I've been using ole777 for esports for the past few months, never had any problems.. infact it was one of the best sportsbooks i've used. 1 hour ago i requested a withdrawal which was declined, I went into live support and they said my account is on hold for compliance. This is extremely worrying considering what i've seen so far in this thread... as its looking like i may get the same treatment as the others received. When I receive my update email from the compliance team I will let you all know how that ends up, I currently have around 3600 usd in the account including pending bets. We just answered the colleague in a summarized way what he had asked without going into more details.
The project has all the information in its whitepaper and also on the website.
Obviously the raised fees have different destinations as rewards to the holders, increase of the liquidity pool, part of the fees so that the project can be executed, automatic burns and a part to remunerate the developers.

They funds the initial preparation of the project they're going tp offer, e.g.: company licensing, website building, and other necessary aspects for the bare minimum requirements prior to offering their platform for crowdfund, and the remuneration they got is the percentage of the total supply only --namely, that slice of the company, the 10%-- without the additional continuous flow of "passive income" generated from percentages of every transaction fee. |

Yes, we are the team behind Whalegirl and Golddoge Sachs / Potfolio.
Potfolio IS Golddoge Sachs, it just got rebranded because of a trademark dispute.
First of all, let me say that no, we are NOT scammers.
We are a team trying to establish new cryptocurrencies. Since we are not a big company, but can only use on equity, we are on the BSC in the so-called "shitcoin space". You know, where Shiba-Inu comes from.
The websites that are no longer there are because of the aforementioned trademark dispute and at Whalegirl because of a failure of the project. We communicated the ending of the project CLEARLY and allowed all holders to exchange their tokens for their value without any fee.
The BSC space communicates exclusively via Telegram, so the information there is much more detailed. The community is aware that we are the same team behind these projects. It is not a secret!
If we wanted to hide that, we probably wouldn't be so stupid and make the announcements here in Bitcointalk with the same account.
So now it's "we" and not "they". I wondered why you used "they" on the ann thread which cast an impression that you're just promoting them instead being one of them. But, as we're here, you might also want to mention Neptune, one of your team's other project, which somehow got deleted from your post history, and which created to compensate the downfall of Whalegirl.  Unlike Whalegirl's channel remnant which filled with countless bot messages which made it difficult to navigate and conduct a research, NPTUN is easier. Apparently it also fell from their grace and the dev team got a brilliant idea to put it on life support by creating yet another project, Triton, but unfortunately and ultimately, has to be closed for this reason,   So should I also add "PnD" and hit-and-run above the plagiarism accusation? Unlike BTC or ETH, it is unfortunately common for many very young projects to fail early.
How it goes in the lower spheres of cryptocurrencies, you do not need to know. But we are very grateful if people first make sure that they have any idea about a topic at all before they start throwing around any unfounded accusations here.
Our portfolio with the $165,000 are visible to everyone in the smartchain and cannot be faked by us. The source is also transparent due to the trading volume.

How is the accusation unfounded? The original and copied material was there on my first post, the plagiarism proof is there for you to defend, which you still haven't. Unfortunately, with both GDS and whalegirl site went down, so did the page which contain the link to their whitepaper, hence I can't check if they're also plagiarized. Two things to add. First, how could a veteran in crypto project still do a plagiarism? You're not new to this space, you knew it's heavily frownes upon. I can't think of any way it happened by accident. Second, wouldn't it be much easier to say on the first place on your ann thread that you're a rebrand of GDS due to copyright issue --which also can't be discussed in details due to the legal reason? Instead, you made a statement like it's a whole new project with huge intial investment... which actually came from the GDS crowdfund. Dare I say, departing from your previous history, this is another means you tried to do to keep the project afloat, much like Neptune and Triton... or Whalegirl and Neptune |

Here's Preston Stewards  And Lutz, let's suppose he's real, he didn't mention truqoin on his profile, so it's probably stolen without him being aware his picture and name is borrowes. It might worth mentioning that his current employment, the founder of Various Lutz, is somewhat questionable as Various Lutz Companies is not registered on CA company directories.   If you don't mind, would you post on their ann thread to invite them here so they can properly give their defense... suppose they're legit. I doubt they will, though. Meanwhile, will also tag them. |

Pspay has several benefits such as:

I think it is worth to also mention that on every transaction fee, an equal percentage that's distributed to holders are also distributed to the dev team.  Isn't that a bit overkill? Given --proportion wise, assuming your project reached their goals-- the percentage for holders will be divided amongst 500,000+ people while the exact same amount is allocated for dev that's like... 6 people? 10? Especially as that same group of people also already have 10% of the total supply allocated for them. And what's project execution, exactly? |

This user was actively conducting bot farming activities, we provided proves on that thread, furthermore he never came back, even his Bitcointalk username was temporary; Daily we have 1000 actives users and more then 20 000 registered users , and you are trying to persuade the community that one users allegation is more persuasive then 20 000 users user experience? And we still do respond on such allegations as our reputation is important on bitcointalk community; So you are all about promoting your affiliate links without really showing the user experience when one decides to use the casino? Take an example of this scam accusation - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5384260.20. It shows a real user experience when using the casino and how awful their customer care was. This should be what I would be expecting in such reviews if they were honest. In regards to "he never came back", it was cleared on the said thread that it took you months to address their issue, with a defense of technical issue --which remains unexplained what-- and that you're busy with amazing updates although you've been informed twice through different methods and different times by Pmalek, so his absence is somewhat understandable. And I don't see how logfiles tried to persuade the community about anything, he simply informed the existence of an issue with the quality of your platform, even his standing on that case was clearly explained here and here. If I may summarize it for you, logfiles' statement is true, you do have a tendency of poor customer service. That case was "cleared" --but not solved-- because the original accuser was no longer active and didn't provide counter-defense. Your negative feedback was turned to neutral simply because of this fact and not because you're proven yourself to be not guilty. On the other case that I happened to attend here and discussed on the previous page, we can almost say that similar ending happened. It was never actually solved because the original accuser didn't --well, couldn't-- provide their counter-defense due to having an NDA as part of their deal with you, so we couldn't know for sure if the verdict you proposed is true or not. So yeah, I have to agree with above statement, and it's a fact that needs to be let known to anyone looking for an honest review. Whether your customer service quality has improved these days or not, I think only time can tell. |

Giving you the benefits of doubt by considering this is the truest story so far, until Ptolemy would come back online and confirm my previous question to them, as well as an additional question on the paragraph below, I would suggest your IT team to take another counter measure by tweaking your website a little and adding a message informing people that your only site is "ole7" and you don't have any other mirror site. Additional question for Ptolemy, would you inform us as well on how you stumbled to the aforementioned site instead of the one claimed to be the only official by Carlos? Was it recommended to you by someone or through google sponsored page --that ones om the top of the search result--? |

May I advise you to not rushing it? You launched your ann and link to medias, but none seems to at least meet the standard of a serious project. All the button on your website --which need several steps to be discovered-- is unclickable, your tg ann channel is empty, you don't seems to have a whitepaper yet, and even your selling point is a bit... unclear. Stake-as-you go earns APY on your capital, up to Maximum APY for a one-year commitment to staking.
What percentage is the Annual Percentage Yield rate again? You only said "maximum APY" that's like.... 1,000,000,000%? 5%? It's open to a very wide interpretation. |

You're caught to sign up and closes account several times at a very short time span for an incredulous reason: you want to take a "break" which only last for days and opened new ones with different email account. Which normal and honest person would ask for account closure just for a several days of break? Can you give me a very logical reason why you asked for such? Any logical reason. 2. You didn't admit the first time of having accounts in the past, where a honest user would most likely answered the question with "yes, I had a couple in the past, but I've closed them," or something alike, which only paint a further impression that you tried to hide that fact. 3. You said you never use any promotion or feature or anything, but you clearly use a boosted bet, which is listed as a promotion on their page. How you perceive on "lot of information about various news and sponsorships is also listed on the promotionas page. Since there is a boost feature on such a page, you cannot claim that boost is a promotion." is beyond me. The definition of the boosted bet itself is a clear indication that it's a feature, a bonus, and you utilized it. Steve --and handful of other members here-- already gave strong evidences of foul play and this case is ruled out as a false accusation. If you still insist on proving you're right and wrongfully accused, I'll suggest you to move your dispute to AG or CG. I'll have to warn you though, the evidences Steve had in his hand clearly shows a multi-acc abuse, so I don't think it will worth much, they'll probably came to the same conclusion as us here on the forum. It's been a month since this scam accusation was first made, but nothing has changed. Their website still has a link to the same plagiarized whitepaper and there's still no information about their team, despite what MetaMallVerse promised.
As well as no foreseeable fulfillment of what they promised here, or perhaps I have a different definition and understanding of "near future" Really since you got busted for plagiarizing your whitepaper let's see if you can be truthful about the composition of your team, you can do this by holding a webinar with all of your team presence and answering questions about your project or you can do a video of all of you, I have seen projects doing this holding a webinar and having a video of their meet up, although it's not a gurantee that the project is good and worth investing at least, you can prove that you are not faking this time.

I certainly hope it'll happen way before their last day of ICO... which is next week, as I can't see what's so difficult about having a webinar or live stream AMA session if they have a real professionals in their office, or home-office, or wherever they are, which according to their roadmap, would happen this month. I even peeked at MEMV's TG group to see if it's already happened and we simply didn't notice, but what I found is... well, if I have to be honest, it doesn't look good. Chat are filled with chat bots and repetitive messages with bare minimum engagement and shill-like chats  They're currently on their 4th and final ICO rounds, and I can't find any info on how much they managed to sell from all of the previous rounds, it doesn't seems to be published anywhere other than the vague self-announced report; 65M/100M from R1 and 11M/150M in R2. And they're currently in final talk with bitmart.
FYI, I believe Royse saw this thread (Maybe not), and he suspended the round 2 Campaign. Campaign suspended until a new update is posted. You will be notified via Telegram group about the new status of the campaign soon. Sorry for any inconvenience. This is a good step for him. Let's see if their team change anything and comes up again or not. I hope that he does, and the reason why the campaign is suspended is due to this findings, as his message on his TG group indicated that he's trying to get to the bottom of the unexpected issue. Is the site above not your official mirror site? If it isn't, then I think you're in a serious situation of scam and phishing attempt and it probably explained what actually happened to Ptolemy --they accessed a malicious site instead of the official site-- but, two thing that might worth mentioning though, are that (1) the accuser(s) actually referred to the .io on their title and not .in, and (2) the .in is actually older than your website 
For Ptolemy, can you inform us which website you use to access the platform? A screenshot of your web history, if you may, would be very helpful. |

Both website are no longer accessible, and now the suspect posted another project, which most likely will also gone after a day or two and we'll see them again in yet another project next year.
