If any admins are around, Please move the post to the hardware selling forum, I'm not sure how to do that myself Yes, I am OP of the auction, and I can answer questions about it here if you'd like. You can do this yourself by clicking "Move topic" in the left down corner.

It is after all a Cgminer with some modifications. Some things to notice: - it has some extra features for mining in Antpool - it doesn't support Nicehash - it violates the open-source license for Cgminer.
Has Bitmain given any reason for the changes? I haven't had time to keep up on what's going on lately so that's the first I heard about the the changes, I'll search around for answers but thought I'd ask here first. The changes are based on their own need most likely.

If I was in Canada or USA, I would deal with BitmainWarranty.

They might have not just updated that page. The pins and the functions are all the same for every Beaglebone Black board. You could even go with the original Beaglebone Black. It doesn't look like the one I pulled off of my S9 to send in for repair. (I don't think) But it's impossible to say from the picture compared to the "picture" in my memory. LOL. You would think that if @Sierra8561 asked them to sell him one, that they would have pointed him there if it was indeed the same for an S9. But I don't know and I'm too lazy to go into the miner room and see if I can tell if the BB boards on my S9's look like the one pictured. Wouldn't be able to tell much anyway without taking it apart. Best of luck with it! I found this picture, but it doesn't help that much to find what it is https://www.bitmaintech.com/bm_tech_admin_at_123/userfiles/image/S9%20controller.jpg

They might have not just updated that page. The pins and the functions are all the same for every Beaglebone Black board. You could even go with the original Beaglebone Black. Bitmain's BB board is the Beaglebone Black with less ports and functions (it doesn't have the HDMI port, USB port and 5VDC jack for example). The s9 bb board is much bigger than the s7. I pulled apart a old s7 just to make sure and there is no way it will fit. In there email they sent me last night it said they offer every board except the s9. Okay, this was my mistake because I haven't seen the s9 bb board with my own eyes though I own a S9 Could be that the last BB board that complied with the original Beaglebone Black was with the S7.

Going with the original Beaglebone Black wouldn't be that bad idea if you have a shop nearby or an online shop with a fast delivery. And reasonable price for the board of course. http://beagleboard.org/blackedit: see my post below

Well, my warranty-repaired S9 parts shipped out of China yesterday, and UPS tracking shows the package just left Osaka, Japan with an estimated delivery of Monday! So, not sure if the parts were repaired or replaced - the ticket /order form is not very clear on that. It does have the word "Replace" on it. Anyway, hopefully I'll get back a working S9 600mHz hash board and a functioning BB Black board. All will be gravy if that is the case - Just as long as they work!! If I get it back in working order on Monday, it will be three weeks exactly from the day it shipped out from my UPS store. I will have no complaints. (Other than it cost a small fortune to send the parts back to China.) As long as it works and other miners don't start dying! Wish me luck!!! More BLOCKSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!I have 3 hash boards arriving today. I'm excited to get them up and going. I'm a little disappointed in Bitmain. I sent back a bad BB board that got lost on its way. I asked how much they would sell me a new board for, their response was they won't sell me one. So I will basically have a worthless miner, that came broken out of the box. What?? So they won't take your order if you put one of these in the shopping cart? That's weird. https://shop.bitmain.com/productDetail.htm?pid=00020160105102242316JqapyMif0705

They are still good heaters if you need one and maybe they point it to a solo pool as "a lottery ticket" and hope to win 12.5 BTC +tx -fee.

Hmm.? It seems they cloned kano.is to the T. Even their payout page goes to kano's wallet address. Is this legit? Seems kinda fishy to me. hmmm.... very fishy.... 8 blocks in 11 days with 20PHs, over 5 users that has thousands of workers? Looking at the size of each user they could be a group of data centers that decided to have their own pool. Yeah, it is a real pool. Their latest block #428434 matches with their IP address 52.66.51.105 https://blockchain.info/blocks

edit2: SOLD!!!
edit: reserved to a possible buyer at the moment. I'll update this if he doesn't buy the miner.
I'm selling 1pc Antminer S7, batch 9. Price: 0.5BTC plus shipping. PSU is not included.
The miner is in good shape and working nicely with reasonable temps. At the moment I'm reading 69, 64 and 68 degrees celsius for the hash board temperatures.
The miner is undervolted and underclocked at the moment, so I can use it with the Enermax Revolution87+ 1000W PSU. It is also little more quiet and power efficient with these settings. Here are my current settings, power measurements (at wall) and the avg. hash rate:
Meter: HT Instruments HT7011, with custom test setup
Antminer S7, 640/670mV, 4.223Th/s (60 min avg), 625 Mhz
Power supply: Enermax Revolution 87+ 1000W Voltage: 227 VAC Current: 4,7 A
Power (at wall with the Enermax PSU): 1066,9 W
Everything has been done carefully according to sidehack's hardware manipulation guide (see https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1504228.0). I can also revert these changes and set it back with the original settings if the buyer wants so.
