741  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [CVC] CIVIC Tokensale Successfully Completed on: December 13, 2017, 11:16:33 PM
Hey does anyone know of an APP for an I Phone to get live prices of CIVIC? Cheers!

Definitely recommend Blockfolio. Its the best App to track your cryptocurrency portfolio in my opinion. There are many copycats, but none of them can compete with them really. Best performance even with very slow internet, prices are always accurate and it has a nice UX. Go for Blockfolio!

Looking forward to Civics performance in the coming weeks, it surely will profit as well from the alt bull market.
742  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] Quantstamp - The First Decentralized Smart Contract Security Platform on: December 13, 2017, 11:13:46 PM
I also bought some QSP. I had some struggles with myself too before buying it because of the tier structure in the ICO (I missed the ICO), but after doing my research I decided to rather buy now than to regret it again later. I think now is a good entry point for almost all alts, bullmarket is incoming. But QSP will certainly take off in 2018, no matter what, Quantstamps product is desperately needed.
743  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoins prices on: December 13, 2017, 10:57:13 PM
Well, I think that we are now already in the bullmarket of alts, but it very likely is to get way more bullish in the next weeks or even months. We might see another run on alts as in the first months in 2017. I certainly believe that people soon will start to realize their Bitcoin profits and then its likely that they will buy altcoins. Looking forward to that, as Im an altcoin addict and hold many of them!
744  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][LIVE] Aidcoin Bringing Nonprofits to Blockchain. Token for Charities on: December 13, 2017, 10:54:13 PM
I think this is a solid vision and I like it, however I dont understand why there are only 40% of the coins availible for the public, while %10 are reserved for "advisors", I dont get the role of them really. As this is a charity coin, shouldnt it be rather shared with the community (even if its for sale) than to make the rich richer? Correct me if im wrong please. Just my first thought when I saw the token allocation.
745  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] QRL - Announcing the Quantum Resistant Ledger on: December 13, 2017, 10:50:25 PM
Shame QRL is starting to bleed now while most other alts are starting to recover or jumping insanely.. I expect QRL to rebound over 10k over the next few days/weeks as this bull run has affected most markets. Not sure if it will stay there though, not until mainnet at least.

Look lads...

We are up about 100% in a month in terms of FIAT and we are close to the 0.00008 BTC line where we were a month ago (see below pic).

So the only one really bleeding here is Sammy.

Not exactly, the ones who bleed are the bag holders that bought back in june 2017 at the all time high. I didnt buy a lot at that time, but I bought the high, because I listened to some dude while I was really inexperienced. Well lesson learned. Never ever listen to anyone on the internet. I hope we will pass that level at some point again when mainnet is released. I still think its good to have some QRL in the wallet and plan to hold it long term, also bought some more recently, but to finally be in the greens would also be nice!
746  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] SONM: Supercomputer Organized by Network Mining on: December 13, 2017, 10:44:49 PM
In my opinion the miracle announcement is either going to be an airdrop to all holders, or a huuuge announcement. Like the development of a feature never before discussed or a major partnership getting scored.

Those two are probably the only that would live up to the hype. It wouldn't be very SONMish to announce a christmas miracle, and not deliver something amazing.

Whatever it may be, right or wrong. I am super excited!

I like that way of thinking! I didnt think of an airdrop yet. Certainly hope that its not an airdrop though! A major partnership would be the best news that we could expect in my opinion. Pure guessing here, but what if SONM really partnered up with Microsoft? I guess after news of that caliber, we would see each other on the moon again.
747  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] ⭐️⚡️LiveEdu: ⭐️⚡️ Decentralized peer-to-peer project learning network on: December 13, 2017, 10:42:14 PM
Everyday Im checking in to discuss with people about LiveEdu, but somehow the only new replies are twitter posts... Kind of annoying to be honest. Cant you seperate the bounty campaign again from this ANN thread?
748  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Ethereum: Welcome to the Beginning on: December 13, 2017, 10:36:30 PM
i get flak for mining ETH instead of Monero with the vega 64s
kids....
looking ahead pays

bitcoin is controlled by bitmain and now fixed by the money printing gazzillion in derivatives banksters

the day ETH enters any fiat leveraged market like the CME im out

non ASIC is the way

Im also planning to buy a vega 64s, so you say its profitable to mine Ethereum with it? I was going to mine Monero, but I would also rather mine Ethereum. I've never mined before, but want to get into it as soon as possible. Unfortunately all decent GPU's in my country were sold out, but now I can get a vega 64s from a private purchase.
749  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The Most Undervalued Coin listed on binance on: December 13, 2017, 10:32:11 PM
Aeron for me is the most undervalued coin because the market caps only 3 million and they just did a token burning think you could see a huge pump in early 2018

Sounds interesting with that low cap, its currently dumping quite hard overall as I saw on coinmarketcap. But volume on Binance seems good. Would be happy if anyone can tell me why this coin is interesting besides of short term gains, how does this token work?.
750  Economy / Exchanges / Re: [ANN] KRAKEN.COM - Exchange with USD EUR GBP JPY CAD BTC LTC XRP NMC XDG STR ETH on: December 13, 2017, 10:18:18 PM
When I deposited Euro to Kraken it took never longer than one working day. Maybe its faster for me because Im verified, I dont know. But I certainly cant complain about Kraken in any way.
Performance is a bit laggy sometimes, but besides of this, I love that exchange.
751  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: ANN [PTOY] Patientory Healthcare on the Blockchain on: December 13, 2017, 10:11:05 PM
Definitely a big secret behind this pump. I dont know which news could have made it jump like this. Nevertheless, not a bad thing I guess. PTOY has to come up with something real though, otherwise this short upwards trend will turn around again soon.
752  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How I can make money with cryptocurrencies? on: December 13, 2017, 10:09:02 PM
There are several ways to make money with crypto. First of all you can invest "real" money and start trading to multiply it, or just hold you investment and wait some time for the growth of it.
Another way is by participating in bounty campaigns, although for this you need some skills or a high rank in the forum.
You can also try to get involved with projects and help them with whatevery you can provide, they can pay you in crypto or they can pay you with fiat, if you got something to offer that will come in handy for them.
753  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Who is buying WAVES? on: December 13, 2017, 10:03:58 PM
I've been holding waves for almost a year now, the team is amazing, there are constant improvements. I think I will go back to 120k territory in a few months.

Definitely worth holding Waves! After the impressive news from Amsterdam today even more. We are looking at a bright future laying ahead of Waves network!

754  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Dota 2 play for money on: December 13, 2017, 09:47:58 PM

I want to make a platform where, every player can play, bet on his game, get paid for it. And also hold tournaments. Bets on well-known teams, I will remove from this application.

I like the idea, will make the game more competitive and players will play more serious (as if they wouldnt already while playing dota2), and on the other hand they can earn some money while playing casually. However they could also loose their games and end up with less. How is this planned to be implemented? Will all players that are playing a round will be teaming up at the platform? Otherwise if you just use normal match making, its not that serious right? Hope you understand what I mean.
755  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Lykke - Semi-decentralized Exchange on the Blockchain on: December 13, 2017, 09:42:09 PM
I've told that Lykke is one of the fastest exchanges/wallets out and i've decided to give it a try. So, i bought some ETH yesterday. My ETH is visible on my wallet but in the transaction details, it says "in process". It's been more than 30 hours but still no progress. Also they're not responding my mails, they're just sending auto-replies.

I'll be posting updates here to inform new comers and potential Lykke users.

TLDR; Still waiting to have ETHs that i bought.

I'll continue to update here for every 24 hours, so people can follow up progress.

It's been more than 54 hours since i've bought some ETH by selling (giving) USD. USD transaction settled up immediately to the Lykke system but ETH transaction to my exchange wallet seems "in process" since then. (Yes, 54 hours)

Thanks to mtnsaa, helped me to speed up support by contacting support team and they have sent an email that says basically "Dev team will resolve your issue". Actually i was trying to have an idea about how fast Lykke resolves transactions, now i have more than just an idea. Smiley

Hmm sounds bad man, but dont worry, Lykke is a professional company, they will solve your issue, Im certain of that. But of course its a pretty long (too long) wait for an ETH transaction, kind of discouraging. Hope this will be resolved soon!

757  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: OMG what happend with Litecoin !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! on: December 13, 2017, 09:39:16 PM
litecoin is one of those altcoins that is old and could survive all these years (nearly as old as bitcoin) and still have a high price and lots of development.

this is all screaming high potential for this coin without a doubt.
so it is no surprise that it is rising like this and doesn't  come down like all the other shitcoin pumps that keep happening every day.

Totally agree here. Litecoin is like a sleeping giant. Although it also made some nice gains this year and now jumped again withing the last two days, I still think that there is a lot of upside potential for it. I would not wonder to see Litecoin above $500 soon. Maybe four figured in 2018. Another good aspect of Litecoin is that it is not dumping or correcting hard from my experience, its like a safe harbour to park profits.
758  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][DASH] Dash (dash.org) | First Self-Funding Self-Governing Crypto Currency on: December 13, 2017, 09:29:57 PM
I still find it difficult for new users to exchange Fiat -> Dash.        Level entry users are using Coinbase.   The next level up from there is GDAX and Gemini.    From there we have the other crypto exchanges.    The users that really want dash that I talk to are not experienced enough to get it and I feel it is really frustrating.

It was hard enough for these users to figure out how to get BTC/LTC/ETH.    With the funds, team, market cap.  I don't see why we are not pushing these exchanges to add Dash?   Maybe we are,  not sure.   Just saying my frustration and opinion.

Yes, I do understand there are other ways of getting funds in for Dash but they are outside the main pipe and that is a problem.   If I knew of a way to push these exchanges I would create a proposal but sadly, I don't.

I would assume others feel similar and what I have not heard is how will "grandma" get fiat into Dash with Evolution.

Actually for me it was pretty easy to buy my Dash with fiat. I just bought it on Kraken - directly FIAT to DASH. But I know what hassle you are talking about and I feel the same but not only for Dash, its a general problem, the entry barrier has to lower a lot so that "old" people wont have a hard time to buy the cryptos they want.
759  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: WAVES | Ultimate crypto-tokens blockchain platform | unofficial supporters topic on: December 13, 2017, 09:25:08 PM
Impressive the news announced today in Amsterdam, especially excited about the official announcement of the launch of Tokenomica.

Totally, really impressive! I watched most of the stream and its amazing what Waves got on the cards. I think we can all be happy to have invested in this coin early on! Cant wait for the implementations in 2018. Im hyped (not overhyped) and think that there can be a run on waves anytime soon.
760  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Bancor | Protocol for Smart-tokens, solving the liquidity problem on: December 13, 2017, 09:20:18 PM
The Bancor turned six months! Congratulations!  Smiley

Just 6 months ago, the Bancor Network Token (BNT) was born through one of the industry’s largest Token Generation Events. Today, we’re marking 180 action-packed days since this historic launch with a neat infographic that visualizes Bancor’s progression. From the team’s growth to a live product in production, this is how a decentralized network expands.

Congratulations Bancor! I have to say, Bancor is one of the few projects that are really delivering on their promises. Although the BNT price is not reflecting it yet, Bancor is still the investment with whom I got the best feeling of all ICO's that I participated in this year.

Keep on the great work, we keep holding Smiley
