Holy shit dude thank you. Added every peer that popped up with no avail. Added these and blam! Now on the right chain. Went from 1000s of exp to a flat 0 but atleast im on the right chain! Thanks again

There is definitely an issue maintaining peers even AFTER all of the nodes are added.

I keep going null and have to restart.  What gives?

Block 2660+

Forwarding port 42786 on my router really helped to connect to peers!
Make sure you have port 42786 on your "realworld" (the one that shows on http:/wimi.com) IP forwarded on your router to your wallet machine IP.

To these that are asking what the ports are:

42786 -  this is the port where all wallets (mine, yours, john's and mary's and everybody else's) "talk" to each other

9656 - the port where your miner connects to mine. or you can connect and run commands to your miner from another PC from you LAN
For security reasons the latter should NOT be forwarded. Otherwise is like you are letting somebody else to sit on your computer with the wallet running.

I went from 4 to null to 2 and now at 3, after putting those nodes in. I hope this helps out and not put me on the wrong chain....
