For far less...around $50,000 - $100,000 we could get a celebrity to do a one time BlackCoin endorsement. For 5 million dollars we could have dozens of celebs and relality TV stars endorsing BlackCoin. 5 Million for an album is not good business. I didn't know it was 5 million  I still think we should try and think of an endorsement or sponorship that we can collectively agree on though. And is affordable. Leveraged correctly we could get a ton of exposure. I promise you the event we have planned for May is going to be epic! It is on the level of a celeb endorsement...but in some ways it is better  Can't wait mate!  Anything you can reveal now or is it hush hush for the time being? |

1350 is 60% higher than it was last night.
true but it's been swinging violently all day. It's much smaller volume and much smaller value and people that messed up on the BC rollercoaster want a second chance but WC is super finnicky with it's blink of an eye 30-40% swings. lol the dev of whitecoin is a joke, it wont be around for more then a week or 2. halted on bittrex, they wont say why... It's pre-mined rubbish. It's going to be another MINT that goes nowhere. |

People were sitting on large sums. Those that got in at 500 sat where x190 in profit at one point.
So a $250 investment became $48000, and just upscale for people who invested 1 BTC or more.
People like profits, and they took them en masse, in a panic fashion. But with the new floor above 30k, just WOW! at this new platform to move from!
Any 500 sat (or low sat holders) that remain have already proven themselves "investors" and are likely to hold way beyond previous highs.
It's for this reason I knew we wouldn't dip below 10k. It took so long to build up support and eventually break through that barrier (we rose and fell from the 9k's 3 or 4 times), that by the time we broke through it there were no more profit takers left who were willing to sell for less. Barring a distaster I predict the new floor will be 50k within a week. And that could be conservative. +1 This is exactly the same situation at 10k. Once we break through 40k I think the new floor will be around 50k - 60k. We will meet resistance from 70k all the way up to 220000k. We will ping-pong around for a few weeks and there will be sell offs along the way. But once we have our major event at the end of May the dam will break again and from that point there will be no stopping BC. It's going to be an interesting ride. It may be smoother than we expect because almost 10,000 BTC worth of Blackcoin were bought when the prices were above 60k. Assuming a big chunk of those didn't panic sell at a loss, next time we get up to 60k there will be less Blackcoin traders waiting to dump for profit. I think once we get in the 50k-60k range "belief" will be restored and a lot of traders will flood into the market. And this time around their hands will be stronger!! |

mr_random you have been here since the start, well done with those strong hands! I piled in on the bounce at around 20k sat to add to my stash, it was a total no brainer. Price doesn't even have to make new ground to get near the 100k level. Thanks man. I said since the early days this coin was under-valued and the scary thing is it still is. Because I know that, selling these gems is like setting fire to money. What we are seeing now is every day requires less trading volume than the previous day to maintain the new high price. This excites me because I recognise this pattern. Sellers are running out coins to sell at these prices. |

Does your analyst have good references ? A 100000% increase in a year is a serious statement. Was this announcement taken in account in his calculations ? Putting your sarcasm aside. What was taken into account was the amount of new "users" per week, and the supply of coins taken out of circulation because of people wanting to "save". Less supply and higher demand will force the price up exponentially once we get past the sell off phase. Bitcoin, Litecoin, and Dogecoin have a fresh supply of coins being dumped onto the market everyday. The dumps can easily satisfy the demand which keep the price down. These coins are mostly mined not purchased, so miners have no problem dumping at a lower price. However, BlackCoin is not mined anymore and many of the people who had mined BlackCoin have already dumped their coins at different price levels. The remainder of the people who still hold a significant amount of coins will also sell off around the $1.00 mark. After the rest of the people who are holding from the mining phase and the low price phase sell off, the price will shoot up faster because there will be nothing to keep the price down. I am willing to bet 5 BC That the price will be less than $100 by 18 April 2015 . Do you agree ? . Earlier this week I had predicted we would be trading at $1.00 by Sunday. When I wonder if a coin is possibly gonna be scam or dump by the Dev, I try to look at how popular the coin has gotten. What I mean is, if a Dev intended from the beginning to dump/scam, but the coin has so much potential to be popular, that Dev would likely see more profit in not dumping or scamming any of the premine. And that's how I see whitecoin, so popular and so much potential, even if the Dev intended to steal all premine (which I have no idea one way or the other)it would be far better and more profitable for him to just guide the coin in the right way at this point.
Never trust a coin that has been pre-mined. Investing in a coin like this is pointless, it will be forever labelled as a scam. Guaranteed 6 months from now it's known as a scam coin for being a premine. I dont agree with it but that's just how this community works unfortunately |

BC seems to be stuck at 34k.
some stability is actually very good Stability , you're talking about stability just because the coin had the same price for a few hours? When I will see some real stability in alts , I will be out of here , as there is no more money to be made . what I mean by that is not huge dumps like we saw happening Let's call this a coffee break from the traders. Just some news or some big player waking up and a hell of a storm will start again. I'm wondering how many people are silently watching mintpal . It will be stability in Blackcoin terms if it remains there for a couple of days. We should be praying that happens because every time we've had that stability, it means the profit takers from the previous pump are finished dumping and the next upswing occurs. |

No one has double spended yet according to you it's so easy to do so and there's thousands of BTC up for grabs. Anyone can see the hole in that solid logic You should buy Blackcoin if you are going to base your decision on the coin supply. Even if you don't believe in it, simple logic suggests in the short term it will be profitable. The last new coin that got this much trading volume as quickly was doge, but blackcoin has minimal inflation in comparison. With the trading volume this big you could put 100BTC in and make a killing. Well done with your prediction, I forecast massive growth for Peercoin way earlier back when it was a cent each. So I guess you can say I did pretty well out of it. |

I've never heard of "Double Arch" in trading. Can you give me a reference because I just tried Googling "Double Arch Chart" and "Trading Double Arch" and etc am getting nothing. never head of this either, been in forex for years. I guess he means double top I thought that too, though I don't see any double tops anywhere. Nope. Me neither. We're up-trending quite nicely after a major dump. This is a very bullish sign. |

Observe case in which cartel using modified client agree to mine a chain in secret alongside the main chain, and to double spend at an agreed time. For this cartel, there are almost no consequences for a double spend. In the best case, they get their block reward and can double spend freely. In the worst case, they perhaps miss their miniscule stake reward which is set at 1% a year, but still get to keep their accumulated coin age. In the case of BlackCoin, this is even more severe as there is no upper limit to the influence of coinage on the ability to mine a block (whereas PeerCoin sets it to 90 days). It's a case now of whoever gets to do the first doublespend on the BlackCoin network basically wins all the BTC in the buy orders, and the rest of everyone will be left being bagholders. Bizarrely, rat4 set about breaking MintCoin which improperly implemented low reward PoW on top of PeerCoin PoS protocol while not bothering to address or fix any of the problems inherent in his own protocol. Sunny King "fixed" this with centralized checkpointing. BlackCoin has no real value above PeerCoin, and probably less of a value than even nxt... to be fair it probably made rat4 and friends a fat paycheck though. You've said yourself that you have a sizeable investment in Peercoin so of course you will say that. I disagree with any fears about Blackcoin mainly because you was fearmongering Peercoin very badly last year and it turned out to be all hot air. Thankfully I know a bullshitter when I see one and went ahead and bought lots and it paid off very handsomely. The proof is in the pudding. 5000 to 10000 BTC worth of Blackcoin being traded on exchanges every day the last 3 days, if it was easy someone would do a double spend to win all the BTC in buy orders as you say. Can you explain to me why that hasn't happened? |

everyone should just keep sending emails to BTC-E. Mintpal has bigger volume then kraken. If kraken wants to add that's good ^^, but we have bigger fish to fry. Getting on BTC-E would be huge. The admin said very recently in the chatbox they aren't adding any new coins. Search for the admin on trollboxarchive which logs all chat messages and see the messages he was responding to when he says "no". It's actually better for Blackcoin to get on an exchange like Kraken. Coinbase's reason for not taking Litecoin is because the main exchange for it btc-e is dodgy. If Litecoin had tons of volume on Kraken Litecoin would be on coinbase by now. So I'm happy if we go on Kraken and try and build up trading volume there, it's one of the most legit trading platforms out there when it comes to compliance. |
