Just like the other coins you mentioned in the early stage the price was all hype , driven by greed and fairytales. Please name a coin that developers or founders dont "pump" ie promote. I guess that a coin based on a celeb that is behind it, the celeb should then be silent, that would make a lot of sense right? This is not a negaive aspect of a coin when people tweet about it. I guess that if nobody talks about a coin and nobody tweets about it , then it is not a scam? Of course the price went up at launch, I am not debating that, I am saying that now imho its not a bad buy. buy low, sell high, I dont see Maxcoin going away or dying due to lack of hashpower soon. There was a command line windows miner at the maxcoin launch, but that was far from optimal since it was not exactly easy to use. I agree that the launch was not perfect. Greed blinds people, Hope lures them into a trap    says the person with a primedice ad in their sig wooohahhahahha ahahah ROFL! First I've never seen a coin dying out because of the hash rate , the 1 satoshi per coin price killed most of them. Second , is still Max behind this coin or not? He was tweeting about quark is so great then made his own coin out of the blue , and man those coin have so little in common. This is what I call hype with no real backing. And if I think about doge, there was no need for the dev or for anybody else , the community embraced the idea , the community is driving it and it seems that's the best choice. To rely on it , not on a tv person tweeting how great a coin is. And about my sig , I do bet and I do it for fun.I never did it in hope of earning big time or let greed get the best of me. Just like you eat chocolate and ice cream but never abuse it. |

A name is just a key-value pair. The text value can be used for many things URLs, addresses, email addresses. The community should decide how they want to use it. OK, I see. BTW, is there any foundation about qora ? foundation? I mean a foundation to promote qora, such as build website , forum, free give away, third party service.... Having a foundation in a decentralized economy , that is generally bad. Just look in the past what happen with btc and what is happening now with other coins and their "foundation" are you high? Do you have a clue how much damage the bitcoin foundation has done to btc lately? Lots of papers compared it to a failed government made out of drug dealers and gamblers. Whenever there is a central point in a crypto , there is a weakness. But of course , with your post stats , I doubt you know anything about those events. |

To payout the amounts that RITZ and PD does. You need A LOT of capital behind you. A new player coming in paying big rates should realise that the amount he will need to outlay to keep up with those rates vs return. There is no way they will sustain those rates. Not just for 1 game. And a a lot of people that were part of the signature campaign will not be paid by them. Watch and learn. We are sitting back (with popcorn) watching this all unfold. They managed to get a gold member status with the so called bitcoin foundation , and those guys really charge a lot lately for this. So they might have enough coins for 1-2 months. |

I don't think that the China would acknowledge secession of Donbas, let alone joining the Russia. Iirc, they weren't happy with annexation of Crimea and their current grumbling could easily turn into the open condemnation of Russia - if Moscow decides to push further. Hell, not even the Belarus cheered Putin's Crimean move. Total blockade of Russia with catastrophic consequences to their highly export-dependant economy shouldn't be written off, apparently Putin suspects this, therefore he is starting to act very carefully. He is pretty much alone and he knows it.
China has indeed some fears about those Russian moves , but I guess it can see some opportunities also. That russian-chinese border is not where both side want it for real. |
