1021  Economy / Collectibles / [WTT] BP Silver Roll on: October 18, 2018, 06:49:15 PM
Original Topic can be found here : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4460620.0

I am currently taking offers for trades for my Bitcoin Penny Silver Roll (x20 Silver Pennies), it has never been opened/unrolled and it has the doodle included. I also have the stickers, pin, box (and even a fridge magnet I'd throw in if you'd like) that came with it originally. I'm not in any rush, but I'm curious what folks around here would be willing to trade me for it. I am primarily in search of crypto-collectibles (or crypto), so preferably keep your offers confined to that category. I would prefer to trade for a single item, but I will consider bundles.

Happy to work with escrow, post your trade-offers below or shoot my a PM.

If your item(s) is worth less, then simply add in a little BTC to cover the difference; if mine is less valuable, then ask that I do the same. Don't shy away from any offers, let's hear them and negotiate!
1022  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: A collection of Beginner's Guides and Article research on: October 18, 2018, 02:30:52 PM
There are many threads that seek to accomplish exactly the same goal and compile a list of useful threads for beginner's. Most of these threads have dozens of helpful links and many of the same links that you have here. Some of the threads you've listed here are stickies, that everyone should be reading anyways, but for some reason you don't place all of the stickies which behooves me. I would suggest that you look around, and notice what kind of work and effort has been put into similar lists before attempting to compile your own. I believe you are re-creating the wheel without bringing anything unique to the table. You're going to need more than 10 threads to encompass anything that resembles a foundation of knowledge for beginner's.
1023  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [Auction] Painting on canvas "Bitcoin fun” on: October 18, 2018, 01:52:55 PM
Ahh, I should've assumed that's what the reserved post was going to be used for, thank you for the clarification and providing the information necessary to get this going. Since there are two methods of shipping, it might be beneficial to display the costs of each method, so that your bidders know what their options are and what their bid, plus shipping, would cost them if they win.

.04 is a little too rich for me after the week I've had, but I'm sure you'll get a bite; it's a nice piece, good luck with sales and I'll be lurking quietly.
1024  Other / Meta / Re: Merit counts on "Top-merited recent topics" on: October 18, 2018, 01:46:07 PM
I have often seen a thread get posted where OP is completely out-of-line, incorrect, misleading, etc. and then the users that reply, call them out, provide proper information, etc. are given an extensive amount of merit. Under the suggestion you propose, it would appear as if OP was receiving the merits for their topic, when in reality those merits are effectively "anti-OP". I don't know if I explained that properly, at all, but the couple of merits within this thread have gone to The Pharmacist, for explaining why your idea doesn't fit, and it wouldn't make sense to attribute those merits to your thread/post.
1025  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [Auction] NattyMind Eluetheria Samsara on: October 18, 2018, 01:39:05 PM
I'll consider that a good thing, because in my head these won't be auctioning for this low again. I'm convinced that as time goes on .125 BTC for a Samsara will have been an absolute blessing. Very pleased to be added into your encyclopedia, BNM Smiley I'm actually pretty confused why there was no other bidders on one of (if not) the most beautiful coins available to us collectors, and on top of that it is extraordinarily limited edition. It just feels like everybody who knows better must already have one. Cheesy
1026  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [Auction] Painting on canvas "Bitcoin fun” on: October 18, 2018, 01:35:46 PM
I really appreciate the idea of bringing more art and artists into the bitcoin community and especially around here on the forum. I think the piece is actually pretty interesting, but I don't see anywhere that you mention a price (or even a starting point). What are you looking to get for this? It says Auction, but there is no end date, starting bid, bid increments or other rules; simply a description of the piece, which is wonderful, but it simply is missing a few key-points to make it a successful auction.

I'll start it off 0.001 BTC.
1027  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Suggestion Needed: where I can get free images to be used in writing. on: October 18, 2018, 05:49:04 AM
Coyster has presented a wonderful way to catch yourself in the middle of copyright infringement, trademark violations and plagiarism. If you are searching for free images, there are tons of royalty-free images that you can use; that means to say that allow the free usage of their artwork/images without copyright claims against you. there are certain people willing to allow the usage of their content freely, and there are those that are not. Simply find an image that is of free-use, royalty-free or has an "open" copyright.
1028  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [Auction] Satori Chips, 2 Sets, Both Flavours, Ends October 17 on: October 17, 2018, 09:24:56 PM
Just to verify, so that I do not repeat my previous blunder; this auction has approximately 1 hour and 35 minutes left, is that correct?
Death Star (5-Post) Lot @ 0.013 BTC
1029  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [Auction] NattyMind Eluetheria Samsara on: October 17, 2018, 09:14:25 PM
I'm positive teeGUMES meant no harm by their post, and they are correct with everything they said. If they hadn't brought it up, I would've sat here confused why you haven't declared me the winner even longer. Wink They were right to bring it up, and I am genuinely apologetic for my mistake. No idea why Time.is/gmt showed me 21:00:00 GMT hours ago, I'll have to just do the time-math in my head next time and not be so lazy.

I would never escrow funds if I hadn't truly thought it was over. Hopefully we can move forward with everyone forgetting my blunder.
1030  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [Auction] NattyMind Eluetheria Samsara on: October 17, 2018, 08:46:41 PM
I never declared myself the winner. You are correct though, I need to slow my roll; just excited and very busy. I already said, waiting for AT101ET to verify and finalize. I made a mistake, admitted the mistake and simply have funds sitting in an escrow. I jumped the gun, because I was incorrect about the time. I was watching Time.is/GMT all day and waiting for 21 GMT and bid just before. I have no claim to this coin, outside being the current top bid. Again, I made a mistake, I apologize for the confusion, but I never declared a winner and always said to wait for AT101ET before finalization.

I'm well aware how goofy this looks, and I feel like a fool. If someone outbids me, then hopefully the escrow will just return them to me; so as I said, disregard what I said outside of my bid.

I thought you were making a stink because you were going to bid, trickster. Wink
1031  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [Auction] NattyMind Eluetheria Samsara on: October 17, 2018, 08:38:26 PM
Time.is told me it was 21 GMT 1 minute after my auction (almost 2 hours ago), am I jumping the gun and incorrect about this? Woops, if that is the case then I am confused what's going on with Time.is/gmt for me Shocked

Disregard all of that then, and consider me the forum dunce for now.
1032  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [Auction] NattyMind Eluetheria Samsara on: October 17, 2018, 08:26:20 PM
Oh, then there is no matching goddess to my Samsara; that's a tad heartbreaking. I didn't realize they went for .3 BTC each, that makes LC's offer for a matching pair for .4 quite an attractive offer. That's just face-value. I was assuming getting my hand on a Samsara would've been quite a challenge, but as time goes on I'm sure that will become more correct. You're like a walking, talking bitcoin collectibles encyclopedia; I appreciate you. Maybe someday I'll grab a matching set, for now I shall suffer with my pair-less Samsara Cheesy

Funds for the Samsara have already been sent to escrow, just waiting on AT101ET to come back online and finalize this.
DISREGARD ^
1033  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [Auction] NattyMind Eluetheria Samsara on: October 17, 2018, 07:38:13 PM
Ah, thank you very much, I didn't realize that is actually how you could tell. Now I just have to find my(DOH) matching #62 Goddess coin, someday down the line. Would be nice to have the pair, but that's a story for another time.

Awaiting your confirmation on whether or not you're willing to accept Minerjones as an escrow for this transaction, should I contact you and MJ via PM or are you planning on contacting me/MJ?
1034  Economy / Computer hardware / [WTS] 1080TI EVGA ICX on: October 17, 2018, 07:19:55 PM
Up for sale today we have a never registered, perfectly clean and operational 1080TI GPU. It is an EVGA ICX 1080TI and it hashes wonderfully. It has never been over-clocked, still under warranty and can be registered with the manufacturer using the serial number (as it never has been registered prior). It comes in the original box. I take great care of my cards and only purchase them new or from others that take equal care of their cards. I am willing to accept escrow or sort shipping through a re-shipper such as minerjones. Any other questions, comments, concerns or offers feel free to post them below.

I will accept any reasonable offer that you send my way, and will probably be willing to accept the lowest price around town. Get yourself a brand spankin' new 1080TI today!

I actually have 2x of these GPUs and would be willing to sell them both if you would prefer to grab yourself both.
One sold, One left.

0.125 BTC Smiley

Preferably with MJ escrow, you also mentioned that the engraving is in good condition and only the camera angle made it appear faded. Looking forward to having one of these for my collection, and I'll be ordering it a new capsule, for sure! Thanks for running the auction, even if it accumulated a little less interest than you had hoped. You've made a happy bidder out of me. COA? Which # is this?

1037  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [WTB] Sol Noctis on: October 16, 2018, 07:32:54 PM
I appreciate all of the offers and negotiations, but I have come to an agreement with a user and I no longer will be looking for a Sol Noctis, unless you've got a ridiculous offer that I cannot pass up. Locking this thread up now. I'll be looking for a Silver Kialara next, so if you have one of those be on the lookout for my thread or send me over your offers now.
1038  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Tai Lopez Social Media Marketing Agency Course & 67 Steps for only $5! on: October 16, 2018, 06:59:20 PM
Alright, I'll bite. No worries that you can't bundle and discount, but it's just in my nature to ask. As long as you don't force me to use selly.gg I will happily purchase from you. I'll give 67 Steps a try and most likely come back for the Amazon Seller Mastery (though I already know the contents). Shoot me the book and an address and I'll happily send over $5.

I am open for suggestions, and haven't liquidated the entirety of my balance. I've been looking for a new skins site, since the few most popular ones have recently shut down. I wish I knew BitSkins a few weeks ago, probably would've got myself a better deal for my rare fade. Thanks for the tip, I will definitely check it out and see what my options are. I have about $200 left that I can test and see what kind of outcome I end up with.
