This is only for Americans correct?

No, this is global. They want information for national security and economic interest.
Most of your data can already be collected according to some identifiers, so in a way this is already there.

Lets get some numbers. So I used coinmarketcap.com information, to show how big the alt coin market is all together. I used the top 105 coins.

The alt coin market today is about 9% of bitcoins total market.

One of the presentators yesterday at MIT Bitcoin Expo said : "Evolution of internet like evolution of bitcoin :  real changes and real evolution is time consuming. " (details on bitprize.org)

I hope the current 20 day prediction is way off!

If I understand correctly it uses historical data, but with bitcoin, there is not so much historical data.

If bitcoin is being banned in China, how come the fiatleak.com website shows Chinese outspending US by 50:1?

Show me another payment system that can pay you someone $10.000.000 USD: to and from anywhere in the world, 24/7 without restrictions, nearly instantaneously, irreversible, with $0.00 in fees* , cant be frozen or seized.

Thats why  Smiley besides, Chinese government ban and unban bitcoin 10 times per month, its for market manipulation  Cheesy

Is there a way for him to get about $1 a day from these "FREE" bitcoin sites? {I told him, I would match everything he get, from doing this}

Ok say you use a faucet that pays 0.00000460 per hour. It would mean 0.0001104 per day.  0.003312 per month. This is about 1.43$ per month.

If you become member on forum, write posts, and put signature you can get anywhere from 0.0001 (0.04 USD) to 2.4 BTC. (1030.35 USD)

He can offer services on this forum for money.  Like 1000 twitter follower, or logos

I watched the whole conference. If you want a brief summary (or video link) check bitprize.org
In general there were 4 topics: intro, legal and technical. The last part shows a starting information on how to make bitcoin products/services, which is the most interesting. If you are in the US, then the legal part is also very interesting  Smiley

Price influence is long term. From a presentation:

We are now in the early adaptors phase according to one of the presenters, so we are in the investors, crypto-anarchists or the creators.   If you are a day trader this has no influence.
