What can you say about LA Tenorio's last play guys?  He is known to be a buzzer-beater guy and truly aware of how much time is left. Downed by 3, 7 seconds remaining, no timeout, inbound from the other courtside, still, he really push for a 2-point play. It needs at least 4-5 seconds to bring down the ball and what if there's a defense, it will extend the time of handling. The bottom line is you can't expect another ball possession that's why you have to go for the 3 points to seal the win. He wasted the opportunity to take the game 3 but of course its not his fault because they are team and many players are also off especially with Brownlee on missing his free throws. I can’t say they throw the game since they are Ginebra, may NLEX just really want to win the game and extend their hope for game 4. We are not talking about the missing FTs of Brownlee, it was the last play that was supposed to be a 3 point play. LA seemed to be out of this world, or was it intentional to extend the series? Again, it might make people speculate that they are trying to rig the game, LA is a veteran, so he probably know the business. ^^ I think both has pressure to win their fights, so that this mega fight will happen eventually. So if either one of them losses, as you and the other posters have said, the hype will go down a bit.
So its very important to hurdle their fight first, GGG against Murata in Japan, and then Canelo against the reigning LHW champion on Bivol.
And I agree that Canelo will be the A-side in this fight, maybe 70-30 in favor of him.
As far as I can see, even Canelo and GGG will lose their upcoming fight, the impact and excitement is still there when they faced for a third time. It's a fight that everyone anticipated to happen for a long. To settle everything and it seems it's now likely happening, a third match is necessary to negotiate. Just seems concerned to GGG here how he can deal with the prime Canelo if he will lose to Murata that is not even in his league. About the split, 70-30 split is too much. Canelo is too overrated if that will be the final split. If both of them will be defeated in their respective matches before the trilogy then the excitement and interesting factor will remain and the fight will surely be pursued. However, if GGG will be lost to Murata while Canelo have won his fight against Bivol then I think there's not much to expect for the trilogy as it would clearly state that the trilogy will be in Canelo's favor but if the opposite happened then it would certainly generate so much hype and a trilogy will so much interesting and maybe the split would be even. It's possible but unlikely to happen, both GGG and Canelo are heavy favorites on their respective match, if there's an upset, it cannot be on both fights. So, for us to really see the fight, both of them have to win the fight for them to create some hype and ensure a huge amount of money in the trilogy. Let that be the final fight just to give the fans on a long requested trilogy. |

Moving to back to this upcoming fight, Spence may showcase again his skills to climb up and call for Crawford for his next fight.
His fight with Porter was quite not so impressive because he only won via split decision. If he would do the same in this fight, I'm afraid, we might see a surprise because both boxers are champion and Ugas are good using his range.

^^ But GGG should win against Murata to keep the hype alive on the possibility of a trilogy. If he lost this fight then perhaps fans will likely say that this is going to be a mismatch in favor of Canelo because GGG is old as Murata beat him. So it's better for both of them to win against their opponent, setup one of the biggest fight this year in September.
That's what the fans wanted to see, just before he finally conclude his career in boxing, he just need to fight Canelo and get down in the boxing industry with pride no matter what the result might be. If he somehow wins that fight, then that would be an excellent way to wrap up his career and he would not be forgotten in the world of boxing. He just needs to finish Murata as easily as possible so that they will gonna have a high chance to fight again. Right, for me GGG has cemented his legacy already at 160 lbs. Although there is just one blemishes and that is Canelo. The first 2 fight was really very close that it can go either way. But if they will set up a 3rd fight and if ever GGG will win that fight then maybe their could be arguments for him to be the best middleweight of this era. Both camps should know the decision if this will be sanctioned or not because their preparation will only be wasted, and it's just wasting money. When they are in training, they give their effort to train hard, and not only that, they also spend money to pay for the venue and the people who work for the respective fighters. Both camps now are so silent and quite like they are not that worried about the sanctioning of this fight and my personal opinions are that they already know that the fight will proceed as planned date but it's just maybe they are advised to stay silent for now by the bodies because the issues are still hot. I couldn't agree more on the Lakers, I guess as much, they are done! They're already getting domnated by the Cavs early into the but I missed betting on that. I'll be taking the Chicago Bulls -3.5 at against Toronto Raptors. The Lakers have managed to steal the win from the Cavs in the late game despite getting buried huge gap in the 1st half (131-120), but I haven't bet on this game because both teams are still inconsistent especially the Lakers. I guess their rotation now are working as they're also using that way back 2020 when they've won the championship. I just thought this time they'd give Howard more minutes that he deserved. |

They know what to do already, it's so stupid if they will do the same mistake twice and just let the belt be taken by Butler. I think Casimero will work harder here, he wants to have a big fight, he should take this fight seriously and deliver a big win.

In the latest interview of Casimero, it was said that he is already 80% prepared so far, therefore I expect that he has no health problem anymore and all he is doing now is just training hard to maintain his good stamina and improve his skills as a boxer. That's good! 80% is already a lot specially in his body condition right now and about his health, I also don't think that there's something that we should worry about because his team have already covered that area well enough and must not forget that he have the best conditioning coach. Yup, I think it doesn't mean a thing, it happen years ago so obviously there's a lot going after that fateful day. Murata become a champion, GGG remain on top of the 160 lbs division.
What's important is the fight at hand right now, GGG can't base any on those sparring, but the experience might be there and Murata will proved that he has better himself after that.
Yeah, that sparring session is history now on the two of them but the experience could help them on how to prepare for this upcoming fight as they now have a glimpse of each one of them on how they move because even though they have videos on their respective fight, an actual sparring/fight is different. One thing I don't like with the proposed GGG vs Canelo trilogy is that they are overlooking things. Canelo and GGG both have dangerous fights ahead and either one of them could lose and might derail/cancel the trilogy which for me is a likely possibility. That's right! Spar is really different from just watching your opponent in his recent fights and that particular short sparring could help the both of them about this upcoming fight, each one of them already have the idea on how to counter its punches because they already have a history first-hand and not by just watching some videos. Is GGG involved in that deal? From what I have understand so far about that specific deal is that only Canelo is needed and obligated to win his upcoming fight, GGG on the other hand haven't had that contract written that he also should win against Murata for him to participate the said trilogy.
