1021  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Ukrainian supermarket chain to accept cryptocurrencies through binance pay on: September 18, 2022, 03:53:50 AM
With Binance Pay users need to have a Binance account in order to make purchases from merchants. I understand they want to make a payment system that is as fast and easy as traditional payment methods but it will end up excluding most crypto users who want the freedom to use any wallet they choose and hold their own funds. There is essentially no difference between Binance Pay and every other centralized system that already exists so it just seems unnecessary and will be very low amongst people's preferred payment methods.
1022  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: LBRY Token (LBC) Real world valuation??? on: September 17, 2022, 07:00:18 AM
There is great value in having decentralized social media and content creation platforms where you aren't being arbitrarily censored for having an opinion that doesn't align with certain mainstream narratives. Having a great platform and growing user base is nice but it is not a guarantee that you will have a succesful token with significant value.
1023  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Canelo vs Golovkin 3 - September 17 on: September 17, 2022, 05:56:45 AM
Here are the official weigh-in:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QVHU44zuj48

Move forward to 4:48, GGG looks huge at 168 lbs hehehe.

GGG - 167.8
Canelo - 167.4 pounds

So let's see if GGG moving to super middleweight and with that added extra pounds will make him perform much better in this fight. Again, it's the debate about GGG age vs Canelo prime years, gonna be a good match for sure.

Golovkin looks really solid at this new weight class. The additional weight and strength should help him absorb Canelo's power punches. We will see how much he will be affected by his age. Maybe it'll be like Pacquiao vs. Marquez, where having the experience and knowledge from their previous fights will negate those disadvantages for the older fighter.
1024  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Canelo vs Golovkin 3 - September 17 on: September 16, 2022, 05:41:32 AM
I would like to see GGG do well and make it an entertaining fight. I have to agree with the consensus that Canelo is a heavy favorite. It is not just about age. The size difference might also be a factor. Canelo has been fighting super middleweights and light heavyweights in recent years while Golovkin has remained at middleweight. Maybe if Canelo has stamina problems, GGG might find a way to win rounds but the most likely outcome in my opinion is Canelo by wide decision or perhaps even late stoppage.
1025  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Naoya Inoue vs Paul Butler - Undisputed Bantamweight Bout - December 13 on: September 13, 2022, 05:20:26 AM
though we knew Inoue is much faster and accurate against butler but yet none can assure that there will be a knock out though many of us expecting this to come as the fight is a Monster against Human here.
In how many occassions Inoue had proven His ability and capacity so I am looking also for a knocking down.

It's pretty safe to assume this fight will end in a knockout. The difference in talent level is just too immense. The only real question is for how many rounds will Inoue allow Butler to survive?
1026  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Jake Paul VS Anderson Silva October 29th on: September 10, 2022, 04:44:19 AM

I don't get why everyone is bashing on a young fighter who has a couple of fights, going against other beginner boxers. It's like they expect Jake Paul to go against Cancelo or someone, but then they'd be saying Cancelo took a easy fight. I don't think there's any winning in this, people just won't be happy regardless.

I say good on Jake. He's made a career in multiple industries, and quite frankly has the boxing purists actually wanting to watch his fights now, whether that's to route against him or not. Mayweather built a career on people wanting to see him get knocked out.

Jake Paul has been a pro for 2.5 years already. He is not just a beginner anymore. It is time to step up his level of competition beyond no-hoper washed up athletes if he wants to be treated as anything besides a freak show attraction. It's not a great sign for the state of boxing when this kind of garbage is getting so much hype and media attention.
1027  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Jake Paul VS Anderson Silva October 29th on: September 09, 2022, 04:17:28 AM

Same here, at first I thought Silva won't have any chance but knowing and watching his fight against Chavez Jr.  My point of view changes. As I remember Chavez Jr. isn't a push-over boxer with 61 professional fights and a former WBC middleweight champion from 2011 to 2012[1].  Silva did a good performance there winning a split decision.

But of course, the fight can go either way, Jake Paul being young and equipped with KO punches, there is a possibility that Silva might not see the punches coming and got KO'ed by Paul.  Or vice versa.  If the fight ended in the judge's decision, if Silva do the same performance he did against Chavez Jr. then Silva might win the judge's decision.

[1]Source

Silva fought a very diminished version of Chavez Jr. who didn't even bother to make weight for that fight. It wasn't even a very convincing win, it was just a matter of Chavez Jr. making very little effort to get a victory. It does nothing to show us what level Anderson Silva is at. Since then his only other fight was against a washed up Tito Ortiz making his boxing debut and then he was inactive for the past 12 months. At 47 years old, very minimal boxing experience, and a long layoff I don't see any way in which Silva can win.
1028  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Jake Paul v Anderson Silva [rumours] on: September 08, 2022, 05:13:59 AM

Why not Silva can do that he has done it against Chavez Jr and Chavez Jr is a better fighter than Jake Paul, he outlasted Chavez Jr, even though Silva is old he still has the stamina to last a full ten rounds Silva has a good resume to present against Jake Paul and he will be Jake Paul's biggest challenge, this is only rumors I'm sure those who want Jake Paul to get hurt will advice him to push through, checking the internet for a latest new and we have it

Quote
It seems that Jake Paul has finally got an opponent to face in former UFC middleweight champion Anderson Silva. Paul recently announced he was going to return to the squared circle on October 29th. Silva was then confirmed as his opponent according to reports by TMZ and MMA Fighting.

The version of Chavez Jr. that fought Silva is in no way better than Jake Paul. I don't really consider Anderson Silva to be a step up from Woodley and any of the non-boxers that Jake Paul has faced. The only reason for fighting Silva is because he has a name that can sell. This fight will not do anything to legitimize Jake Paul as a serious boxer.

It's also a shame freebitco.in is blacklisted in Twitter and spotted as malicious website. I don't know if people responsible for virtual security sector does it on purpose or if the site is simply blacklisted because there is too much advertisement and spam involving its links due to the referral program which is quite popular in every paid to click and micro earnings sites. Before this exclusion from social medias, freebitco.in's links were very popular in Facebook and Twitter too. I believe there could be many more active users if it wasn't for this kind of annoying obstacle.

On the other hand, it's interesting real scam websites, projects and schemes aren't so efficiently blocked by those security mechanisms.

The site has been getting flagged by anti-malware software ever since they had the option to mine Monero through your browser. Even after they discontinued the service they have not been removed from those blacklists.
1030  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: RUIZ VS ORTIZ SUN, SEP 04, 2022 10PM ET EASTERN TIME/ on: September 05, 2022, 05:24:11 AM
I am not surprised by the outcome of this fight. Ortiz is 43 and he's been out of his prime for a while. He can still be competitive but against fighters of higher quality he might get seriously hurt. Ruiz is not in great shape and this will make it difficult for him to become champion again. He is always in slugfests so I'm sure we will see him against some high profile opponents in the future.

I think something similar happened a few months ago after they did some maintenance. A few hours later everything was back to normal. I'm sure these issues will be fixed soon.
1032  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Is Mellow Ads dead or abandoned? on: June 23, 2022, 05:01:32 PM
If anyone still wondering, Mellow Ads is a giant scam. Deposited 100 dollars on it and now I can't withdraw it anymore, they say the hot wallet is empty, fucking morons.

If anyone wants to use the credits, I'm willing to give it to you for the same amount in return ($100), send a PM if interested

They were associated with Moon Bitcoin faucets which scammed a lot of people so it is not surprising that Mellow Ads is also scamming. I wouldn't pay any amount of money to advertise on their network because their stats are not accurate. They will count a click even if ad block prevents a user from reaching the target destination. They also count bot traffic among the statistics. You will only get a fraction of the views and clicks that you are paying for.

1034  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [BOXING] George Kambosos vs Devin Haney - Undisputed Lightweight Title - June 5 on: June 05, 2022, 05:22:05 AM
I felt like I was watching Rigondeaux tonight. One of the most boring fights I've seen in a while. A rematch would be pointless and would only hold up potential big fights that we have been wanting to see for a long time. It's time for Haney, Davis, Shakur and Loma to start facing each other.
1035  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Shakur Stevenson vs Oscar Valdez Title Unification Fight (April 30) on: May 01, 2022, 05:32:12 AM
^^ The bookies are correct, but it seems we got it wrong though as we are pre-dominantly Valdez, same as the crowd who watches the fight live.

Maybe majority of us here doesn't want to watch a defensive fight, but it's obvious that Shakur skills is superior and he has somewhat power because Valdez was hurt when he was just even grazed by Stevenson.

I would rate Stevenson among the top 5 pound for pound fighters but I find his style to be lackluster. Valdez doesn't have the best defense and can't take a punch very well. This was Stevenson's opportunity to win in spectacular fashion but he chose to go with a safety first approach. As great as Shakur is, I still think he has a long way to go before he is on the same level as Canelo, Crawford and Fury due to his unwillingness or inability to finish fighters.

I did not use that many wof spins maybe 400 or 500 so not much inflation there so far, but where did you get that information with that one in 20k chance? Is it given on the site anywhere?

You can figure out the odds from the provably fair formula. Whenever you click the roll button you are creating a decimal between 0 and 10000. This decimal is either rounded up or down to give you your final result. Since 10000 is the highest decimal you can roll there is nothing that can get rounded down to 10000, therefore rolling 10000 has half the odds as rolling a result that is between 1 and 9999.
1037  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in-$200 FreeBTC⭐Win Lambo🔥0.2BTC DailyJackpot🏆$32,500 Wager Contest on: April 27, 2022, 05:07:50 AM

To roll the 10000 the chance is surely not one in 10k. I have free rools played 21,411 so far. To roll 9994 or above the chance is 0.07%, so by chance I should have hit 9994 or above ca. 15 times. As far as I remember it occurred 1 or 2 times so far.
With this "provably fair" thingy I can only check the number I rolled but not the likelihood of its occurrence and so this is completely nonsense.
The only site I rolled the 10k 2 times is from dutchycorp and I can tell you why this happened, becourse the winning is 25 cents. This is affordable for the site owner - right?
If every 10000th roll would win 200$ than freebitco would be bankrupt within one day I guess.

The odds of rolling the highest number are only one in 20k. Wheel of fortune spins count as free rolls and that will inflate your stats and make it seem like you’ve made a lot more faucet claims.
1038  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Errol Spence Jr vs. Yordenis Ugas 3-Belt Welterweight Unification Match on: April 18, 2022, 04:38:22 AM
Crawford's camp thinks that their boxer is too much fame and popular if his camp disagrees with the 60/40 split. Spence has the right to ask for that and he can even make it 70/30 if he will push for a big demand. There's only 1 title that Crawford holds and requesting for a 50/50 is totally non-sense and not appropriate.

Spence can ignore Crawford if they will insist on that as from the very beginning, he is not interested at all and can move up a weight. Easy as that.

But as far as browsing some reports, there's no mention that Crawford likes 50/50 and will just allow his promoter to do the negotiation.

If Spence really wants that legacy defining fight then he just might have to make a bit of a sacrifice. Crawford has the final belt that Spence needs and he could use the same strategy that Caleb Plant used when he was negotiating with Canelo and hold out for more money.

That's a nice amount iv4n; I am currently at around 150 spins. I think iv4n is waiting on BTC prize to go down, so the rewards will be maximized (minimum 50 satoshis/RP or lottery tickets). At least, that is were I am waiting on and when patient enough, we will probably see this in the next couple of weeks.

I like to hoard spins as well but at some point it seems counterintuitive to be holding so many when you could instead be earning interest on the extra BTC you will earn from redeeming those spins. The bitcoin price started pumping out of nowhere so the wheel prizes might dip into the 30's for the base reward. It's very rare for the prizes to reach 50 so if goes to the mid 40's and I have a few hundred spins saved up I wouldn't waste the opportunity to get some extra sats and RP.

If you can lock them for 1 year which based on what you say is no problem as you have no intention to sell, the return for 1 year is like 25% APY,which for 50.000 FUN is like near 13.000 FUN extra or for 100.000 FUN near 26.000 FUN extra and so on,just convert the FUN tokens in Bitcoin with the actual price and you will see that for 50.000 FUN you get like 0.0033 Bitcoin yearly and for the second amount 0.0066 Bitcoin yearly,I don't think it is a bad return. It is in fact the best I have seen on Bitcoin. Now I am not 100% convinced what to do,get all the satoshis I receive from a few refs and my WoF spins and convert them to FUN,or just keep locking FUN for 15 days or one month and with the return sell these FUN earned on interest to raise my Satoshi stash?

This ignores that FUN's price in BTC is less than half what it was a year ago. A 25% APY would still have negative returns when converted back to BTC.

You can't really go wrong with buying these FUN tokens if you plan to keep them long enough. With the amount of free WOF spins that you will get and if you have enough tokens also increased interest on BTC + cashback, you will get your investment back in about 1 year or a little bit longer.

I'm only at about a 20% return on my investment after nearly a year of premium benefits. 1 year doesn't seem too realistic unless you have a large amount of BTC deposited to get a lot of interest from.
