521  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: GameCredits Speculation on: December 07, 2017, 09:28:09 AM
Isnt price is too cheap for gamecredits? LOL Cant believe that its 0.00014

Price is in a downtrend. Has been for many months.

At this rate it will soon fall out of the top 100, which takes it off the radar of bigger players.
522  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ★★★ GameCredits - The future of in-game monetization ★★★ on: December 07, 2017, 12:26:41 AM
Besides that Gamecredits is gradually starts to look like a scam project with incompetent team which only can talk and announce news, but their community manager Jack Kuveke spreads his pro-american creepy political correctness on non-american telegram group subscribers by banning innocent people for like he thinks innapropriate photos and beliefs! And im not a single person struggling from Jack! But looking from the side of pro-american political correctness i have freedom of choice what to put on my photo profile and say what i want to say. There would have been another situation if gamecredits telegram group had group rules then i would be the offender, but there are no rules. Jack in personal conversation told me to delete all innapropriate photos and i have done that eventually omg, but this young immature kid banned me still in group, and personally!. That is unacceptable. Such great project dies because of such bad workers which guide by their personal prejudices, not professionalism. Guys, if you have same problems with this person, feel free to notice your appropriate opinion in his Linkedin profile https://www.linkedin.com/in/jackkuveke/. I wont reconcile with that!

Would that be the reason for weak price in the last few months ?

Many other alts have trebled and quadrupled in 2 months, but Game is falling relative to everything else.
523  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: If you have now 500$ for invest? Where you invest? on: December 06, 2017, 10:43:57 AM
Risk/Reward dependent.

You are unlikely to make 50x on the big coins.

Buy 10 different alts below $50M market cap.

DYOR first.
524  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Best crypto to buy now? on: December 06, 2017, 10:40:35 AM
Supercoin... Established 4 years. Unique type of privacy, and amazingly fast. Overlooked until recently, but activity is building, and still below the big-time radar.

....it's gonna be so painful too watch.......................................- ugh

goodluck folks :-(

You are not one of the trolls here. That's why I am scared.

Why crash?
[/quote]

Just instinct.  He is probably correct.  Maybe crash is the wrong word. That might be the first move (-30% quickly), but I would think a downwave of very approx time 1-2 years and price -85% is a better description.

This upwave is very mature indeed. It is the 5th Exponential wave since 2010. It is roughly the correct magnitude and duration, adjusting for the weighting of extra alts existing nowadays.

The shoeshine boys are everywhere. Friends & neighbors, people next to you on the train, in the cafe:  daily articles in newspapers, TV and mainstream media.

In this case, 2 bells will ring at the top, loud and crystal-clear. They are the opening bells of CBOE and CME, on Dec 11th, and Dec 18th respectively.
526  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: SUPERCOIN'S REVIVAL on: November 19, 2017, 07:17:47 PM
Good to see some action on the price of Supercoin. I have bought some years ago and this coin had some much potential.

Couple of things:

- Who is in charge of Supercoin now?
- Will Supercoin be actively developed?
- Why does supercoin has .nl with the website. That seems very odd. I am dutch myself but that doesnt seem professional. Also sorry to say the website looks unprofessional and cheap.
- If you guys want to revive supercoin please put some decent effort into it, with a great team. Now it just seems like some 17 year old guys trying to revive an old coin.

And this comes from a Supercoin believer! Not trying to FUD just giving my honest opinion

Edit: the only way to see this coin could revive i think is with the old dev or people who have been with supercoin for a long time. At this point some people who just put up a new website without any plan / roadmap just seem way off.

Agree. To stay anywhere near the current price, a good development team would need to be formed, ready to innovate and maintain code.

The one thing Supercoin has going for it is the incredible speed and smoothness of the transactions.

527  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Bitcoin Cash - Fork 1:1 of Bitcoin - Pro on-chain scaling - Cheaper fees on: November 13, 2017, 11:14:15 AM
Lot people lost lot money on BTc cash, why since yestarday lost almost 70% from 2500 dollars to 1170. What do you think better to sell btc cash now or better to hold ?

Well, obviously the craziness is over. Only keep what you are comfortable with, and are happy to lose.

The long trend down has very likely begun, but it is not a certainty . Nothing is certain, inCrypto. That's why spreading risk is best policy.
528  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Bitcoin Cash - Fork 1:1 of Bitcoin - Pro on-chain scaling - Cheaper fees on: November 12, 2017, 11:51:06 PM
People are seriously in denial to think this one could replace BTC lol, the awekening will be hard

The price is the indicator. BCH is a serious contender, but the outcome will not be clear quickly. It will take a long time for the battle to play out, because BTC has a vast amount of adoption infastructure that BCH doesnt have.

If BCH price went below $1000 that would indicate ite challenge may be over, but similarly, if BTC goes below $3000 that would show it is in trouble.

My own guess is that the combined price (BTC+BCH) will decline steadily, because of the erosion of confidence overall.

Im seeing structured swaps. If I was to move my 25k BTC coins and sell them all instantly I wouldn't get that much for them and the price of BCH would limit how many I would acquire. Doing it slowly and wise to keep BTC price up will keeping BCH price low is the way to go. one reason bithumb crashed was to stop this from happening.

DOn't take my word for it as soon as the whales move over to BCH the price will head north. Mock me all you want but this is what I am seeing.

There is a deep market. No need to hold back transactions, your 25k coins is a drop in the ocean. Look at the trading volume : $25 Billion in 3 days for each of BTC and BCH. That is more than the entire market cap of BCH turned over in just 72 hours.
529  Economy / Speculation / Re: Nights Watch by Afrikoin on: November 12, 2017, 11:44:01 PM
I told you motherfuckers Bitcoin Cash IS BITCOIN and you have all just been deceived into believing that a shitcoin token SegWitCoin was Bitcoin while actually it never was and it never will be. I was right. I put my money where my mouth is and it sure rewarded me well. Sold my segwitcoins 2 days ago.   Cool

You made a good calculated play.

I did the same , swapping BTC for BCH at around 12:1, but I am holding on to 70% of my BTC Segwit just in case. Do you think it wise to sell out ?

Everyone in this game is to make money so focus on maximizing your profit from these pumps while you can instead of loosing time in counter comments. Jihan Wu has repeatedly said that BCH is BCH and there should not be any confusion in this. Coinbase will release BCH in large number then will see if the increase in value lasts or not.

Yes, the biggest supply is still locked up in Coinbase.

It is difficult to predict, but of course there will be substantial selling pressure on BCH in the weeks after the release. BTC community has a lot of ammunition there.
532  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Bitcoin Cash - Fork 1:1 of Bitcoin - Pro on-chain scaling - Cheaper fees on: November 11, 2017, 09:13:12 AM
One announcment and Bitcoin start free falling whil Bitcoin Cash is doubling with a hugh market volume. Of course people start thinking if today will be the day which we could refer as a flip in Bitcoin history in the future. These kind of topics are causing even more speculations as well. I am sure they are enjoing a lot right now. I have no doubt that the end will be very brutal.

These are only the first shots in the first battle of a long war.

BCH has a diifficult fight to gain traction against such a large community as BTC.  The issues are reinforced by the amount of institutional money which will flow via CME and other futures contracts.

I have no doubt that all cryptos will suffer for a long time, but it is the most effective way of proving consensus (like knocking heads together). The whole market needs a shakeout, and a price crash would be healthy for the long term. It has to happen, and it is overdue now.
533  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ★★★ GameCredits - The future of in-game monetization ★★★ on: November 08, 2017, 09:56:58 AM
why do i have game credit if i cant buy games with it ... i'm not a app store purchaser guys... i want to buy complete games like DD or CSGO

Presumably you have GameCredits because you believe the company will ultimately be successful and GameCredits will see mass adoption. If you can't stick through periods of development and temporary downtime before mass marketing of fully finished products happens, then I suggest you sit on your coins or sell them.

But why would anyone own Stratis, IOTA, NEO, etc if they can't even use them for their intended purposes yet? People can complain all they want but I can't think of 5 projects in the top 15 coins that have a fundamental use case for anyone who isn't an investor speculating. GAME does have use even if it's at it's lowest point and has temporary necessary downtime.

Good comment.  ..better thus :

'If you can't stick through periods of development and temporary downtime before mass marketing of fully finished products happens, then I suggest you sell your coins immediately, and go buy an ICO picked at random'

534  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] MOBILEGO Crowdfund [$53 Million] - Decentralized Mobile Gaming Solutions on: November 08, 2017, 09:48:58 AM
looking at the price....
shakes head
looking at teh price again....
bangs head on the table!

WTF guyz WTF

Dude, BTC was hovering around $2500 when this ICO occured and my 2 BTC investment is currently worth $2160, while their compensations has quarupled. Plus Extra from Bitcoin cash, and upcoming Segwit. Currently trading in shitty/low volume exchange, the promised platform is super late, the  promised buy back has been eschewed. Just telling us about all the lovely places they get to travel too, and talk to others in hopes of probably securing more funds. The sheeps/those who bought at this current price shill on. Anyway, i will stop cos most replies to my statement will just state that i am just a fudder. SMFH

You will get out with loss then? I guess not...what else will YOU do? I see this as a light at the end of the Tunnel...new alt season will come...if you bought ico u can just hold...i pushed down my expections...so every piece of info is a nice candy!

I got in at the first my GAME and it was lost for me. Because there were some issues on the ico platform and it affected my investment. And this rising of BTC price and decreasing of MGO price since the ico. But I really trust the team. They've done good job so far on GameCredits. And now they have enough sources to do much more. And hope we'll be rewarded.

It is noticeable that newer listings and ICO's gain in price more readily at the expense of older established projects. This is down to 2 main causes:

1. A lot of money is pulled from existing cryptos in the expectation of greater, quicker gains : this is becoming a self-reinforcing and accelerating process.

2. New projects are able to learn from the experience, good and bad, of the established cryptos, and some will be better for it.

There is no way to mitigate this process. The only real advantage of an older project is its existing adoption and critical mass, hence the biggest, BTC continues to gain.

The only way this will reverse is once the bubble bursts and the inevitable crash comes. All cryptos will fall massively, but the established real projects will retain more value.

I watched it happen in 2013-4, but the timing is not predictable.
535  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Ethereum: Welcome to the Beginning on: November 05, 2017, 06:22:16 PM
when are we gonna get out of this 300 range  Huh

Why do we have to ?

Stability in price is valuable, and volatility is cited as a negative in BTC.

So we should be happy for ETH to stay in the current range of 275 to 310 for at least 6 months.
536  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ETC] Ethereum Classic: Immutable Smart Contracts on: November 05, 2017, 06:18:19 PM
BCH returned to the 10% of the price of BTC therefore ETC needs to return to 10% of the price ETH
True. Expecting 30 USD by the end of November, 2017.

ETC is very slowly fading away. This small rise is a chance to sell.
537  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Bitcoin Cash - Fork 1:1 of Bitcoin - Pro on-chain scaling - Cheaper fees on: November 05, 2017, 01:53:42 PM

538  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] MOBILEGO Crowdfund [$53 Million] - Decentralized Mobile Gaming Solutions on: November 05, 2017, 12:22:15 PM
There is a lot of competition in this area now. Many cryptos and businesses are going for mobile gaming.

It is hard to be sure which ones will win.
539  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Gold (BTG) on: November 05, 2017, 12:19:40 PM
How is the status on the replay protection for BTG? I saw on github a feature request on this - but is it already implemented?

So please explain what exactly is replay protection. How does it work and why is it needed with BTG ??
