1862  Other / Off-topic / Re: Reasons Why Google Sucks on: April 28, 2014, 12:19:45 AM
here goes:

- mass data collection without informing the people. if you do something, why do it behind their back?
- no customer service email (you are not the customer, you are the product) - but still.
- full-size ads on the Google Youtube. They could do with banners below the videos, why to annoy us?
- forcing users to use real name to suit their business model. (Privacy is a human right, but not respect by the current regimes)
- forcing people to use Google+ everywhere. Not everybody wants a social network shoven up their *ss
- censorship on Google Search, Youtube etc
- Google drive sucks
- Spyware. They are not able to cope with spyware. The Google Play Store is full of spyware apps. For example, the number one anti-virus app was a scam! Recently there was spyware in their Chrome Store known as BTC-Ticker. But there is much more spyware out there.
- Youtube is slow.
- The Google logo changing constantly. It can be a disadvantage for users.

there are more reasons but I got tired of writing

Why would anyone sell their signature for a couple of dollars, just to earn the buyer much more Bitcoins, when they can just sell their signature directly to the add campaign?

Trying to convince people to change their belief is not easy, let alone if they have early signs of dementia. People are attached a lot to emotion and the model they have in their brain, whether these are true or not. Imagine the silly situation, in which you are live in England and think you are an Englishman for 60 years - then someone comes by and say you are an Irishman. Of course,  a mental transition is not easy and deals with a lot of emotion. Avoid religious discussion, this is not your goal.

I think you goal is that money does not go from her to him.
There are various ways to deal with the situation. I have made a list of some options:

- ignore
- by reason: very difficult, because of the model in brain
- by emotion 1:  use an imposter, make the money go to you
- by emotion 2:  use another Christian to convince her not to do it
- by emotion 3:  use some text in the bible to convince her. to make it seem magical, you could make it appear in the room  Tongue
- tech 1:  a custom DNS-server which forwards mail to you instead of him (MITM attack).
- tech 2:  break the computer, format C:\
- tech 3:  identity theft:  use a sendmail tool, fake his from adress. tell you have a new email address.
- legal:  you could find a law related to it

The best is probably the emotion approach, using another christian.
be careful and make the best of your time. Dementia is terrible, your mother is still here now

Hire other people to make bitcointalk accounts.
Let them talk and wait till they become member.
Add signatures in their account.
Profit. You pay them some dollars, you get the BTC

Not sure if this is allowed

1875  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bitcoin h8r I have a special understanding of why a lot of people don't like it. on: April 27, 2014, 12:16:23 AM
I think part of it is really a lack of understanding. From the outsider with no technical knowledge, all they see is the price going up and down, and the television spreading propaganda. I talked with people who thought bitcoin was complicated, as well as a few others. Most of them use bitcoin now.  Usually the first site they read is not a bitcoin fourm as http://bitcointalk.org or a bitcoin news site as bitprize.org  Smiley

1880  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: [COSIGNCOIN.COM] Multi-signature Project Question on: April 26, 2014, 04:12:53 PM

I am writing this post to seek advice from the Bitcoin community to help me start/try a multi-signature project. I am not tech-saavy nor smart, but I do want to take a shot at helping and contributing to improving Bitcoin/cryptocurrency future viability. It just seems the only Bitcoin news I hear is about its flaws.
Based on my understanding of the articles I read, in addition to various government bodies are increasingly scrutinizing Bitcoin, it seems Bitcoin/cryptocurrencies have a systemic problem that can cause an implosion,

There is a lot of "support" from governments too. For example, the French government has plans to tax bitcoin. In the US, the Federal Election Commission (FEC) is considering to allow bitcoin donations to campaigns. Despite this discussion, it is not illegal in the US and there are presidential candidates who accept Bitcoin donations.  US State Universities are starting Bitcoin courses and expos. Bitcoin ATMs start rising everywhere.  As for implosion, a 5 billion dollar economy (bitcoin) is not likely to disappear in thin air and 5 billion dollar is too much money to ignore. Just in the last 2 or 3 days, 100 companies have been added to coinmap.org. You may want to follow bitprize.org, we publish the latest news.

But, I have no idea where to start in my project. All I have is a domain name, a computer and a passion for solving a problem. I have no idea how to incorporate my ideas into a website that will make this work. If anyone can spare a few moments to leave some words of advice or comments to my project pursuit, I will appreciate it. I am open to criticism and welcome any justified criticism for my attempt.

A name is the start of a project. Start with a plan and find a logo  Smiley
