One interesting take away is that there is a strong message out there that exchanges will not accept Cryptsy's coins. In fact, they may even seize them.

I think we need to start maintaining a blacklist for individuals that harm crypto and have industry players generally agree that it's alright to seize coins from specific individuals like Paul Vernon should they ever deposit them in exchanges or other services that honor the blacklists.

On or around 4/10 it is believed the cryptsy thief deposited mint coin UNO and eth on poloniex and bittrex. It is possible this thief may try to embezzle coins on bter or kraken as well. I would especially be alert to any accounts that may have deposited btc eth or uno onto bter on or around 4/10 in large amounts. I'm not sure yet if bter is involved, but please be advised.

I am concerned he might try to withhold these embezzled/laundered coins away from the receiver. The reason it's so important is because if he withholds them he's probably going to jail for embezzlement and money laundering but if he returns them he might not even go to jail or if he does it might just be for fraud or contempt of court, not as serious.
