This coin is pumping out updates at least once per distribution so about once or twice monthly, I never seen any other coin where the devs worked this much and this fast, I realize progress will slow down once most of the bugs are fixed and only new features will be included in updates but still, it's amazing, the dev does work really hard for that 1% ownership.

The dev can get really rich despite the fair distribution or especially because of it. The distribution will be a big success factor for this coin!

Wow, whats happening? This thing is rising fast More and more people realize that this is a new innovative development with huge potential. People in the future will want to build timemachines to go back to this day to buy at this price.

He did a fair and free distribution, did not ask for anything, and owns 1%, I believe this is fairer than any other coin I know, most of them had wicked high premines, even top coins like dash. Functionality is very good, the one thing that's not so great is the ability to backup, it takes up a huge space (at least the full wallet, dunno about light/mobile versions) but transaction speed is lightning fast and you can send close to 100GB for like 1kb fee, that is 0.000001% fee, crazy.

I blame my own greed for putting orders to 0.04 and didn't buy in more at 0.05, tried to squeeze as much value possible, well, learned my lesson.

I think this is one of the only projects that isn't valued on hype either, the tech and project speaks for itself !

for real success Byteball needs the rapid advance into marketplace otherwise it will turn itself into one- more - pump-and-dump coin, IMHO

Functionality is very good, the one thing that's not so great is the ability to backup, it takes up a huge space (at least the full wallet, dunno about light/mobile versions) The light version doesn't have this problem. I'm wondering if the memory-requirement for a backup of the full version keeps growing over time, it already uses 4 GB ram just for the backup. For that reason I've moved over to the light version. A question about blackbytes. It shows: "This is a private asset, please send it only by clicking links in the chat or send it to your other wallets." How does this work? What if I want to send it to someone who's address I see on this forum: does that give away the identity of my blackbytes?

I'm a 2011 btc investor and true to the end, although when I saw Byteball I saw an opportunity of letting BTC be the 'storage' of wealth (like gold) while byteball might just fit in with the 'cup of coffee' normal world use, so I have a couple of BTC invested in BB, and curious to see what happens.
I must admit that when the discussion gets too technical I lose focus - just saying what I'm doing, and so far it is looking handsome (unrealised) gains (although I took all my risk out years ago, so I cannot be pushed around by wild market gyrations. Got a bulldog grip on this one even if beaten with a big stick).
If we could suck up all fiat into various cryptos we could have a lot of disruption (fun) ahead of us.
I don't make predictions, though I have number in my own head, and I will at least say that they are all positive for holders. Crystal ball I do not have.

Hi there, I'd like to get in on the 5th round of Distribution if possible, but am a little unclear on something. Do I need to already own Byteball to participate, or is owning BTC, and proving the BTC balance enough to qualify?
Thanks

Owning BTC is sufficient, but you need to link the BTC wallet in the BB client with the transition bot.
