I'm not really sure what information to post, but here's what's going on with me: First time bitcoin user. I created an account on blockchain.info, and used their cash deposit process through bitinstant to deposit $300 to my account via moneygram (at Walmart). I completed the transaction, took the zipzap form to Walmart, and made the deposit. By the time I got home I had an email saying it had gone though, but I still don't have any money in my account. It's been four or five hours. The only emails I received about this (at all), is one ZipZap email as a payment slip and a second email from ZipZap saying it was completed. I never received any emails from blockchain.info or BitInstant. What information can I use to check on this? There's nothing in my Blockchain.info account about it. All I really have is the account number and receive code from the ZipZap email. Honestly, this is kind of a turn off being my first experience with bitcoin in general As someone who's fairly tech savvy I can't imagine someone who isn't doing this. Hard to see widespread acceptance when you can't even deposit money at Walmart without problems. Edit: I see people are asking for ZipZap Acct number. Mine is: 491869913 I posted before your cut off -- any chance my issue is still being looked at?

Order ID (930f1529-b982-4d6e-9660-fe881d8077ce) Bitinstant still owe me 4 BTCs. They manually processed my order after a month of payment but I only received 2/3rd of my order. Since the value of the BTC has risen so drastically, they are now completely ignoring me when I try to contact them (support and here in Bitcoin talk) . According to the Bitinstant policy, "We always give you the BTC at time of your deposit, and if the issue was our fault we always refund fees." Obviously they are not standing by their own policy and have not been professional in this situation.

Hello Bitinstant support!
I, like many others, am having an issue with my coins being transferred through bitinstant. I deposited the money at a local cvs around 3 hours ago, and I have received nothing at this point. I understand that I may not be on the list for the rest of today, but I would greatly appreciate it if this could be resolved soon!

On April 5th, I made a money gram transfer via bitinstant into my Mt Gox account, but it appears the account number I gave you was incorrect. Here is the following information pertaining to the above:
