1881  Other / Politics & Society / Re: [POLL] China Virus Source on: February 07, 2020, 07:37:56 AM
It does provide a pretty convenient excuse for China's failing economy, and also lets them point fingers that the US is trying to use bio-weapons against them, as well as gives them the ability to declare martial law, quarantine everyone, and lock everything down preventing dissent.
1882  Other / Meta / Re: REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE: FLYING HELLFISH - SELECTIVE ENFORCEMENT AND CENSORSHIP on: February 07, 2020, 07:27:13 AM
I think he just overlooked the possibility that you were responding to my post in a thread I didn't post in.

Are you accusing him of lying about deleting your post?  Seems unlikely to me, but this isn't the first time he has explicitly told you that he didn't delete a post from your "FLYING HELLFISH - SELECTIVE ENFORCEMENT AND CENSORSHIP" thread, and you seem to just not care.

If you think he's lying, call him out on it and maybe we can get to the bottom of it.
If you don't think he's lying, then remove the posts he says he didn't delete.
Or do nothing if you don't care if your accusations against FH are accurate or not.

I don't care what he did or says. A moderator deleted those posts, this is a fact as evidenced by the quotes. Him claiming not to have done it in a section he is in charge of and just saying it was "some one else" is not a resolution, even if he thinks it is for him. I have absolutely no way to verify anything he says. Me having a log of these acts harms no one, and the only reason this thread exists is so the usual dingle berries have some ass hair to cling on to and create a circus out of it. Be my guest. Clown away and draw even more attention to it.
1883  Economy / Reputation / Re: Trust System Abuse By Nullius on: February 07, 2020, 07:12:47 AM
You aren't above justifying your use of the trust system to penalize me. You are using all of the force and trust of the community as a weapon against me and you refuse to justify your actions, simply stating past accusations that were themselves unproven are true. The only reason you have that authority is because the community allows it.

Your inability to justify your behavior clearly demonstrates you are only interested in abusing the trust system as a cudgel to force users into compliance with your totalitarian behavior. You keep writing these long winded screeds about how great you and Vod are, how you are above justifying yourself, and how right you are, without ever actually demonstrating anything. Both Vod and Nullius have overstepped their bounds here and are using negative ratings as a punitive tool to punish people with ideas they don't like. Either the trust system maintains base standards for everyone, or all it will be is a joke used to abuse its most long standing and trusted members. You think they are going to stop with me? You are next.
1884  Other / Meta / Re: REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE: FLYING HELLFISH - SELECTIVE ENFORCEMENT AND CENSORSHIP on: February 07, 2020, 07:01:15 AM
He made another thread with the same title as mine + REEEEEE , it could've been deleted from that one if he copied a post from my thread and responded to it in his.

To be fair that is entirely plausible, I wasn't aware of his REEEE thread (and no one would based on the evidence he provided).  Since I didn't delete the post I don't know which thread it was in and in reality everything after that is entirely moot.

Even posts deleted from self moderated threads by the op don't say. "A reply of yours, quoted below, was deleted by a Bitcoin Forum moderator." in the message. Are you accusing me of manufacturing the quotes now?
1885  Other / Meta / Re: REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE: FLYING HELLFISH - SELECTIVE ENFORCEMENT AND CENSORSHIP on: February 07, 2020, 03:31:33 AM
Funny, usually when people delete posts in a self moderated thread it doesn't say "A reply of yours, quoted below, was deleted by a Bitcoin Forum moderator."

Funny how that still doesn't mean I did it you stupid fucking cunt.

Feel free to poll all the other mods or theymos to find out who did it.  Feel free to shove a cactus up your ass.  But for someone who thrives on proof you have zero of it that proves I did it.

I'm done responding to your ridiculousness.

Even if you didn't do it, it still very clearly wasn't a self moderated thread. I don't know why you feel the need to make stuff up that is clearly untrue.
1886  Other / Meta / Re: REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE: FLYING HELLFISH - SELECTIVE ENFORCEMENT AND CENSORSHIP on: February 07, 2020, 03:08:58 AM
For the record,

As with most of the claims in the locked thread about me this is not my doing (this being the latest as of this post: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5103785.msg53786636#msg53786636 )

The deleted post by TS was in a self mod'd thread, it wasn't deleted by me.  I rarely (if ever) moderate a self mod'd thread.  By definition a self mod'd thread allows the OP to decided what is on or off topic.

Of course as usual TS isn't interested in facts, context or any kind of discussion that doesn't agree with his insane conspiracy theories.

Another mod or more likely the OP was the one that deleted the post but hey it looks WAY better he puts it in a locked thread about a mod he hates.

Oh well theymos has all the actual facts, I assume he has verified my claims and TS claims and since I haven't had any discussions with him about my alleged abuse I will continue as I have been.

Thanks to all in this thread with the kind words and support.

Funny, usually when people delete posts in a self moderated thread it doesn't say "A reply of yours, quoted below, was deleted by a Bitcoin Forum moderator."
1887  Economy / Reputation / Re: Trust System Abuse By Nullius on: February 07, 2020, 02:51:03 AM
Nullius - myself and a couple others have substantiated the claims against Techy.  The proof is in the reference link.

Techy chooses to either ignore or claim he does not understand.  He does not have anyone who wants to help him.  I don't think you will convince him of anything.

His next step will be to post a list of your supporters and extort them into untrusting you.  In the interests of forgiveness, I will not lay this linked crime on his trust page, and allow him to edit/delete the post.  Yes, I am a nice guy.  Smiley

Quote
Extortion, which is not limited to the taking of property, involves the verbal or written instillation of fear that something will happen to the victim if they do not comply with the extortionist's will. Another key distinction is that extortion always involves a verbal or written threat,[1] whereas robbery may not. In United States federal law, extortion can be committed with or without the use of force an

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Extortion#United_States

As predicted, you were preparing yet another accusation before even substantiating any of the previous ones. Thanks for the definition, that fits your posts perfectly.

That sure does sound a lot like an opinion. Rather arbitrary to make this accusation isn't it?

Techy, you have shared PMs without permission, right?

Listed as a neutral on your profile.
Do you think I should change it to red, hypocrite?

Ok, you've deflected this thread away from your trust abuse.

2020 will bring you a lot more red I think, no matter how upset you get.

Smiley

I caused no damages to Hhampuz. There was no explicit agreement to keep our PMs private. He was speaking as if I was presenting myself rudely privately to the public while we had a perfectly polite conversation that was of no other consequence than it being perfectly polite. There was no lie about it, and Hhampuz hasn't presented any grievance over the matter, you are simply latching on to it as an excuse to attempt to extort me into changing the negative rating which you very much deserve for the publicly documented doxing of OGNasty and claiming to report him to the IRS because you had a petty dispute with him.

Do you care to try to support any of the other claims you have made against me?

Vod   2020-02-04   Reference   "Mentally ill stalker who will post private messages then lie about it as revenge for ignoring him. Avoid. "

Vod   2019-09-09   Reference   "This profile has fundamentally abused the trust system, trading positive trust with as many others as possible to get on Default Trust. See reference and the BPIP DT Change Log for examples. Do not trust this profile's trust of others by adding ~TECSHARE to your personal trust list. "

Your second rating is merely a link to another accusation based on nothing more than spurious correlation, and creative writing skills.

Both you and Nullius are claiming that this accusation is substantiation. You are merely linking your accusation to another accusation that was itself never established.

1888  Other / Politics & Society / Re: [POLL] China Virus Source on: February 07, 2020, 01:18:59 AM
That original or a repost?
1889  Economy / Reputation / Re: Trust System Abuse By TECSHARE protected by suchmoon on: February 07, 2020, 01:07:35 AM
I would have flatly ignored your thread against me, if suchmoon had not backed you.*  I have ignored almost all of your posts here in the thread you thus started, plus everywhere else on the forum—and I will continue to do so.  Enough of an answer?

* And I have more to say about that, but no more free time to squander on this thread today.

When do you get to the part where you substantiate your accusations against me?

https://youtu.be/Ylj6SdPgxqo

From the video..

"4chan gonna 4chan"
"badactors took that phone line and put it on a site where badactors go to do badactor stuff"

That is some nice freedom of speech you have there. It would be a shame if some one labeled it as hate speech and censored it wouldn't it?
1891  Other / Politics & Society / Re: 4chan trolls reportedly behind part of the Iowa caucus chaos on: February 06, 2020, 10:52:47 PM
Hacker 4chan at it again. I bet the Russians were behind it as well.

A guy that started out running a flock of 200 Mormon "missionaries" in France is not exactly what most people who consider themselves Christian and conservative consider as Christian and conservative.

Mormons are Christian.  It's common among many different types of Christianity (and religions in general) for the youth to go on a mission to help the less fortunate and spread whatever religion they are.

If that is the case, then socialists are communists. It is common for many types of unemployed hipsters to go on a mission on instagram to talk about helping the less fortunate, whatever political religion they are.

Notice:  This post is intended to be a stable reference link for impending trust feedback.  (N.b. for the record, I supported Lauda’s active flag against xolxol a few weeks ago.  That is not new.)

http://loyce.club/archive/posts/5378/53785935.html
Nullius go back to your old ways

I take exception to this:  When was I ever not a sort of extremist version of the quite moderate Lauda?

(Sorry, Lauda:  Presumptuously boasting that I out-you you is even more-sincerest than mere imitation.)

and dont give time to support abusers here because youll be hated by most of the users, dont caress their dicks

LOLWUT.  When did I ever show even the slightest indication of caring what is thought of me by xolxol, the Trusted Official Spokesman of Most Of The Users, who has achieved a fame sung by bards and poets with such behaviour as displayed below.  (That sentence is ended with a period, not a question mark, because it is declarative and rhetorical, not a question; and I am not inviting an answer.)

I wish i could have known where this dickhead is living so that i could hire someone to put him down or atleast break his arms and legs ive got a couple of spare BTCs.

We are all aware you can make accusations. That is not under dispute. Would you substantiate any of your claims against me when you get a break from lecturing people and writing huge pointless screeds?
1894  Other / Meta / Re: REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE: FLYING HELLFISH - SELECTIVE ENFORCEMENT AND CENSORSHIP on: February 06, 2020, 09:39:09 PM
I had a free topic deleted by FH in P&S, about crime.

It's OK though, cause Techy recognized it was about his threat and quoted it in his trust abuse thread - page 31.  I am the bigger man there and let him have the last word.

I also received the answer in PM, so I am satisfied.

Although I don't like having a fresh topic deleted, I can understand the reasoning behind it.  I thank FH for his non-biased moderation and the difficult job he must have to not take sides.

That is a interesting excuse to not substantiate any of your accusations Vod, also very off topic.
1895  Other / Meta / Re: Market Place - Computer hardware "split" proposal. on: February 06, 2020, 10:43:57 AM
This sounds reasonable. The section is very overcrowded as is.
1896  Other / Meta / Re: REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE: FLYING HELLFISH - SELECTIVE ENFORCEMENT AND CENSORSHIP on: February 06, 2020, 07:01:28 AM
I never stopped you from having a conversation. I am here. Let's converse.

Care to rebut my point about why your meme is off-topic and TwitchySeal's isn't? My point was this:

The difference between your comment and his is you didn't include anything relevant to the topic of discussion, whereas TwitchySeal did.

Subject: Coronavirus Outbreak
"[imagines this entire tirade with a German accent and burning books in the background]" + off-topic meme = off-topic

Subject: VOD should be removed from default trust for systematic abuse of his position
"TECSHARE has been getting abused for over 5 years now and you all are just turning your backs to look busy doing other things! I hope this puppy gif makes you feel better, TECSHARE." + off-topic meme = on-topic

TOAA learned to cleverly insert just one or two on-topic sentences in his post before unleashing his usual hate-filled spiel about this-and-that, thus his posts stopped being deleted. If you managed to do the same, I don't think your posts would be deleted.

No, not really. See! We are conversing.
1897  Other / Meta / Re: REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE: FLYING HELLFISH - SELECTIVE ENFORCEMENT AND CENSORSHIP on: February 06, 2020, 06:48:15 AM
Anything else I can help you understand?

Yes, why is your thread about me in Meta and not in the Reputation section where it belongs?

Because its not about you -- its about whether or not SELECTIVE ENFORCEMENT AND CENSORSHIP by FH is taking place, which is clearly a discussion that belongs in Meta.

For a thread not about me... you didn't wait very long obsessing over me.

"Since TECSHARE..."

You're the one who locked the thread and won't have a conversation about the topic, which is clearly a meta topic, so yes, "since you."

Care to rebut my points about why your meme is off-topic and TwitchySeal's isn't, or are you content to keep giving us tips on masturbation?

I never stopped you from having a conversation. I am here. Let's converse.
1898  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Nancy Pelosi Rips SOTU, an act of Constitutional Defiance or Mal-intent ? on: February 06, 2020, 05:53:21 AM
Didn't read the whole thread yet but did ya'll see this?

Nancy Pelosi ‘pre-ripped’ pages of Trump’s SOTU speech, video shows
https://nypost.com/2020/02/05/nancy-pelosi-pre-ripped-pages-of-trumps-sotu-speech-video-shows/

Looks like 1st degree pre-meditated speech ripping for the purpose of grandstanding to me..

That is the perfect place for stage props, in the stage show.
1899  Other / Politics & Society / Re: [BET] Trump or not Trump 2020, eddie13 vs suchmoon on: February 06, 2020, 05:46:33 AM
Donald J Trump not running for any reason (primaried out, dead, impeached, etc) means a draw even if he wins via write-in.

Well, I guess we made it through that part.. Or is their much more "impeachment" to drag on as long as possible to use against Trump in the elections?
"acquitted"
What does this do to the odds?
"Trump is found "innocent" of quid for blow (whatever madeup charges were)"
Iowa screwing Bernie; igniting the extreme soc/com leftists to split the D..
Buttpirate VS Trump?
Biden burning in flames? (least insane of D's despite the fact that he makes out with his granddaughter on camera)
83% of independents approve of last presidential address..
Pelosi attentionwhores ripping paper..

You should sweeten the pot... a little salt always makes the stake taste better.

So you didn't learn anything from ALL that discussion?

So glad you or I ended or will end this trust abuse.   Cool

Care to substantiate any of your many accusations?

Not again.  If you can't understand what I wrote, ask someone to help you.  No one else is confused.

You said you ended it already.  Let's move on.  Smiley

I have. By proving you can not substantiate any of your accusations against me.

I found this threat most interesting...

That sure does sound a lot like an opinion. Rather arbitrary to make this accusation isn't it?

Techy, you have shared PMs without permission, right?

Yeah pay no attention to the IRS kicking in your door, what is important is I posted a personal message in public!

________________________________________________________________

I would consider that quite untrustworthy behavior indeed, especially if either of you requested any information you shared in PM to remain private, or reasonably assumed so.. It could even be construed as trade-related danger IMO..

If it actually IN YOUR OPINION then what is more important to you?   Techy endangering trades by behaving untrustworthy, or your dislike of me?

Ok, you've deflected this thread away from your trust abuse.

2020 will bring you a lot more red I think, no matter how upset you get.

Smiley

Then of course not being silent enough, sufficient to meet his demands, he starts leaving me negative ratings.

(P.S. Vod, I can see you obsessively refreshing both of our profiles in BPIP, just FYI)

Let's say person A threatens to do something to person B if they don't change their relationship with person C.

What is person A guilty of in the United States?

Extortion?
Blackmail?

I've seem some smart people (and some idiots) throw these words around interchangeably.

Doing a little research for your next ass covering accusation are we Vod?
