The 4th round of distribution is complete.

Total 22,834.307841319 GB distributed, new available supply is 160,276.688294257 GB.

43,654.114908786 GBB distributed to the linked addresses.
4,551.392375023 GBB transferred to the community fund.

The 5th round is scheduled for the full moon of May (May 10, 2017 at 21:42 UTC), the rules stay the same:

BTC to bytes: 1 BTC of proven balance gives you 62.5 MB (0.0625 GB)
BTC to blackbytes: 1 BTC of proven balance gives you 2.1111 * 62.5 million blackbytes (money supply of blackbytes is 2.1111 times more than that of bytes)
Bytes to bytes: 1 byte on any Byteball address gives you 0.1 new bytes
Bytes to blackbytes: 1 byte on linked Byteball address gives you 0.21111 blackbytes

Get ready for the 5th round when Byteball will be even better than now!

Make sure you back up your wallet regularly! Unlike a bank account, nobody can help you if you lose access to your BTC.

How did you get your wallet's address, the address you tried to send to? (Remember that it's not the device address that you need but a Byteball address.)

This is very good to see Gbyte at bittrex as like me for many traders will be much more easy now who were not ready to leave Bittrex. I never tried any other exchange now it was very pleasant enlisting which were being expected for long time. Happy trading everyone with nice volume.

Price goes up and a bigger exchange will make this coin hype and jump!

This one has very good dev commitment and active development, I am sure it will go much higher.

@tonych, the same problem with version 1.7.1, any help here?

I am trying to sync my byteball wallet from a couple of weeks ago and it gets about a third of the way (35-45%) and then stops making progress. When I close and reopen the wallet, I get this error and the program closes:

Uncaught exception: Error: known bad go38q4DxyfamiSTzl5rmEBooilX0qGmoS36Wc9zVEY=: authentifier verification failed

Any ideas what to do? I have several full backups of the byteball folder, but for every one of them I run into exactly the same problem.

+1 got same error
Uncaught exception: Error: known bad
go38q+DxyfamiSTzl5rmEBooilX0qGmoS36Wc9zVEY=
authentifier verification failed

I have the same error. Does anybody know a solution?

@PJNova, Did u communicate with Bittrex on the problem?

My first step was to come here and see if other users were affected, if it was a widespread issue opening multiple tickets would just slow the process down. If it is only @bobvidz and me, i will just sell the gbytes and buy them on an exchange with functioning withdrawls.

If anyone is thiking about installing a byteball wallet to a PC with HDD, don't do it!
It took me 48+hours to sync... While on my notebook with pci-e x4 SSD the sync time was less than 6 hours Smiley

It is better to choose light mode. It syncs in a moment. my full wallet behaved as yours and I get rid of it.

You should update to the newest 1.7.1 wallet! That solves this problem.

No. It solves the problem for some users. Four people (I think) have posted that they get the problem using 1.7.1. I am one of them.
