I have a withdrawal from yesterday (CryptoCash) which has not arrived. I confirmed the email, and it shows as having gone through, but has not reached destination.

A quick thought on the name CryptoCash / CashCoin
Can't we have both ? (like the lobster and cracked crab).
Grab 'em so someone else can't... and it will be a unique selling point.

I now like CryptoCash over CASHCoin.

Thanks, yes I have carefully considered possible names. CryptoCash is snappy, completely descriptive, searches well, and is presumably what the dev intended. |

I like the name how it is, no need to add cryptocash or whatever... why do we need do have two c's blablabla it looks better if its cash/BTC or cash/LTC not CCC/BTC=cryptocashcoin three c's looks weird...
The short trade name would still be CASH. It's the long name that's being discussed. Look on Cryptsy, there's a long name and a short trade name. I like cash for the long name too, but cryptocash is not bad either. like em both equally  There's already a cryptobuck, so cryptocash seems a bit redundant. Plus crypto cash is the name of some game if you google it. Cash Coin doesn't make cents (play on word right there) Is it cash or a coin? Can't call it digital cash due to Digital coin (DGC) <-- one of my other fav's for mining. So, I'm still thinking... Cash is obvious for the short name. Cryptobuck is not CryptoCash at all. There will be lots of similar names : but wouldn't Crypto be a great part of the name ? That is what it is, after all, and it googles fantastically well |

ok I have some super noob questions about PoS ok -first I need some cash on my wallet and it have to be unlocked... -cash has to be in the wallet for 30days until it starts minting as I read I will get more when I own more coins... ok... but how is it calculated? I get 10-1% from what? Is there any example? Just say all 47,433,600 cash is mined and I have 100 cash... will I ever get 1 cash? And can I just leave my wallet open or will it stop after I'm inactive for some time and just hoarding cash? sry for my bad english and my bad understanding of how it really works... I'm just curios and wish I get some easy to understand explanations The normall way PoS is quoted is as % per year. However, CASH stake is calculated proportional to difficulty (of the stake blocks). Therefore 10% is only a starting figure and will vary. That is IMO one of the brilliant innovations. You do not need to keep wallet open as it will stake when opened later. You would not lose stake blocks, but you would miss out on the compounding effect if you left the wallet closed for long periods. This is my understanding, perhaps dev can confirm ?? |

Just saw that the website's name is CashCoin http://www.cash-coin.org/ Header of the page also says CashCoin. As many people like the name, I would stick to that. Don't know who likes the name. Please can we have some more comments ? |

Should we have two C's (to make us distinct from the other coins starting with C , and there are a LOT of them) ??

I agree. The CC with single/double strike through that was proposed quite early in the thread may be better. If you don't mind  Nevermind with the CryptoCASH or CryptoCoin IMO. It has CASH Coin written around the outside. No need to confuse everyone about the naming Is the full name 'CryptoCash' ? Should that not be on the logo rather than Cash Coin That's unclear, hence I asked for clarification https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=424421.msg4934819#msg4934819Community response leads us down the CashCoin path I think. The community will decide. Personally, I think that CashCoin does not provide a distinct identity: Everyone has cashcoins in their pocket, they are fiat..
CryptoCash is a very snappy name telling anyone exactly what the currency is, plus, equally important, provides a less ambiguous internet search. |

I really, really hope what I'm seeing is for real. BTC standing by for a purchase if it is.... This page may just be a standby for when Cryptsy supports Fiat !! In fact, Crypsy also has a page like this for a number of unlisted coins. |

Is there a logo for this coin, other than the big pile of bills?
second that, was wondering the same thing. is there a coin-format (round) logo for this ? a lot of services which list coins (coinwarz, various exchanges, etc) use a standard size/shape for all coins and so i imagine it goes someway to helping others adopt the usage of the coin and hence better for all. f-it, im gonna have a go at making a logo, maybe a few of us could and we vote on best-logo ? Dev could then decide to go with one of them ... ill be back with my logo ideas tomorrow. IDEAS for LOGO: The Key Ideas to encapsulate are: Cryptographic (the generic type of technology) = CCash (the name) = CA Universal Recognised Money Symbol. ==THUS, these 3 together : CC Struck through with TWO horizontal bars.
