Suchmoon tagged me first and later provided his reasons.
No, they didn't. You're just acting like you cannot see the evidence, click the links or draw the inferences necessary to understand simple ABC logic.

in the first tag there is no mention of me being a scammer

Negative feedback isn't only for verified scammers. Negative feedback can be placed upon you for literally anything. It is subjective, not regulated/moderated and I can't imagine anyone disagrees with their rating.

after I if you refuse to see that he is abusing his power, you are blind to the truth.

Yeah, at this point I'll probably let you fade into irrelevancy, because you're not funny and you make zero salient points. I am very unimpressed and I hope that you will open your eyes. Just because your behavior warrants actions and feedback from others, this does not mean it is an abuse or targeted harassment. You are delusional, if you truly believe the things you say.
1862  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS] MSI GeForce GTX 980 Ti GAMING 6G on: May 15, 2018, 02:54:53 AM
Sorry I'll pass I offered 330 because that's what they were selling for on reddit in the past week

If you wouldn't mind sending me the links to the reddit where this is happening I would be happy to consider that. The only reason I'm asking my price is because the only price references I have are in that range. If there's people selling them for $330 on reddit (not just one guy), like that's the going rate I would happily come down to the market-value. I'm not trying to price-gouge, so fair is fair. Can PM, or post them here, either way works for me.
1863  Economy / Digital goods / Re: ⭐{SELLING}⭐ Steam Game Rights [revenue: $2200 per month] [escrow accepted] ⭐ on: May 15, 2018, 02:30:56 AM
The game has already been sold.
Topic ended.

Funny that you would post useless bumps multiple times in a single day, but when there is a real update on the topic you fail to announce it. Congratulations on the sale, please lock the topic in the bottom left-hand corner of the thread. Might even be helpful to update the title, as well. Hope everyone is satisfied with the outcome of the transaction.

Hey seOG, we never got around to fully conducting a deal so I figured I would take one final swipe at things. I have a GPU, MSI GeForce GTX 980TI Gaming 6G, that I am interested in selling. I have a thread up about it here : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2997850 . There are a couple of links to check more about the specs and prices, https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127889 , and https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_sacat=0&LH_Auction=1&_nkw=msi+gtx+980+ti+gaming&_sop=1 . philipma1957, a very reputable user, has agreed to escrow this between myself and whoever purchases the card.

Is this something you are interested in discussing? I've had trouble with your website and forms in the past, so I would just like to go through PM or through this thread if possible.
1865  Economy / Digital goods / Re: ⭐{SELLING}⭐ Steam Game Rights [revenue: $2200 per month] [escrow accepted] ⭐ on: May 15, 2018, 02:20:56 AM
Please follow forum guidelines and delete your old "Bump" posts before creating a new one. It looks extremely shabby to just have multiple posts in a row by yourself, especially when they all say the same thing.

There is a payment of $2006 waiting at the end of this month (for the new owner) Also this month have already $219, of course there is proof of that.

"You need to offer more than $1900"

So you only want $2000, but there is already $2200 sitting there that would be transferred to the new owner. I just don't understand how this is something you are willing to do. I would happily give you $2,000 for $2,200 and the potential for future income without me having to do anything. The problem is the security and escrow of it all. I wouldn't feel comfortable handing over the money unless all my t's are crossed and my i's are dotted.

1866  Economy / Goods / Re: Selling: IPhone 7 32GB unlocked on: May 15, 2018, 02:15:17 AM
hey guys ... im new here ... I will not do escrow

You should understand how this looks. Proving that you have the item means absolutely nothing if you are unwilling to deal securely and safely.
Nobody purchase this without safely using a reputable forum escrow. Do not be fooled by the words of someone that is interested in stealing your money.

I have a very good feeling that this will end poorly, you will not receive the item and will only lose your money.

1867  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS] MSI GeForce GTX 980 Ti GAMING 6G on: May 15, 2018, 02:10:08 AM
$330 although I live in the US so not sure how shipping works

I am also from the US, so shipping should not be a problem. I have it in an anti-static bag, an within an MSI graphics card box snugged in some foam. Very secure, I would ship it with insurance and requiring a signature upon arrival.

Could you meet me at $450? I wish thinking closer to $500, but I would happily settle at $450.
1868  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS] MSI GeForce GTX 980 Ti GAMING 6G on: May 14, 2018, 05:32:09 PM
The card runs strong, has barely been used and has been taken care of like a baby. I would accept any reasonable offer. Don't low-ball me and the card is yours; if you'd like I can send pictures or links of it's hashing speed through NiceHash for various algorithms or whatever you'd like. I would be happy to upload pictures of the card if that is causing any doubt.

If you're interested, please, let's discuss and negotiate.

There's a trusted escrow involved and there will be no games played.

Is it possible to defend my case?

digaran did such a fantastic job with his first case that this user at the time of this writing has 0 negative feedback on their profile! I'm absolutely amazed, so it was a .01 well spent then, eh? More seriously, why did you believe you had negative feedback?
1870  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Why social networks ban cryptocurrency? on: May 14, 2018, 02:00:44 AM
IIRC I saw those numbers in this medium article, which data was taken from this one: How many people actually own cryptocurrency?

After reading the second article, looks like he is talking about some specific countries (US, UK, Germany, Brazil, Japan, South Korea, China and India) and not literally the whole world (mainly countries where people don't have internet)

Thanks for the clarification, because I was stumbling around trying to reason it out in my head. Makes more sense that they would only consider countries with internet access, as it is rather data-skewing to consider those that it is not even a possibility for. I imagine we can assume the rate of adoption will remain rather consistent as these countries gain internet access, so it would be more representative for them to do it the way they've done it. Appreciate the link, gave me some good reading. It just seems like their wording was a bit goofy at certain parts, it comes off a little misleading. I understand their intentions, but saying "It was surveyed by more than 29,000 Internet users in the world’s largest eight cryptocurrency markets" and then expanding this niche to formulate the conclusion "The survey revealed that 75% of people globally are “aware” of cryptocurrencies". It would seem more appropriate to conclude something like "The survey revealed that 75% of people within countries that have operating cryptocurrency markets are "aware" of cryptocurrencies". I wish they were more concise with their wording, because "only 50% really understand its meaning" makes me wonder if they are talking about 50% of the 75% that are aware of cryptocurrencies or of the total population surveyed. It also leaves me with the question "What did they use to quantify the "meaning" of cryptocurrency?" Either way, it clears up my original question even if it leaves me with more.
1871  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: One (1) Merit point to Rank-up Service, READ THE RULES BEFORE YOU APPLY!! on: May 14, 2018, 01:15:12 AM
I'm actually wondering how this thread has survived until this point.

hilariousandco gave me this as justification for why my thread doesn't belong in the Service section (where your thread currently is).

Quote
If it doesn't involve a bitcoin payment then it doesn't belong in the Marketplace.

If this logic is followed, then this thread seemingly doesn't belong in this section either. I am wondering if you have had your thread moved, locked or anything like that? My sMerit thread had been thrown into the off-topic section for seemingly reasons that should apply to this thread as well. Not trying to throw you under the bus, just looking for some consistency or explanation.

My rank is: Jr. Member
The merit I need to rank-up: 10

Not even close, buddy. This thread isn't "tell me how much merit you need, and KAZAM!" This thread is "If you need ONE merit in order to rank up, then baby-beard will decide if they want to be the straw that breaks the camels back and allows you to rank up.
1872  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: Joe's Signatureless Challenge: Win $25 + 8 Merits every week! (Round 7) on: May 14, 2018, 01:01:10 AM
It makes me very happy to see that the challenge is getting going again after a lot of downtime and forum changes. Seems like our threads have been moved around, edited and critiqued and now we can move forward in an improved fashion. That being said, I am happy to continue my sponsorship of everything I have already pledged. However, at this point I would like to remove my merit sponsorship(s). I still may or may not provide the winner(s) with merit, but I do not want anyone to expect it. I'm doing some deep consideration on how to distribute my merits moving forward, and while I have no regrets for where it has gone thus far, I do not want to cheapen merit.

So, just to be clear I will not be sponsoring merit in a fixed manner any longer and will distribute it more organically moving forward. I will continue my cash sponsorship and am considering increasing it, too. Good to see things back up and running, but aren't we missing the announcement of last round's winners?
1873  Other / Archival / Re: Hire me to defend your case for 0.01BTC! on: May 14, 2018, 12:56:32 AM
I will expose the people in position of power for their abuse.

Have you ever done this in the past? What if the trust rating is justified?

If you want to entrust your money to DT members, you should know them first

I thought we were talking about trust ratings, not money. How does DT members giving you a negative rating mean that you are entrusting them with your money? Your logic train is slippery as a wet lizard.

I'm here to eradicate abusers of power. I would either convince DT1-2 members to remove their negative trust or would expose them for the whole community to see.

I would like to join your fight against the abusers of power. Please, share with us the information that you are planning to expose  for the whole community to see. Either you have evidence of abuses of power already, or you are talking out of your ass. Claiming that you will expose abuses of power, where there may be none, is simply nonsensical. I'd like some evidence, because leaving you a negative rating when you talked about extorting users to remove negative ratings is not an abuse of power; your bad jokes are piling up and I would ask that you take a step back to analyze.

First you talk about extorting scammers to remove your negative rating, meaning your word and ratings are worth nothing. Now you're talking about getting paid by scammers to extort DT members to remove their ratings. You are a very interesting specimen, digaran. You get in trouble, kicked out of your campaign and then grovel at the feet of other members until you are pitied enough to be given a second change. Then you slightly rearrange what you just got scolded for and are making another attempt at it.

No matter how much you polish a turd, it does not become a diamond. Stop trying to extort $ for ratings. I don't care who's rating it is, who's the receiver or what the reason is. If you know of some injustice and you demand a fee before taking a stand against this injustice, then you are a scumbag that doesn't care about truth or justice. You are concerned with lining your pockets. Please try to see how this looks to anybody on the outside. If I was marlboroza, this thread alone would be enough to make me revert my rating to negative.

How do we know you aren't colluding with DT members to red tag people and split the profits 50-50?

If you can find proof of this I would be extremely interested in seeing it. To my knowledge there aren't many, if any, people that are DT members and willing to risk their reputation by working with such a volatile and controversial user on a minimally beneficial scheme such as this. I honestly doubt that is the case. More realistically, digaran got their negative rating from marlboroza changed from a negative to a neutral after throwing a fit around the forum for about a week. Digaran tried to backpedal and explain away their statements that resulted in the negative rating. The ending result is either, digaran is a troll or digaran is lying and extorting members further than originally intended/explained.

He got his own rating changed, and now he is laughing in marlboroza's face, while believing themselves to be on a special platform.

I assume my posts will be deleted in your self-moderated thread, but just know that you gave me a big laugh and smile from reading this thread.
1874  Economy / Digital goods / Re: [MAKE MONEY] Crypto Auto Profits - Make 25$ - 125$ a day on autopilot on: May 14, 2018, 12:39:48 AM
They didn't want to post publicly, probably out of embarrassment

Nothing that you should be ashamed of, because with a method such as this it is expected to bust at some point. I've actually been looking at the "stats" page on the bot and it is not comforting. I repeatedly am getting bad streaks that are dancing extremely close to busting my balance. It just seems to be pure luck that I have avoided busting at this point. If my longest win streak were reversed to a losing streak then my balance would be busted.

I was able to pull out my initial investment of $25 plus the $15 I would have spent for it if I actually purchased this product from OP.

Then I noticed that my settings that I'd been using were slightly different than the one that is being sold by OP here.

At least you were able to pull out everything that was, and would have been, invested into this method. So at least in your experience, the idea worked, even if you are using an altered script and different settings. I would be pretty interested in hearing which settings you had changed that produced even better results. Maybe you've got an eye for this sort of thing, maybe you just got lucky, but it seems rather bad luck that after switching to the original everything went south.

With that said, I have provided updates as I said I would, and cannot and will not "vouch" for this product. You're not purchasing a viable product that can realize profits via skill or knowledge, but one that relies on sheer luck and chance in order to realize them.

Yeah, and with it being so contingent upon luck it would seem equally as effective to simply "feel it out" and roll the dice whichever way "feels" right.

There is absolutely no "guarantee" that you will win from this.

There is almost a guarantee in the opposite direction, if we're being honest. It is much more likely that you lose your deposit and $15 spend for purchasing the method than it is that you walk away with short-term or long-term gains from this method. There will be an extremely lucky soul (hopefully me) that is able to make it work for longer than they should be able to, but realistically there is no "guarantee". OP has been a little misleading, by claiming it is guaranteed, and this is quite offputting.
1875  Economy / Goods / Re: NEW IPHONE X FOR SALE CHEAP on: May 14, 2018, 12:31:13 AM
I've reported this thread, because you are crossposting and have created multiple threads for the exact same item. The posts are exactly the same, except in the OP of this thread you provide different contact information. The other thread is located here : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3760912.0 . I've already made an offer, if you are legitimate. I will purchase this phone from you for .03 if you are willing to accept escrow. I will not be contacting you on whatsapp and I would be more comfortable if you were able to provide proof that you have this item in your possession.

I suggest that nobody waste their time with this user. They are breaking the rules of the forum, giving every textbook red-flag that I can possibly think of, offering a price that is too good to be true and has provided no evidence that they are legitimate. Their account is newly registered and the only posting activity seems to be these sketchy money-making ideas.
1876  Economy / Goods / Re: NEW IPHONE X FOR SALE 64GB on: May 14, 2018, 12:26:49 AM
You are claiming to be selling a new iPhone X 64GB for .03 BTC when the lowest price for this item is around .115 BTC. This alone should be a red flag for anybody that is somewhat interested in what you are offering. Anyone that is considering purchasing this, please do not message this user on whatsapp and definitely do not send any funds directly to this user. An escrow is an absolute must for the safety of all parties involved.

"SERIOUS ENQUIRES" is actually supposed to be "Serious Inquiries". The way you spelled it is not even a real word. Is shipping going to cost extra or are you seriously promising to ship it anywhere in the world when the shipping may cost more than what you are asking for the phone?

Please produce photos of your phone, with a piece of paper signed with your username, the time, the date and the price you are looking for.

If you are serious about the phone being brand new, in the box and it is as you've described then I will happily pay .03 BTC for the phone. Which escrow are you okay with?
1877  Economy / Goods / Re: Selling: IPhone 7 32GB unlocked on: May 14, 2018, 12:21:35 AM
$340 seems a bit high for a phone that you've used for over a year. Especially considering there are refurbished, used and even a couple of barely touched iPhone 7's for even less than you are asking. You registered your account just a couple of days ago, with this thread being the only couple of posts that have been produced by your account.

Are you accepting escrow?

At least you added your username and the date to the picture, but when the first person asked about escrow you asked for a PM. You should make this information public, since there are limitations on your PMs and there will be more people wondering about this.

The price is negotiable or fixed? Also the phone is unlocked or have a straight plan?

Everything is negotiable. The OP says the phone is Unlocked.
1878  Economy / Economics / Re: Buffet, Munger and Gates Denounce Bitcoin on: May 13, 2018, 11:56:04 PM
We actually had this exact conversation last week, and we basically came to the conclusion that they are purposefully manipulating the markets in order to either test resistances and see where the price of Bitcoin bottoms out, they are clueless or that they are feeling threatened about losing their stranglehold over the financial systems of tradition.

Bill Gates used to talk about the innovation that Bitcoin could bring to the world and these days he lumps it in with your average scam ICO. I don't know if he is willfully misinforming people or if he is innocently ignorant to what he is saying. Warren Buffet almost always means the opposite of what he says, in my opinion. It just seems shameful when men of such expertise are able to speak so incorrectly with confidence. especially when they words have tremendous influence.
1879  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What was the $price of [btc] on the day of your joining BitCoinTalk? on: May 13, 2018, 11:51:56 PM
I've been around since the days of the $500 coin. At least on this forum. I knew of Bitcoin well before that, and used it as a currency on other forums and for other things. I remember when Bitcoin went above $80 for the first time and I thought to myself "That's way too expensive, I have no clue why anyone is paying that much. I'll just wait for a price dip." At one point I had 100's of Bitcoin that I should've just held onto, instead of spending frivolously.

I think it's going to be really enjoyable to look back and see that Bitcoin is the most in-demand currency and remember the good ole' days.
1880  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Help for beginners on: May 13, 2018, 08:34:32 PM
It's extremely hard to decipher what you are trying to ask. If you are looking for more information regarding specific topics, then I suggest that you utilize the "Search" function. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=search and simply type in whatever you would like to learn more about. There are certain boards that you cannot delete your own posts within, but for the posts you are able to delete yourself you will find a "Delete" button alongside the "quote" and "+Merit" buttons on the right side of your post, near the # of the post. I am not sure what you mean by "clean your page", unless you are referring to deleting the posts made by other users within your thread; if this is the case, then while you are creating a thread, simply click "Additional options" towards the bottom and tick the box that says "Self-Moderate". As for answering a post, all you have to do is click "reply" and type up whatever you want to say.

If you have more questions like this, feel free to shoot me a private message by click the little speech bubble below my name/avatar.
