They can always to a better job. But whitecoin doesnt have any marketing at all. truth to be told. therefore, blackcoin already beated whitecoin at marketing.
The only reason why whitecoin has its succes is because blackcoin has its succes and all the people that lost money on the pump try to get it back using the whitecoin train.
Whitecoin is premined so without anyone doing anything the greedy dev has already sown the seed of Whitecoin's destruction. Coins which give premined coins to the dev never go far. It's a permanent black mark against the coins name. See MINT as a recent example. I say to anyone, if you believe in long term value investing go with coins like BTC, LTC, PPC, DOGE, BC etc. |

I am amazed it's still at a stand still. There is 3x the buy volume visible in the orders
HOLD! It's like a mexican freakin stand off.  Stability is a beautiful thing with Blackcoin. It means the sellers who bought cheaper are running out of coins to sell. Everyone else is holding and waiting for the price to rise. With no mined coins being dumped on the market eventually the buy pressure will overwhelm the sell pressure and we get our next upswing. Can't wait until we break 40k. I expect a rush of people will flood the market as it means 60k+ is back on the menu. We were bang on. Great feeling to wake up and find Blackcoin has smashed through another wall. newcomers don't know like we do, there's no newly mined coins being dumped on the market. Once the profit takers are finished taking their profits from coins they bought cheaper there are no more coins to sell (= next upswing). We must repeat this like our mantra. This will continue until the market cap is beyond Litecoin. There will be epic pumps, dumps and corrections along the way but the above logic is undeniable. Typically after each pump, a dump follows but importantly the overall trend is always upwards. To infinity and beyond. Always bet on black. |

You know who made the most money in crypto-currency history? The Bitcoin and Litecoin faithful. You know why? Because they pushed and pushed and built value in their investments. Because their communities had many that actually believed in crypto-currency, that weren't just there to take, but to add.
Free market and all - I'm not against taking profit, but there is a cancer in the crypto-community. It's the reason that crypto as a whole hasn't made gains relative to its potential lately. People hopping from coin to coin praying to hit the next 'pump', never adding anything, never building value.
I believe in Blackcoin. The advantages it has are significant to crypto-currency. That's why I'm going to push Blackcoin with everything I have. I see many, many others who feel like I do.
Not to mention guys like Gonzo who don't want to see others succeed. It's quite sickening, really. I mean, I get upset too if I missed out on something, but in no way will I ever loathe someone or a community because of it. Especially one that did it without any premine or IPO and put the work and effort in themselves.Instead I'd just look for the next opportunity. That's what I did for a long time, and finally, after going through too many s*tcoins to count, I found BC. And now that BC has been found, I am here to stay.  +1. The world is a funny place |

I bet me and gonzou made more off of this coin than most the people posting here on the tread Why? Because we weren't emotionally attached to it, weren't blinded by our faith in it, saw what was happening, and got out while the price was still right. I still hold 30% my initial investment because you never know what might happen. But, for the most part: on to the next one. Dude you kept telling people to buy MINT as it collapsed in value and it never recovered. At the same time I told people not to buy MINT and buy blackcoin. Since then Blackcoin has gone up 1000% in value (not even an exaggeration) whilst MINT has lost 40% value. Keep up with the amazing trades bro |

Your attitude towards BC suggest you have never once been in on BC, and have been on the sidelines the entire time. Instead, you've bag held MINT the entire time while BC has moved well above it. And now you come and try to promote something like WC? I highly doubt now you've made anything off BC and you're just very bitter about it. It would explain everything.Yup. I won't talk too bad about W.C., maybe it can have some success. But it is undeniably a knockoff with a pre-mine added for a developer that is likely only to piggyback updates from Rat4's continued work on Blackcoin. There were probably 6 different coins advertised in this thread from the beginning, some had pumps but none of them gained their minute of fame from this. WC won't be different, yet another imitator with no backing. Since owning BC I'm not even visiting the altcoin forum out of this thread, I genuinely can't image a coin with better parameters and backing than we have here. People should not lose the highway for a fireroad chasing pumps as it leads to losses eventually. I agree about Blackcoin for the long haul for sure. Those other coins, were they direct copycats? or just random coins? I wasn't here then. Whitecoin is premined. People who spam it on here are shills hoping people not in the know will buy into it and make them a profit at your expense. A solid coin would not have to spam other topics. To answer your question, MINT proponents would regularly try to fill this thread with FUD. There was also FAC, but that quickly died a death. |

hey guys, do you think 10$ per bc is an realistic price within one year?  End this year. for 10$ a coin coinkite would need to explode (possible if rumors are true) which could lead to BTC-E listing blackcoin = 5-10+ dollars per coin, giving us a market cap of 750 million or 3x what litecoin is today. Also a lot of it is heavily tied to Bitcoin. Say wallstreet goes big on Bitcoin this summer and Bitcoin goes up x10 in value, that will causes the alt coins to rocket in value. Conversely if Bitcoin crashes then everything suffers. |

The ease of using BC has been already done (BlackCoin Card). And being able to buy BC and sell BC more easily is being worked on behind the scenes.
I'm a bit confused on how the card works. How do you transfer BC to it? The Card has everything installed on it already. No need to download or install anything. All you have to do is stick it in the USB slot on your PC and that is it. You can transfer funds to it just like any other wallet. What makes this unique is it has a launch menu with everything BlackCoin related displayed nicely for the end user. it is intended for someone that has never used BlackCoin before. Current price, places to buy BC, news, places you can spend BC...etc..etc. Could they also be used in Shops like ec- or credit Cards in Future? Card reader needed? I can't answer that but don't forget we also have coinkite with their cards and point of sale terminals who are confirmed as coming on board to support Blackcoin. |
