I don't even feel pitty for all the current panic sellers  Gives me what they can't hold cheap, even the 160Satoshi Price is cheap  yeah, I just woke up and saw the market, but somehow I feel calm. I'd better go to enjoy the sun for a moment. Following the market price is pointless at this stage. There are many competing currencies, and money moves to each new one that appears. Real value is only created by structure and projects over a longer timeframe. We know that methods of distribution are the current focus, and there are new and better methods, but that doesn't change the fundamental value. +1 And who needs the orginal dev by the way if the it's open source  Yes, the original dev. is not essential, but he is around and working atm. Other COMMunity members (some with new, different ideas) will take up roles that the dev used to fill. |

Actually, i hold a nice comm package and i dont want to sell it now. I just hope the coin isnt already dead so i loose lot of money. I'll continue to invest time in the project !!! BTW, where is the dev ?, he is little bit silent ...
Ah dont worry, Coin is not dead. I havent sell a single coin yet too and giving it enough time to grow before i actually think about exchanging them.. It has a dedicated community working on projects so hopefully waiting will be paid off nicely Community Coin is still young. The way the coins were distributed may seem problematical now, but it will not matter in a month or two. There will be an interesting time ahead as the copies of COMM appear. The coin with the most advanced projects and structure will do best.. |

Ive finally got around to doing the COMM coin value/portfolio calculator See here:-  The calculator can be downloaded from Google Drive (You will need to sign in and the use File and Make a Copy) https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AvKAa4anuhytdGdIZ25BaE5DYVpQZWJUNkZ4OVgzVXc&usp=sharingThe Currency is set to GBP, This can be changed by changing the following:- Currency conversion using Google Finance, Select field B18 and change the "CURRENCY:GBPUSD" to "CURRENCY:EURUSD" for example. Obviously this uses the typical three character currency identifier. Then... BTC and LTC reference a script within Script Manager, COMM (COMM displays the value in BTC this does a lookup to the Cryptsy API ( http://pubapi.cryptsy.com/api.php?method=singlemarketdata&marketid=198) BTC and LTC use a lookup from BTC-E API, The supported currencies you can modify are:- Currency List: USD, AUD, CAD, CHF, CNY, DKK, EUR, GBP, HKD, JPY, NZD, PLN, RUB, SEK, SGD, THB You can then modify the {currency = "usd";} within Tools > Script Manager to EUR for example. Then obviously just edit the fields that currently have the Euro entered. This looks more complicated than it is! Hopefully be of use to some, And by all means please feel free to edit and distribute to promote this fantastic coin. We mine PoW coins (100% scrypt - 0% energy efficient) so we can sell them and some other coin (ECC in this case). If you choose to keep saying that "if we mine good that's why we save trees." no one will care to buy ECCs or even join any of the multipools. I challenge you to replace your title with "Mine for a better environment" and see what happens.. Yes. The multipool is like a fire which keep burning other coins as firewood (as said in another thread) but until all the PoW coins disappear you will not be the creator of an ecological crypto-coin. You will be, when all PoW coins are gone.
Promoting it with actions that actually help the environement, will be much better. Loved the idea of Copychicken. If this is happening for real, maybe he can provide us with a specific date and you could include the event in the OP!
Yes, certainly worth a try, especially on Bitcointalk. Hostmaster is ahead of his time in some ideas. Also, these concepts need different explanations for diff.people, with different levels of understanding. edit.. Enthusiasm is good ! |
