1301  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why every casino got bad habits? on: December 13, 2022, 09:59:24 PM
It is good to read and abide to the ToS of a gambling site for you to avoid issues, most issues is because the victim do not obey the casino site rules.

Can you show me a thread that never had any reputation issues on this forum?
How about Livecasino.io? I have not noticed any complain about the site to seize customers money, not because I wear the casino site signature, but I have not seen any new opened thread about someone complaining about the site.  Maybe I means one or two, I am not quite sure.

But you can not only blame casinos, you should also blame customers for not abidong to the rules.

I think the reason why some casinos resort into showing bad habits because they are triggered by the negative attitudes of the different users. Some may always try to follow and abide with the rules, but others may seem very unprofessional and even change the rules when gambling and then demands for quick payout, and once their demands are not given, then they start giving negative feedbacks on the casino. This kind of attitude is really annoying. That is why casinos have no choice but sometimes give them what they’re looking for.
1302  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can you still win with free spins? on: December 13, 2022, 09:45:07 PM
In my experience, yes. You can still win using free spins.
The problem is, it's time-consuming doing all the task being asked by the casino before they reward you with free spins.
They will also ask you to wager 20x-40x the amount of your free spins rewards before you will be able to withdraw your bonuses.
It will be a good thing for regular and big-time bettors but it will
be hard for small time gamblers. 20x-40x is too much.
That’s the reality if you go after with your rewards having free spins. The longer you bet, the bigger amount you spend, the more chances of getting free spins. And since it’s considered free, you can’t expect that it will always make you win. Although there are instances that you get to win from free spins but the chances of winning is very low.
1303  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Ever tried Anti Martingale Strategy? on: December 11, 2022, 12:40:54 PM
I have tried it but in the long run, the result was still the same.

The best thing about that method is it will not make you feel that you are greedy, you are doing like seizing the moment because when you are lucky, that's when where you will double your bets. But honestly, I think the best strategy for me is just flat betting, I mean, with fix amount you will bet, it will not frustrate you easily, as long as you have the patience, you'll eventually be profitable if you win more than you lose.
1304  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: December 11, 2022, 11:53:32 AM
But likewise, seems boring to see both SMC to compete in the finals. Gin kings against the heavy favorite visiting team will attract more audiences, that might be the scenery in the finals...

Might be boring but we don't have entertaining teams in the league to compete in the Finals aside from SMC teams and foreign teams.

But yes, it would be more entertaining if the Dragons will be in the Finals.

I'm looking forward on BGSM making it to the Finals. Although most SMC teams can match with the Dragons, I prefer BGSM to do the job facing that team.

Depending on the outcome of the semi Finals, if SMB will have an impressive win against the Dragons, then I think I will be backing them to win the championship ship. For now, the best team is the Dragons due to their good record, and although they are tied with Magnolia in the number 1 spott but Dragons are still the better team.

The semi-finals will start on December 14, so they have plenty of time to rest, especially for the import of Magnolia who has a minor injury that he suffered in game 2 against Phoenix.
1305  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Terence Crawford vs David Avanesyan December 10 on: December 11, 2022, 11:31:27 AM
With the previous six win streak via TKO by Avanesyan, didn't prove anything when he fight with Crawford, he's the one who get beaten via TKO lol. It's really one sided fight to be honest, Avanesyan's punch didn't even hurt Crawford and Crawford can control the fight until he already learn Avanesyan's strategy. The other guy e.g. Spence will high likely to win against Thurman, so we're only need to wait the big match will happen in next year.

this fight may have been like a tune-up fight of crawford for thurman or spence jr. either one of these boxers. but let's see who's next for crawford. the most anticipated fight with spence jr, should really happen while the two are still in prime. they can get a huge payout on this bout. their respective promoters should think about their boxers here.

I did watch some snippets of the fight and yeah, I would say that Crawford put a show in front of his hometown. Defense, 3 punch combinations, switching stance, and then he let David hit him in the chin to test his power. But that counter right was so fast that you can't see it, they both throw a punch simultaneously, but it was Crawford who connects perfect and David just lay down there. And when he goes back to his senses, he really didn't know where he was, he was really knock out cold literally.
Avanesyan is always covering his face that's why he cannot hit more precise punches, Crawford, on the other hand, is just doing the right timing to hit him and that made him win in the fight. The quickness of Crawford is still there, and a good ring IQ as well, this was a good fight but it's a clear mismatch.
1306  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Terence Crawford vs David Avanesyan December 10 on: December 10, 2022, 06:49:53 AM
Here is the video of the official weigh-in and face to face

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qYG04P-WlqU

Both fighters weigh below the 147 lbs, Avanesyan really confident that he will pull an upset.

Crawford though is just relaxed and probably will give his hometown a good fight against a game Avanesyan.

Watching some fight highlights of Avanesyan, I find him too slow for Crawford, and also, he is not good with his defense, so most likely this bout is going to end early. With that being said, I'll go with Crawford winning via KO in rounds 1-3, and the odds for the is +740.
1307  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: My advice If you are here to make money on: December 09, 2022, 09:59:57 PM
Keep your focus on how to make money.
Dont try to predict Market too much.
Stay away from btc If you are futures trader btc moving too slow.
Best is If you Open position everyday long or short keep the position Open few HOURS and cash Out the profit then forget about Market and btc go do your normal life things.
Biggest mistake traders do are this they Open positions like eth btc then those coins tend to move slow and while they waiting they might change their mind and making mistakes.
You should only focus on few HOURS how to cash out money from Market that's it.

I don't read any news i dont care much about btc and price but everyday i make money becouse i Open position for few HOURS and then whatever money i make i cash out this money.

I been making mistakes like i Open btc short when i know Market is up but still btc did not moved like few days so it means i did not make any money few days i was waiting like a fool instead of that If i was gona long and short other coins i would Made money everyday.

Most important in crypto is stable income everyday.
Just becouse btc are so slow i dont trade btc with futures much but If i do then i also trade others i dont keep my hopes on btc much.

But btc are great Market indicator so i use btc price as Market indicator to know when to long or short.

If you follow this plan you can get better results from trading like i said dont focus on too much market trend but try to find coin short or long it in few HOURS take the money and close the trade.
Do not just focus on making money, sometimes greed comes in when you are totally motivated with profits. Just grab every opportunity whatever the market gives, that way you will never have to compromise yourself. And for best results, stick to bitcoin. There will always be potential coins coming out in the market but do not give us enough guarantee to make us profitable in the end.
1308  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Naoya Inoue vs Paul Butler - Undisputed Bantamweight Bout - December 13 on: December 09, 2022, 06:26:56 AM

We've seen those talkers in Inoues past opponents but it turns out that ending up on being a disaster.I do agree that Butler shouldnt really be that talkative right now.  Cheesy

That's okay, give that to him because that's his only chance that he can beat Inoue, but inside the ring, comes fight night, we will see how easy this is for Inoue, and I'm hoping that Butler would not be heavily hurt as the beast will be unleash and Inoue will always go for a KO.

Part of the game, trash talkers knows what they are about to enter specially against great boxers, we have seen it through boxing history. Nevertheless it could be part of their mentally, or try to get a edge over their opponent because there could be boxers who simply melt under pressure or they are distracted when someone talks bad about them or their families.

But in Inoue's case, if he can't spoke the language that much and even if there is an interpreter, the message might be delivered differently.

And besides, Inoue has the best record in this division so I don't know how Butler will talk trash against him.

Inoue does not need to respond on that trash talk, he already know what to do, the best revenge is to give Butler the best defeat that people will not forget, I'm talking of an slow beat down until he will get knockout in the 12 rounds, that's called punishment, the longer he will receive heavy punches, the more damage would happen to him.

That's probably what will happen during the fight. Inoue is not a good trash talker, he is known as a beast because he is furious in the ring. Butler would be lucky if he will past 6 rounds, that's the max round I see he will survive. Inoue came from a huge win against Donaire, that's "the flash", he is a good boxer but he demolished him in round 2.
1309  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2020-2021 betting on: December 09, 2022, 05:54:57 AM
@jakelyson Sorry bro, both those games are a loss.
The same with my Houston Rockets bet. I didn't expect it will that far of a lead, it even went to 20 points deficit. Keldon Johnson and Tre Jones were in the zone.
But I got lucky with the Denver Nuggets betting during halftime. A very close game but luckily Jamal Murray hit the winning shot.
0/1 early bet 2/2 live bet.

To all the winners, congratulations.

That's a good win, Jamal Murray is back, and slowly the Nuggets will be back to a good team that would win most of the game. Also, the Spurs had a good game, a win that finally break their long drought, congratulations on your win, that's 2 out of 3, it's profit.
1310  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Biggest reason why you dont make profit first on: December 08, 2022, 09:48:40 PM
So instead of small profits wait and attack Big you make enough and you dont have to Shamed about your life you can say to friends you make money in trading.
I don't agree with this. Profits are already a profit, small or big. Because if you can't handle small profits, how about those big profits later on?
But I know the feeling of having small profits versus big profits, but a trader must possess a mind that "profits is profits" it's like if you can make it small profits, then later on nothing change, the feeling of having small profits must be the same with big profits.
Big profits are always tempting in so many ways, but we know we can’t just jump into creating big profits without starting at the small ones. Like they’ve said, it’s better to make small but consistent profits, than never to have profits at all. But whether it’s big or small, it’s always a must to make a working starategy first and have a long term plan so that we will always end up making profits.
1311  Economy / Economics / Re: From grace to grass:Reasons why a Well to do investor turned a nobody. on: December 08, 2022, 09:20:40 PM
So many times we see people who were financially bouyant and stable reduced to nothing in the society,is it because they failed to strategise well?or could it be that they no longer put in the much effort they put before that got them to the level they were?what can actually be the cause of the downfall of someone who was already stable financially?
Maybe they’re too scared to lose their money again and fail to understand the concept of compounding gains. With that, they become more static and chose not to take risks anymore not because they are already satisfied seeing their status financially but it’s more on the fears that if they create a single mistake, everything will fall unexpectedly. So if they are not improving anymore, then they will eventually lose again in the end.
1312  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Types Of Online Casinos To Avoid.. on: December 08, 2022, 08:52:45 PM
We have seen how some newbie users on this forum make a complaint on casino ANN about their problem on the casino and the problem is attended to via their admin on their ANN thread, this shows that a casino with an active thread on this forum also helps to increase the chances of getting through to the dev team if all other options failed to yield result.

most casinos will rather prefer users to use the live support on the site but the problem some time with online support is the use of bots by the casino as live chat support but bitcointalk members are human and can understand some English differently from what a hot will understand.

The online casino to avoid are those that does not have an active admin here on bitcointalk even though their have various review scores.

You pointed one of the major issue. Bitcointalk is one of well-known area for cryptocurrency. And if there is a company(it doesn't matter casino, exchange, phsycal or virtual product) which accept cryptocurrency they must know that building reputation in here is very important for their business. If I had to choose one company for purchasing with cryptocurrency; first thing must be checking their thread's messages (if its exist). The effort they put into problems here shows how successful a company they are. If they are not mentioned here, that means taking a risk, this is real gambling Smiley
That is why creating an Ann thread is very essential so that players will eventually become aware if the casino is something to be more played and encouraged, or if it’s just another scam site that are waiting for victims to fall for them. So if Ann thread is missing, then we should learn not to trust the casino easily, they have to prove their credibility first before we start trusting them.
1313  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have you experienced this kind of gambling on: December 08, 2022, 08:14:58 PM

Honestly, with all of my time that I gamble this is the first time of hearing about such strategy. It's unusual to see that there's this strategy that exists and if someone was able to win through this, well, it's amazing.

It is really a gambling strategy I consider as a critical and logical reasoning. Sometimes they can add the numbers up and arrive at another number and bet on it. Like the first week is 7,19 so they can add 7 + 19 = 36. That means they either bet on 7,19, 36 or divide 36 in two to arrive at a particular forecast they are looking at.
Is it for lottery gambling? by selecting from Jersey numbers listed on the sports tv station and adding up all that numbers and randomizing them? This strategy like a natural marker has become the belief of the ancients in gambling, by looking at the date of an accident and then analysis it to be a bet.
Yes I think this is more on lottery gambling. I know a lot of gamblers who are betting for lottery are doing this kind of strategy. Even if it’s quite odd, but believe me there are really those who are lucky enough and win big prizes out from predicting or maybe creating random bets from consistent numbers that appear on tv. Yes, it maybe something illogical but it’s definitely working on them.
1314  Economy / Economics / Re: How much longer until paper money is no longer in circulation? on: December 07, 2022, 09:36:35 PM
There are talks among the world's major central banks to begin the creation of their own digital currencies (Central Bank Digital Currencies for that matter). The launch of Bitcoin, and the widespread popularity of "De-Fi", has led governments to act fast before they're left behind the game. They know they can't beat Bitcoin, so they will try to be in-par with it by launching digital currencies of their own. The average person won't notice any difference with the new digital cash system, as everything would be the same as using a credit/debit card.

I'm beginning to question whenever CBDCs will be able to replace paper money for good, or will it co-exist with the old system? After all, credit/debit cards didn't manage to replace paper money when they launched. For being in the 21st century, I'd say paper money should be phased out as soon as possible. Everything should turn digital, as we live in a digital society.

How long do you think it will take for paper money to be phased out for good? Will CBDCs be able to replace not only paper money but also credit/debit cards? Your input will be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Smiley
I don’t see it happening now and in the future. CBDCs are still the product of central bank and all central banks are controlled by the government, and that government officials are personally benefiting from paper money. So there’s no chance that paper money usage will be put into oblivion. Although I’m very open for digital currencies, but I don’t see high chances for paper money to be completely replaced.
1315  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What would be an ideal KYC solution? on: December 07, 2022, 08:26:27 PM
There is no solution to it.

Just be aware of their rules before signing it and these days, most of them are likely to ask you kyc for whatever reasons they want to say. Accept the fact that the governments can no longer be cool by not having these casinos ask for kycs.

They've got their reasons, the casino has got reasons and we also got our reasons whether we will continue signing up and gambling with them or not.
KYC is here for good. Even if we’ll always prefer non-KYC to avoid disclosing our personal information and to stay anonymous, it cannot be possible these days as most of the casinos are completely controlled by the government regardless if they are reputable or not. But if we are to give and submit KYC, then we should always go to the most trusted and reliable casino we know, and definitely not on the new casinos that have not yet proven their credibility.
1316  Economy / Economics / Re: Share Your Best Money Advice Based on Personal Experience on: December 06, 2022, 09:46:39 PM
There are many experiences worth sharing, but the best financial advice I can give would be as in the proverb: “Hide your white money for a black day.” This is a famous proverb in our country which means that when you have more money than you need on good days, you should save a Part of it for bad days.
This is what actually happened to me, when the market was bullish I got good profits and converted a good portion of them into gold, and now in this bearish market I found a good opportunity to resell gold and buy cryptocurrencies again at a low price.
This is actually a wise advice since the price of gold at the present is also increasing so you can still make profits from it if you invest a portion of it rather than investing them all in bitcoin. I have been buying gold before, but when I started bitcoin investment, I eventually sell them all to add more capital in bitcoin. But i guess your strategy is quite more productive and profitable than mine so I have to take your advice and see it for myself.
1317  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Tips to Becoming a Successful Holder on: December 05, 2022, 09:59:56 PM
A person who actually knows and has conviction in what he/she is investing(bitcoin or any other asset) in doesn't really need "tips".
Experts have their own strategies to follow that will make them successful and profitable. Tips are just good for beginners and for those who have been here for long in the forum but are still consistently losing due to following wrong strategies. Personally, if I have one advice to say, always prioritize bitcoin even from those top altcoins because it’s always proven that bitcoin is giving us higher potentials of returns especially if you keep it for long term.
1318  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing: Errol Spence vs Keith Thurman on: December 04, 2022, 01:41:41 PM
So just have to patience when the official news will be released, obviously it will be next year so we already have a good calendar schedule for the month of January already. Probably this will be in the first quarter of 2023.

Boxing fans can wait because we are guaranteed that this fight is gonna happen, the word "mandatory" is the one that guarantees us we will see the fight. We can't talk about Spence vs Crawford now as Spence has Thurman in front of him that could steal his belt if he will not give his best.

More time to practice for these two great boxers if it will happen on March 2023, so they'll be 100% (hopefully with no injury).
1319  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Casimero vs Akaho - December 3 on: December 04, 2022, 12:41:30 PM

It is going to become more interesting since Inoue-Butler happens in less than a week and Inoue is expected to vacate all the belts at 118 if he wins. At 122, WBO and WBC champion Stephen Fulton might also vacate his belts if he accepts the WBC mandate for him to move up to 126. The mo vacant belts, the higher chances of Casimero becoming a world champion again.

I like that, thanks for your research. Casimero deserves to be a champion again but he will not comeback anymore on the bantamweight division as he struggles to maintain the right weight. Now that he is in the higher division and his power is very evident, I guess he is very capable of knocking down opponents as long as he will go toe to toe on him. I'm expecting more exciting fights ahead for him, and hopefully he will not only win a vacate title but steal a title from a champion.
1320  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [BOXING] Manny Pacquiao vs. DK Yoo on: December 04, 2022, 11:27:58 AM

He can go and do exhibitions to keep his adrenaline not the same rules though, but more safe than dealing with a real pro-fight.

He can make more money in a real fight but his health could also be in danger, so it's better to just go with exhibition fights and continue to make money. His popularity is his key to another success, this time in exhibition fights, and people will still surely watch his fights.
