I completed my MoneyGram order to ZipZap at CVS nearly twenty four hours ago. My order is currently stuck on:

Quote
Sun Apr 7 07:13:37 2013   57b15b59-4f14-4673-90ca-9e003b0e79b2   Coinapult Order Loading

Sun Apr 7 07:18:37 2013   64af41b0-394a-4982-b939-9d9a71378f8a   MTGox Order Loading

Which is strange, because I do not use MtGox, nor Coinapult. For receiving method, I chose bitcoin address and entered my BTC-e Bitcoin address. I do not understand why Coinapult or MtGox are being involved, and delaying, my order. I've submitted a ticket to BitInstant, but I've had no reply. This is my first time purchasing BTC, so I'm a bit nervous of the situation.

My order number is: 2313a055-d88c-43e9-a863-517d3b10cec5

Event ID: 15384efc-04c8-4208-9ddc-b57fa8131131

My order was manually completed. However, I bought BTC at around 140.00 USD/1.00 BTC.

When my order was completed due to complications on your end, BTC was worth 220.00 USD/1.00 BTC.

It's, quite frankly, bullshit. You gave me a "One hour guarantee". That turned into over 48 hours and damn nearly $60.00.

Here's my order ID: 2313a055-d88c-43e9-a863-517d3b10cec5

Seems to be a common issue amongst "resolved" tickets. Class action, eh?

It'd be great to hear from you.

All of those other tickets are resolved. If you would have read any of this, you would know that once your order goes through you need to make a new ticket in order to be reimbursed for the bitcoins you could have gotten assuming the transaction went through in the appropriate time. If your first issue has been completed, then a new one will be opened. It will take some time but everything will get ironed out.

URSAY,

Please open another ticket for me for the difference between the bitcoins I received and the bitcoins I purchased. I will send you yet another PM with the details. I sent you one earlier with the details and you replied asking if I wanted you to open a ticket, I replied yes please and you replied that you didn't know what I was talking about because I didn't quote anything. I thought being that it was a reply I didn't have to quote anything but I could be wrong. Please confirm with me either on here or PM letting me know a ticket has been open. I have been trying to do this since last night. Thank you.

URSAY, I see that you have pushed my order thru. Thank you! sorry for the above post as i did not see where you pushed it first. It is now 8:43am est on 4/9 and i have not yet seen the coins however i will be patient until the end of the day before bothering you.  Wink

ANOTHER 4/8 issue resolved!   Cool

Ursay, lets not get ahead of ourselves. I still have not received the coins or a order email from you guys.
zipzap order # 760496034

Excuse me for showing that we resolve issues.  Silly me.  You have been added to the 4/10 support list.

Please stop getting an attitude with YOUR customers its not our fault that bitinstant is having problems. Now with that being said my order was suppose to be pushed through manually on 4/8 according to your previous post and now your saying i'm on the support list for 4/10? This is not acceptable and deserves further explanation.

I'm not sure if you didn't see my post or what but here it is again.hahaha

Hey URSAY, I'm glad to say that the patience payed off and I got my bitcoins sent to my wallet!
I appreciate all your help, however I still need another ticket opened up on today's support escalation list as I only got .41 BTC when I was expecting ~.51
I got the current rate as opposed to the rate of my transaction which should have been ~160.
I was also hoping the transaction fee would be refunded for the delay. I'd appreciate it very much URSAY

Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin  PLEASE RESPOND TO ME  Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin

You have posted like 3 times in the last couple of pages. URSAY has said that he doesn't have time to be replying to each and every post that comes through here, as he would much rather be spending his time actually solving things than reading posts with too many smiley faces. If you have posted on here, he will see it and you will be added to the next list. 4/10 still hasn't been put out officially yet, so please look at that when he posts it. It should hopefully be soon.

I slipped through the cracks last time, and didn't get on the list even before the deadline.
just looking for confirmation from URSAY, not you buddy. I understand he is busy
all I'm looking for is a reply that says "yeah you on tha list.  Cheesy"
and I will wait for days on end without a care in the world

URSAY,

I was on the 4/8 list and my money has just now arrived to my MTGox account.  Thanks for your service!

However, I am short 0.35 bitcoins.

I made a deposit of $153.616 (after all fees) when bitcoins were at $154, and upon receiving my funds in my MTGox account I was able to buy 0.6461 bitcoins instead of 0.9975 bitcoins.

Here is some more info about my order:

Quote ID   4197f7ce-e56f-4b52-afdd-e8bb5085925f
Event ID   8fc2acf4-6417-4504-8825-bfff5a8f615f

To everyone else reading this, be patient, URSAY is certainly losing sleep over his new job, for which he is very talented.  Don't lose hope!  BitInstant is a legitimate business.  The problem lies in the market, not the supplier or the customer service rep.

Thanks again Ursay, and please close the old ticket and open a new one for my account.

I would like to make a correction to the figures cited here.  I did not realize that you were reimbursing fees for transactions that took longer than the guaranteed times.  It appears that after making this correction, my MTGox account is short by 0.391 bitcoins.  Thanks again for following through with your policies during this crazy time.

I think it would be easier to be patient if the bitcoin price wasn't surging. If i don't receive the 0.6 bitcoin that i would have received on my transfer date, I'm still not sure if opening another support ticket would even be worth the bother

URSAY!

IDK if you did it, but I GOT MY MONEY!!!...SO...i guess posting everywhere DID get someones attention.  Cool

Take me off the list and don't worry we'll never speak again.

It seems BitInstant complies if you splatter reddit with your problem...my guess is they don't want the world to realize they are incompetent fools!!!!

GOD it feels so good to trash you guys...i admit i was scared it would probably slow my resolution...but i GOT MY MONEY NOW BITCHES AND I AM NEVER USING YOUR SERVICE AGAIN!!!

BitInstant...more like bit 48 hours later after BTC jump 80 bucks, and i bitch in 7 different sites to get the money you temporarily STOLE from me.

GL guys...i know how you all feel right now...i was fucking livid...

I hear good things about BitFloor...im checking this out next time.

ROT IN HELL BitINSTANT YOU DBAGS!!!!  I hope that 80 bucks was worth losing my business and MANY others!

I'm on the 4/8 list, and just received .3975 BTC when I should have received around .60 BTC at the rate it was at when I made the transaction.

From my post about an hour ago:
Paying $96.01 USD (after bitinstant fee) at 21:00 GMT on 4/8/13 when the price was around $160/BTC should have gotten me around 0.6 BTC

Bitinstant is awesome... When they catch up to your order. Just give them a day or two. That's what I said with my $300 order. Now that my $1500 order is missing 1100 of the funding... I'm scared!

I could always use tips for diapers and formula!  Smiley

URSAY it has now been over 4 days!! I was on the 4/6 support list and see that others have received support before me?? This is unacceptable. How are you even approaching this support list for that to make sense? How do you prioritize your customers??

Please push through my order!! ZipZap: 644048985

You'll be glad to know you are on the frontpage of www.reddit.com/r/bitcoin

You NEVER provided your zipzap acct # that I am aware of.  I just pushed thru your order manually.  You may see results soon.  PLEASE PROVIDE ALL INFO and we can help you faster guys!  Thanks!  Cheesy

Contrary to your statement, I have yet to receive any money. 5 days late and counting!!!

I can't believe I am still dealing with this shit. How is it possible that you say you pushed through my order yet I still haven't received anything over 10hours later?

This is my final straw. I will be filling a suit in small claims court if this is not corrected immediately.

Reading more throughly I realize it's safe to post this stuff.  Here you go and no need for a secret handshake.

I've had 3 Dwolla transfers with problems recently.  Two of them were a week ago and one today.

This one says "Order Failed", looks like Dwolla failed 2nd round verification.  If that's the case, why aren't funds put back into Dwolla?  (I'd much prefer bitcoin--and this is a week old)
