@ciprianpt, sure it helps! and thanks!

I am currently getting 32mh/s for eth and 180mh/s for keccak with these settings
Code:
-cclock 1250,1250,1250,1250,1250,1280,1250,1250,1250,1250 -mclock 2220,2220,2070,2220,2220,2150,2220,2220,2220,2220 -cvddc 870,870,920,870,870,920,870,920,870,870 -mvddc 930 -dcri 6 -ethi 16

I cant set dcri over 6 without decreasing eth hashrate, i am also with 9 X RX580 Nitro+ 8gb , Micron memory and 1 Samsung memory.
Ive read that micron gives less hashrate than Samsung/hynix but in my case all cards with micron memory hashing at 32mh/s at the moment and the one with Samsung memory gives me 30.4 (core 1250, memory 2070 core voltage 920)

So core voltage 850mv and memory voltage 900 is ok for hynix/samsung memory. I want to try those voltages on micron memory cards.
Should i use lidag and gser for stability when starting and generating dag files et....?
My eth hashrate is perfect now but more important is number of valid shares per hour right? I will keep watching hwinfo for memory errors.

Is it 100% sure that if you have more memory errors on HWinfo the result is less valid shares?

I dont think claymore is set up for blake2 solo mining, it works with cc miner but not with claymore

pools are shit claymore some have not paid in days , need to be able to solo mine blake or dual mining is over for me again

I think the isue is with the dwal and dpass settings

i feel i am late to the party because the last time i saw this thread was when claymore posted about the new version but i was inactive then..

can some kind person bring me upto speed please? so which coins are you guys mining with the new algo for dual.

For the blakes2 and keccak i see only few coins. are any of those profitable or like the posts i am reading just above about xvg.. which is like multiple algo thing better?

Thankyou

Imo best option is ethash + blake2s. My rx470 gives something like 28Mh/s + 1300Mh/s and other cool stuff is reduced fee.

Sounds like I need to tweak my Blake2s settings... seeing about half that on RX570 (no BIOS mode, though). Can you share what settings you have for the Blake2s side ?

Cranked my DCRI up to 70... now getting ~1500 MH/S on B2S with no impact on ETH mining. Awesome.

Also... saw some people struggling with XVG pools...

You do lose some to exchange fees but you can set your Dual mining pool to ZPOOL and get paid out in XVG for your Blake2S work... an example of using NiceHash for ETH and ZPOOL to get paid in XVG is like so:

EthDcrMiner64.exe -esm 3 -allpools 1 -epool daggerhashimoto.usa.nicehash.com:3353 -ewal *BitcoinWallet*.Worker55 -epsw x -cclock 1200 -mclock 1900 -tt 72 -fanmin 70 -powlim -10 -dpool blake2s.mine.zpool.ca:5766 -dcoin blake2s -dwal *XVGWallet* -dpsw Worker55,c=XVG -dcri 70

I basically do this except I simply choose BTC from ZPOOL.

My Nitro+ (8gb) prefers to be undervolted.  Each card is it's own microcosm, I have never found generic answers for RX 580's.  Even my Asus RX 580 is very different.

Well, i undervolted with 10 (870) and decreased dcri -1 (currently at -dcri 6) Eth hash now increased a little bit but keccak decreased which is normal. Seems like dcri setting is 6 for me .
I would like to ask if 870 mv core voltage at 1250 is safe for dual ETH=keccak on RX580 8GB, micron memory and 920mv safe for memory voltage at 2220.
Is it safe to go any lower for voltages to save some more power?

@Ratledge, could you share your .bat if you dual mine eth=keccak on rx580
First of all, SETX is a Windows registry variable setting program, not part of Claymore. I set those environment variables permanently on my systems, so it doesn't need to be done at runtime. Use Control Panel and look for Environment Variables. You DON'T want to put those commands in the CONFIG.TXT file.

I am out eating dinner with the wife, but when I get home I will post my batch file. It's nothing special, but I do have a recursive call (to itself) so if Claymore stops for any reason (including timeout after 240 minutes using "-r 239" parm) it restarts. I am back to ETH single mining for now, but my batch file has the extra part of the command-line REM out.

NM I see the setting for getting paid in another coin, whats the point though you lose fees both ways from the inital sale to btc then the buy back on verge to pay you back

can some kind person bring me upto speed please? so which coins are you guys mining with the new algo for dual.

ZPOOL only pays in btc, no where does it say you can be paid in XVG

I personally mined a few hundred thousand XVG there last year... so yes you totally can:

https://zpool.ca/

I would suggest reading the instructions on the first page. You MUST use the "c=XVG" tag to be paid in XVG & also use a valid XVG wallet address.

@ Sundownz

You miss 10 page discussion at around page  130,

Its not the exchange fee that matter with Zpool, its what 4 %

For me, Its the 43 % I received less compared to the dutch mining pool  compared on the same time frame that appeared and what DDOS down in a matter of a week

Moved 50 % over to XVGmining club and 50 % to ahashpool

on the RX 570, I solved by increasing the voltage : 1120/888 DCR goes up and rejected share goes down

Zpool is stealing verge profits as well , like all the other pools

I see -- I didn't look back that far in this thread and it's been quite a while since I have mined for XVG.

Seemed to do very well when I was mining for them last year -- but things change of course =)

My Nitro+ (8gb) prefers to be undervolted.  Each card is it's own microcosm, I have never found generic answers for RX 580's.  Even my Asus RX 580 is very different.
...
@Ratledge, could you share your .bat if you dual mine eth=keccak on rx580
Here goes nothing: my batch file, FWIW: (named "GetIt.BAT")
Code:
@echo off
nvi -setBaseClockOffset:0,0,205 -setMemoryClockOffset:0,0,1000 -setPowerTarget:0,70 -setTempTarget:0,0,85
echo cuda9.1\EthDcrMiner64.exe -epool us1.ethermine.org:4444 -ethi 16 -ewal 0x8bc5B026D8d46C2266652640dc6329ED6f1735A8.prime -epsw x -ftime 2 -minspeed 14 -mport -3333 -r 359 -mode 0 -dcoin blake2s -dpool stratum+tcp://mine.nlpool.nl:5766 -dwal DMKBzKJ7vP46jQYi95bXxSLAM79rer28dm -dpsw c=XVG,ID=prime -dcri 70 -retrydelay 10

if not exist cuda9.1\*log* getit
move cuda9.1\*log* logs > nul

This is identical to my other rigs, but it's for a solo GPU GTX1060 6GB card.  The "NVI.exe" is nVidiaInspector renamed for ease of use.  (Claymore can tweak clock, voltage and fan settings for AMD cards, but not for nVidia GPUs)

Basically, it just sets the voltage and clocks then echos the command-line and runs Claymore, afterwards that "Echo ^G" sounds a bell on the console so I realize then the logfile archiver is running, and the program is getting ready to restart.  "-r 359" is six hours, at which point I want to insure everything gets reset.

You asked for "keccak", and I thought I had kept my example for that, but this is for Verge / XVG dual mining with ETH.  Everything is pretty much the same except the port and subsite you point to as well as the coin name and wallet.  I run directly from the nVidia 9.1 Cuda directory, saves a split second loading because it is going there anyway.  I also archive / compress the 15*log.txt files using WinZip command-line with redirection to NUL so it doesn't show on the display.  About once a day I rename ETHER_TXT.ZIP using the day/month digits and move it to my NAS storage in case I want to go back and take a look, but honestly I might as well turn logging off at this point, I regularly run to that 5 hours 59 minutes limit and the logfile is about 2MB in size.

If your rig is running well, all you see are shares, fan temp/speed and new jobs from the server.  Simple enough, nothing special.  You don't see the "SETX" commands because I put those environent settings into Windows permanently to save a little time.

So, I posted an issue I've been having with Claymore v11, where 2 rigs constantly restarts in 2 hours or less on one rig and on the other I'll be lucky to get 6 hours of uptime when mining ETH forks. I streamlined it down to the second dev fee mining, where the miner repopulates the dag file size on the gpu's even with the allcoin -1 option, put the most critical rig back to mining ETH and it runs 10 to 12 hours before any crash. So, definitely claymore dag issues with ETH forks. I might be still wrong.

I realise the whole 'luck' factor side of things but for a rig with 6 RX 580's @ 186 mh/s mining ETH on nanopool and 9300 mh/s mining on antminepool what would be an acceptable average shares per hour to be seeing within claymore v11?

Let me answer my own question

This version is POOL/SOLO for Ethereum, POOL for Decred, POOL/SOLO for Siacoin, POOL for Lbry, POOL for Pascal, POOL for Blake2s, POOL for Keccak.

So, Mr.Claymore is SOLO for Blake2s/Keccak a possibility?

Sorry for quoting myself, but I think many of us in here would like to know if there is a possibility in the future to mine SOLO Blake2s/Keccak, or if it is completely out of the picture

Hey guys, i just finished to test the new version with different gpus and rigs like RX 470 4GB, RX 580 4GB / 8GB, GTX 1060 3GB / 6GB, GTX 1070, GTX 1080 Ti

Here are my results so far:

RX 470 4GB Ethereum 30 Mh/s – Verge (blake2s) 1,200 Mh/s / Ethereum 30 Mh/s – Smartcash (keccak) 150 Mh/s
RX 580 8GB Ethereum 31.2 Mh/s – Verge (blake2s) 1,550 Mh/s / Ethereum 31.2 Mh/s – Smartcash (keccak) 215 Mh/s
RX 580 4GB Ethereum 31.2 Mh/s – Verge (blake2s) 1,560 Mh/s / Ethereum 31.2 Mh/s – Smartcash (keccak) 218 Mh/s

GTX 1060 3GB Ethereum 22.5 – 18.8 Mh/s – Verge (blake2s) 500 – 600 Mh/s / Ethereum 22.5 – 18.8 Mh/s – Smartcash (keccak) 100 Mh/s
GTX 1060 6GB Ethereum 23.4 – 18.8 Mh/s – Verge (blake2s) 234 Mh/s / Ethereum 22 – 18.8 Mh/s – Smartcash (keccak) 51.5 Mh/s
GTX 1070 8GB Ethereum 31.3 – 18.8 Mh/s – Verge (blake2s) 520 Mh/s / Ethereum 30.3 – 18.8 Mh/s – Smartcash (keccak) 90.5 Mh/s
GTX 1080 Ti 11GB Ethereum 34.7 Mh/s – Verge (blake2s) 695 Mh/s / Ethereum 34.5 – Smartcash (keccak) 103 Mh/s

More detailed results and configs: http://1stminingrig.com/use-new-claymores-dual-ethereum-gpu-miner-v11-0-blake2s-keccak-algorithms/

Hope it helps!

Thank you, used the same overclock/undervolt settings u specified for your RX580 for my Asus Dual RX580 8GB's, outcome almost identical for dual mining of ETH+XVG. I did however increase the -cvddc 850 to 900 as I was getting memory errors and text started turning into matrix code Tongue

Previously had my dual coin intensity on 20 not as per your setting -dcri 50, interesting how if on 25 my ETH hashrate drops but now running on 50 makes no difference on ETH but huge almost double XVG hashrate.

Thank you for the config on the 1stminingrig.com webpage.

Hi All!

Recently upgrade my test rig to v11 but having issues with the following error currently running previous version across 14 cards without issue.

Error happens with solo & dual mining

Test rig card is a MSI RX470 8GB

GPU0 t=62C fan=89%
em hbt: 0, fm hbt: 78,
watchdog - thread 0 (gpu0), hb time 78
watchdog - thread 1 (gpu0), hb time 16
WATCHDOG: GPU error, you need to restart miner Sad
Quit, please wait...
Restarting OK, exit...

Any suggestions as to what could be the issue?

Thanks.
