No problem. Just don’t get greedy with it On a different note. But still vaguely related to the gekkos (seeing as most run them on a Pi). Does anyone have a decent UPS for the Pi? I keep having momentary power outages which obviously turn the pi off but can't find a setting to get it to auto power on after a power outage, so thought a UPS might work. Trouble is becuase my pi 4 is in an Argon One case and I can't fit a HAT to it so the UPS would need to be external. I've contemplated a powerbank, but most ive read about don't seem to work as I would like. Some sort of USB Type-C passthrough with a battery connected would be ideal. Anyone have any ideas?

We need a FAQ section on the first page of this thread for the common issues that arise. Or simply a format of questions that get answered so we have a good idea of the system rather than “it doesnt work, whats wrong?”.
Maybe something along the lines of:-
1). What OS are you using? Windows,Linux variant?
2). What version of cgminer are you running? Vh’s or standard?
3). What usb hub is being used?
4). Is the hub mains powered? If so what is the power/amperage rating?
5). How have you connected the hub? Usb2 or 3 port?
6). What is the specific problem you are having?
Just an idea. May help speed up the diagnosis of problems.

I had two gpu mining rigs. One intel based, one AMD based. Both had 6x EVGA 1070Ti's. Ran from M.2 sata drives and both from server psus with breakout boards and picos psu's. Both had the same Noiseblocker NB-Loop 120mm fans running at 100% and whisper quiet. All cabled managed to a fan hub one side. The frames I made myself to similar specs as the Parallel Miner ones they used to sell. Used thumbs screws for the gpus and each riser screwed to a supporting bracket which ran the length of the frame. Each gpu had custom sleeved cables from the server breakout board. all cables were cable tied and managed as best I could. I even fixed an aluminium momentary power switch, power led and HDD led to the frame just for a quick reference to see if they were running. I'll see if I can find any old pictures. I was a while ago as the intel was running a Z270 and the AMD was running X370. Found a pic of one done and the other half ready for populating, cable management improved once the second rif was done:- https://imgur.com/a/EVJuLJB

DDU the drivers and reinstall fresh. Could well be a conflict between the old ones and new ones. Or its trying to assign the drivers for all the cards at once. Try adding one card at a time until you get them all on. Give it 10mins between each reboot and card.
So have one card Reboot and leave on for 10min Switch off Add second card Reboot and leave on for 10min Switch off Add third card etc etc etc.

Got a boost driver that'll put up about 30 watts, and I need to test the buck-boost because I like the idea of the light not getting dimmer as the battery goes down. Got a zoom housing that's pretty nice, and I have samples of a fixed reflector housing that should be good for handling heat but I haven't put a light into it yet. Been too hot here to do more than the bare minimum of work lately but I finally got AC in my workroom yesterday so progress should pick up.
All sounding like its going well. Its hot here but no where near as hot as it is for you I imagine. Looking forward to seeing a prototype

Unplug all your cards (including their power cables). Leave just cpu, one stick of ram and ssd plugged in(including sata power, 24 pin and EPS connectors). Then try and power it on. IF it powers on then resintall one gpu at a time and let it run for a bit then shutdown (properly) and install the next card. Keep going until you hopefully find the problem.
