And again you discussed that before with me and at that time you claimed that there is no way for other counties to supply the eu and us with gas/oil , and you also claimed that Russia will find new partners in the east.

Well.. if the UN imposes sancitons, then no country can buy Russia's oil and gas. That includes those nations in the east, such as China and Japan. And another thing is that petroleum will top $300 a barrel if something like that actually happens.  Grin

So , do you think china will follow the un sanctions? And drive it's whole economy into the ground because of the us?

Today Bitpay is coming with a huuuuuge announcement right?

We will see. It is the new crypto trend to pre-announce announcements and not deliver.

It will just hurt bitpay to tweet about something big and then go silent.
They don't want to ruin their reputation  , I hope.

Where did you hear this? I couldn't see anything about an incoming announcement on their Twitter. If they do have anything to announce they'd keep it until the conference this week surely?
Check their twitter.

https://twitter.com/BitPay/status/465206481474686976

It's not really an announce but it's a hint something will come. And that thing is big =))))
But i'm really worried about how big or small this might turn to be.

2267  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ISR] Isracoin - The Israeli cryptocurrency on: May 12, 2014, 11:17:05 AM
hi there,
Are we expecting some good news this week? can somebody announce something possitve because the price is ..... Dont' have the proper words to express my expectations Sad
hi there dev's we are all waiting for the good news you have promissed last week Smiley
cheers

And do you thinks a bunch of news will just make the price rise again?
With this amount of coins news , articles , promo campaigns have shown that they are not influencing the market anymore.

Look at the dogecar at nascar ,  and the price didn't move.
why would some people adopt a coin that was created out of thin air like fiat money. And not the other coin?

I think that if they give us good news Yes it will rise,by good news i mean for isr adoption in Israel.
Don't you think that marketing news are going to make the price go up ?

Do you really think that there can be such news?
Airdrop started one week ago , the "dev" is silent about the outcome.

Besides , look at the other coins , did the news about the adoption made any change in the price?
With every percent of coin given spaincoin is going down the drain.

Build the infrastructure , then deliver the coins. None of it has been done or tried to be done correctly.

What kind of news do you think can be made out of thin air?

There is one thing I don't get it.
If it's a canal , man made , doesn't it have already some debit control gates built in?
Why the hell do they have to build a dam?

Judging by the sat images, there is one here, at the start of the canal:
Paste into Google Maps search: 46.759748, 33.398324

They can't just close the dams, though. In the CabMin meetings Turchinov proposed cutting off water supplies by blaming construction/maintenance works.

Hmm , just realized that if they cut the water supply there at that point all the ukr land after the gates will suffer also.

Quote
However the head of Kherson Regional State Administration, Yuriy Odarchenko, claimed that the newly built dam is related to construction of a “water metering station” which “will be finished soon” and will give precise measurement on the “amount of water that will be transferred to the Crimean peninsula,” RBK Ukraine reported.

The excuse is there already , although let me say that it kind'a makes sense.
2272  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Crimea on: May 12, 2014, 11:02:07 AM

The middle east is already like a barrel of gunpowder , if indeed things evolve how the article is summed up with a change in influence it will lead to another conflict in the area and .. more deaths for nothing.
2273  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Donetsk, Kharkov, Lugansk - way to Russia. on: May 12, 2014, 10:58:21 AM
The figures from Lugansk are out. 96.2% voted for independence. That is much stronger voice for independence when compared to Donetsk (89%)> Have to remember that the turnout in Lugansk was higher than that in Donetsk as well.

And be honest , do you really think those numbers are real?
Even Jesus won't get that many votes pro when running for pope Smiley

I think those numbers are real, from the base of those who decided to participate in the voting. Plus, from the recent set of events, the emotions are flying high. I read several accounts of those who were hedging, saying they made their minds after Odessa and Mariupol.

I would have believed a 80-85% , but a 96%? No.
There are other factors , people have families spread across the country , the ever persisting fear every human has of the unknown , and many more. Plus it's impossible that there are no pro ukriane that voted in that region. At least the relatives of politicians that might lose their income source..

That's why I doubt any 90% votes , in any situation.
2274  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Meanwhile in Ukraine... Revolution. on: May 12, 2014, 10:52:22 AM
Why do you say that , you claimed that sanctions will have no effect and had no effect before. Why did your attitude change?

I said that the current set of sanctions will have no effect on the Russian economy. But if they ban the oil and gas imports from Russia, that will be really bad for the Russian economy.

And again you discussed that before with me and at that time you claimed that there is no way for other counties to supply the eu and us with gas/oil , and you also claimed that Russia will find new partners in the east.

I think that I'll add such text wall posters into ignore list, if this kind of practices would coutinue.

I'm not a fan of the ignore feature. As always there are two kinds of truth out there so ignoring one might be misleading.
But i'm glad to hear that i'm not the only reader who think that text walls should stop.

Difficult to forecast?  Oh really?
They already had the results one week before the referendum and they didn't have time to formulate at "attitude" =)))))

To be honest, Putin is caught between the devil and the deep sea. Here are his options.

Option 1, preferred by Putin: Let Donetsk and Lugansk remain in Ukraine, but with wide-ranging autonomy. The Kiev-junta will never agree to giving self-rule, as they too want to demolish the popularity of Putin back home in Russia.

Option 2: Armed invasion by Russia: Putin don't want this method, as he knows that making 7 million predominantly poor people the new Russian citizens will need tens of billions of USD every year in the form of salary, welfare and pensions. Also, sanctions will get a lot tougher and damage the Russian economy. The Kiev junta want to force Putin to do this step. If Putin invades Donbass, then the Russian economy will go in to a recession, and in the long term his popularity will nosedive. This might be the only chance to get Putin out of power.

Why do you say that , you claimed that sanctions will have no effect and had no effect before. Why did your attitude change?

But honestly i don't think he is in that tough situation. He can simply ignore it.

I didn't do it Smiley.  Have nothing to do with it

Ukraine builds dam cutting off Crimea water supply
http://rt.com/news/158028-ukraine-water-supply-crimea/

Quote
Recent satellite images show that Kiev is deliberately trying to cut off Crimea peninsula's water supply by building a dam. In the meantime Russian scientists are trying to find ways to supply Crimea with fresh water.

Experts from the Russian Ministry of Natural Resources are developing ways to supply fresh water to the Crimea from the Kuban River in the Krasnodar region to the North Crimean Canal which now receives limited water-flow, as Kiev tightens the lid on Simferopol.

“As one of options of providing the peninsula with water, we are considering an option of drawing water supply from the Kuban River and channeling it through the Strait of Kerch to the end portion of North Crimean Canal,” director of the department of public policy and regulation in the field of water resources ministry of Russia Dmitry Kirillov told Ria Novosti.

Quote
“The harvest will be partially or fully lost across 120,000 hectares of farmland that should be irrigated [by water from the canal],” Agriculture Minister Nikolai Fyodorov said in April, as cited by the Moscow Times.

There is one thing I don't get it.

who sold 0.00000001 BTC was lucky to have the first order of sale

A good joke!  Grin

But if you're serious, how much NYC you can sell by 0.00000001-2 LTC? I'll buy.

I love NewYorkCoin but it is not worth spreading crazy information about 1$ or even 0,1$, even if it could be one day possible.

For example market vol. is now around 320 000$, if NYC market cap. x100 which means 32 000 000 $ it will place 5th and then 1 NYC will be 0,0005 $, and this already huge.

Everything is possible, but I think it is better to stay realistic first !

NewYorkCoin to the MOON

What "volume" you are talking about?

GDP of New York more than $ 1 trillion. If NYC starts good trading, 1NYC = 1USD - is real.

You know the difference between gdp and m1 supply  , don't you?
