@Billotronic Perhaps could it be that you are not running the daemon with -testnet again? @Mrvegad Not good. Any more info, logs maybe? Current theory is that if you get a crash at the right time, a good block can be marked invalid and saved to the database. Once this happens it starts going down the chain realizing there is no path to the current tip without hitting the bad block. So mostly I think we want to fix the original crash and not so much worry about the block deleting that happens later. oh fuck me thats embarrassing.

Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][Pool][XMR] Pool.CryptoEscrow.eu | Monero Mining Pool supported by Wolf0

I can't edit the OP, but if you are on the pool, you need to stop mining on pool.cryptoescrow.eu and start mining on mine.cryptoescrow.eu - or when the DNS changes, you won't be connected.
So why wont pool.cryptoescrow.eu point to the IP that mine.cryptoescrow.eu provides? We seperated the backend from the frontend for two reasons - performance and security. Having a web server on a machine that stores money is unnecessary and is an attack vector. Also, having a dedicated server for mining means it can have all the resources it needs. I understand all of this as I run and have ran multiple pools. I am curious to to why you need to completely drop pool.cryptoescrow.eu so suddenly? Why not just change the dns for pool.cryptoescrow.eu to point to the new stratum server IP? I had quite a bit of Kh/s pointed at it and there was no warning/time announced ahead of time for the switch. I do however appreciate the new faster DDoS protected servers. I'm gonna be completely honest - that was kind of due to a miscommunication. It was supposed to point to pool2.cryptoescrow.eu for a while, then we would phase out pool.cryptoescrow.eu's mining ports entirely. lol This is way I hold you in high regard sir. Most shit heads would of just glazed over this lapse. Everyone makes mistakes... what makes you a man is how you deal with them.

Yes I agree Mining in pools is so ridiculous I think I am better of taking my chances solomining Ditto. Mining monero it's a fucking nightmare on any pool available. And fuck yes I agree! By the time you settle in and think as is well the shit hits the fan. I figure if I am going to gamble of sending my hash somewhere, at least I know wolf doesn't appear to fuck around about anything and thats the best thing going right now.

Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [ORC] OrionCoin Foundation and Official Thread

how many threads do you bastards need?? P.S.A.presidentcoin is the creator of the cryptonote coins Mount Coin, Horizion Coin, and now Orion Coin. Mount Coin was fraught with problems from day one. The dev abandoned the coin with a few weeks leaving miners and pool operators holding bags. His excuse was that the coin was too broken for him to fix and that he was going off to create another coin. Only after outrage, and lots of help, from the community did he offer to create Horizion Coin, which was meant to port the old Mount coins to this new coin. Now he's ninja launcing another coin. What do you think he'll do when this coin runs into a little trouble? -------------- Reference: -------------- Later this came to light. Holy shit. I hadn't seen that one. That's where the name presidentcoin came from? This guy created a coin where the block reward was this: Block 1: 500,000 PSD Block 2-999: 500 PSD Block >1000: 50 PSD Then he claimed that he didn't know who mined the 1st block? Hahaha!!! Now a new account (eldinhadz) claims to be the lead dev and he says presidentcoin is no longer on the team. I'm not saying this is a scam but it doesn't smell right. Do your research before investing in this coin. Another thing to consider: EldinHadzic claims that he is not presidentcoin. But isn't it interesting that EldinHadzic appeared 8 minutes after presidentcoin "left the team" and stopped posting? -- And what's happening with this "other team" that presidentcoin said was going to launch HorizonCoin an hour ago. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=652397.0Where is the developer who was supposed to clean up the mess left behind by presidentcoin and MountCoin? lol this is almost funny HorizonCoin and OrionCoin are two different Teams. It like a Contest. Which Coin would be more successful
You're a liar and you know it. Now quit wasting peoples time with your crap. You're as bad as that hack that made matrixcoin, hashcoin, and dreamcoin. One right after another and all crap. Instagram: Cryptocointalk:

I really hope to god I'm not like this guy after 4 months and 150 posts. Must be depressing. But hey, at least you've learned the buzz words. Actually it's called not being a fucking moron. You should take some lessons from Vann assuming you are not just a sock puppet account... cause seriously, if you can't see the issues here you are fucking up big time. @vann good luck fighting the good fight!
