Hey there, I'll take 22,30 and 44.
For the bonus, I'd like the Ethercar Wagon.
I'll also grab one of your arcade pieces I'll post there for that though.

If given the choice I would go with a Sig Campaign, if done right you can attract a better quality user to promote your ICO. It's just an impression but projects associated with a bounty just seem sketchier to me. Signature campaign will cost a lot but it's worth it as the advertisement of your project will surely run smoothly, just hire a responsible manager and escrow to do the job and you are good to go.
They don't necessarily have to cost a lot of money. There are some lower paying campaigns that can still generate good visibility. I have also sen some where they tie payout to a specific USD amount. We probably already found a decent Legendary member to hire as a manager.
Not sure how much research you did, but don't rely solely on rank. Look into their trust history, or previous experience. Have you also considered Paid advertising on the forum? This is an auction where you can bid to advertise. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4988859.0

It's a harder sell to people for some reason; I imagine even harder to get funds to promote/explain it. Not to bad though 8% of the goal in 18 days. I don't see a deadline on the fundraiser so given enough time they might get there. At least it has outperformed this campaign Both truly equal causes "poor" Kylie I should also do some promotion on my Steemit account, I really hope they reach their target.
Couldn't hurt all exposure is good.

I have to stop phone browsing almost missed that UBI Gofundme.
Those draws look appealing, especially if the project gets off the ground. I am tempted to get myself some cool shades, but the link to the picture is missing lol.
Watching the trailer it looks like if the goal is reached they will have a polished video. If it is going to help convert naysayers though they will need to focus a portion of the video separating fact from fiction. I'm sure they can find someone to play devils advocate, so that it isn't easily dismissed as propaganda.

You do seem to bring up some of the more interesting topics. I'm guessing I read the same medium article anyone else who had never heard of this did.
The standout for me is you would no longer need to consolidate inputs during low fee periods. The Schnorr signature wouldn't care how many inputs are now being used for the output transaction, it would essentially combine them all at the time the transaction is posted. I may be understanding it wrong, but that would be beneficial to me as a small miner or anyone with a lot of smaller inputs; they would be more accesible during high fee periods.

I had no idea they had gone this route. It's hard to decipher where they are really at though even google brings up conflicting stories. I see on one hand they are banning imports on mining gear. Then there are reports of the growth in adoption of Bitcoin within Venezuala.
Last I honestly read into anything was the launch of "Petro" and the hype it received in part I'm sure to the banning on purchases imposed by the US President. I could see why in a time like this they would want to try and get a handle on things. Bitcoin in itself does allow for people to take the government out of the equation with their purchasing and sales. They may be afraid of losing further control over their citizens and the financial markets of the country. This in hand could force people to use Petro, in an effort to prop the currency up on use so people aren't looking hard at the reserve it's supposed to be backed against.

The 5ND, would effectively prevent poolhoppers from showing up right before a block is found and earning a full reward based on their Hashrate, let's say 40PH/S but if they show up for let's say a day they would still earn on shares submitted; this may equate to something like a ramped up 5PH/S miner.
They are still entitled to get paid for the shares submitted during the 5ND.
My point was that someone large showing up for a while can raise the Pool average Hashrate, with a fairly significant impact. I think it was more noticeable because at the same time we had at least 1 other miner ramping up to 22PH/S.

I may as usual be wrong here, but wasn't there a large fail over temporarily bringing us up to 240? I am assuming that any large fail overs or pop ins, might be making up the difference for why the pool N average climbed faster than one would expect. As you know have the pop-ins grabbing a piece on the way out, and the new members still working to full ramp up.
That's of course just a guess, I'm sure Kano will drop some numbers and accurate information on us.

Essentially you are getting a smaller piece of the pie, but in theory there should be more pies.
Now for slightly better explanation. You are paid a percentage of each block based on the percentage of valid shares submitted. Lets say the pool is 100PH/S (please no) and you had 10PH/S. Each block you would take in 10% of the block reward and mining fees.
Now say 100PH/S join(Some generous genius giveaway), you now only represent 5% of the total, so your reward has dropped proportionately.
Edit: Read a little more and added this, these large miners will be grabbing a portion of the reward as more of there shares are submitted, and that could look drastic when it is a large addition. Not sure what the connection is between reward hashrate and current pool hashrate at the time of the block.
Note I excluded 5nd explanation*, and assumed you are at full reward.
* I'm brutal at it.

I haven't done this, but someone who can help will need this information.
What model machine are you running? (S9, S7, etc.)
What firmware version are you running?
Is the fan replacement fan the same spec as the original? They may not be compatible

You should open this in Reputation. If you suspect that they are alts abusing the campaign reach out to the bounty manager. I don't think that similar reporting style will count as enough proof, you generally have to link payout addresses or more. Similar reporting can be just that they are lazy and using the same format as someone else. Edit: The link to the message of the last profile, is the profile link duplicated.

They dont have to count for the ranking up or dont have to be displayed.
I'm guessing you are looking for something more along the lines of a "like" button. This is not really a merit issue more a forum feature you would like to see. I doubt it's something Admins would concern themselves with implementing, but in the meantime you could just tell the user you like their post, or PM them. But users that most of the time just "chat" wont get any merit. Dont say chatting = spamming. There can be a big difference.
I can agree that in some instances a nice chat can turn into a good discussion. This should be done in the appropriate sections and remain on-topic. You may also feel you do not receive merit because members in some areas do not bother themselves with merit distribution. If you feel you are meriting a forgotten section of users, then by all means apply to become a source. This covers how to apply

I hope you have changed your password. Here is a thread where they are trying to get it added to the list of Phishing sites... amazed it's still not there. This is definitely one of the reasons there have been so many hacked accounts. Hope not to see you here soon trying to recover your account.

I haven't looked in forever.
Not since I was expecting a 4% decrease and got hit with a 10% increase in hashrate. Luckily someone pointed me to fork.lol so at least I can accurately see my profitability decreasing.
I did enjoy the amount of data, and ease of finding it up until then.

The guys are busy atm, they are participating an exhibition in Berlin, Germany.
Yeah I was hoping for even a small update during the exhibition. Last I saw they were going to be demoing this there, maybe I was mistaken.

I think it's more telling of them as a business. They realise all they have to do is announce a product and the advertising will be done for them, with no cost or effort.
Canaan and their distributors have taken a different approach. They have a different view of customer support, and post on the forum. If I'm not mistaken cryptouniverse did actually advertise on the forum recently.
The hardware section has changed. There has been another point of view added to the mix, in regards to the difference between moderation and overmoderation. It has also been shown that there is a respected hierarchy and if there is an issue posting on Meta can net action or response to the issue.

JC, just glad to see you are still searching. What can I say I'm a bit cynical, and generally don't have many smerit to be handing out. So I tend to go through the post history first and Merit after. If the post stands out as particularly well thought out, I run it through google a few different ways. This is unfortunately how I have found most of my plagiarism reports. Because the post you have been Merited is not plagarised one and you're not Meriting the user but that perticular post.
For a merit source yeah just meriting a post and moving along is fine; that really goes for anyone. I do disagree a little as without a little research this Plagiarist may have accrued enough Merit to rank up. Sure they would have been caught eventually, but in the meantime they would have been able to benefit from the merit received. I personally do not care if I disagree with the user or their views, but I will not merit someones post if they are guilty of something that will receive a Permaban, and removal from the forum. Faith in the humanity lost again. If one newbie post is really good, then it's plagiarism.
Do not let them weather that baby face hidden behind the glorious beard. There's always a diamond in the rough, or at least a shiny rock in a turd pile.
