato e preparato, con richiami annuali mi pare fino a 45 anni, e d'altra parte combattere su terreni montuosi richiede reparti specificamente addestrati. Avevo letto che hanno addirittura degli hangar scavati nelle montagne da cui far decollare direttamente gli aerei, ma non ho mai capito se fosse verità o leggenda...

Scusate al di là dell'orrido delle similitudini black mirror ecc. avevo premesso i problemi giganti di privacy e comunque si parla di concept tranquilli!
Il discorso a mio modo di vedere è che viviamo in una società libera dove la vita da single scapolone è ampiamente sdoganata migliaia di persone non hanno partner fissi, ci sono casi di persone malate di aids (per esempio) che adescano partner appositamente per infettarle come riportato dalla cronaca come ci sono persone che non sanno nemmeno di avere qualche malattia trasmissibile perchè non hanno mai fatto test analisi.
Inoltre ci sono fette di mercato come il porno o il mondo della prostituzione, night club, bordelli (ovviamente dove è legale esempio Germania, Olanda ecc) dove i controlli sono necessari.
Quindi è un discorso di prevenzione non di mappatura dei malati.
Un device del genere potrebbe dare anche una percezione di "garanzia" che la persona è sana sopratutto che fa analisi ma anche solo il possederlo darebbe un segnale in più di sicurezza per le persone. Poi comunque l'esperienza utente sarebbe progettata in modo da non far sapere quale malattia una persona ha (vi ricordo che le malattie sessuali trasmissibili sono molteplici non esiste solo aids) ma penso che dare un segnale ad una persona e dire guarda che questo individuo non è sicuro al 100% può aiutare.
se vogliamo metterla su questo piano, vivere in una società libera significa che ognuno è libero di adottare certi comportamenti (finché non lede diritti altrui), assumendosene tutti i rischi del caso. Ci sono sì stati casi di trasmissione volontaria del virus, ma qui entriamo nel campo di comportamenti criminali... non credo che sia questo il genere di soluzione al problema, in generale è il solito discorso di chi ti dice che per essere più sicuri tutti quanti, dobbiamo rinunciare alla nostra privacy: è un discorso che non mi piace per niente, che è stato usato come argomento per giustificare strumenti di sorveglianza sempre più sofisticati e invasivi. Eppure nonostante ciò non mi sembra che la società nel complesso sia diventata granché più sicura. Ma poi anche solo l'idea che se non voglio usare il braccialetto, perché ci tengo alla mia privacy, desterei negli altri il sospetto che non lo faccio perché sono portatore di chissà quale pericoloso morbo e non voglio farlo sapere, e verrei additato come un appestato... ma rendiamoci conto di quanto possa essere distorto l'uso di uno strumento del genere |
