This is the most unrealistic prediction I have seen... I will say no way, it's not possible, the government has the control of this world and

I am pessimistic bitcoin can last up to 20 years, I think a lot of coins that was a candidate to replace current bitcoin, there have been many shortcomings bitcoin and corrected with the new coins. I expect 20 more years of bitcoin is dead.

A lifetime? hmm, that would be really great if you ask me. Though we can't be sure that it would be that alive for long. These years that bitcoin is still growing after few years is great and I thought that it will be going down by these year, but I think I am wrong. Many solutions will be spoken after that 20 years and I think the future of bitcoin is really exciting. But I think price to be rising steadily will not happen because as we all know, bitcoin is a volatile digital currency.

As bitcoin keeps attracting more and more users then the volatility will decrease as it becomes  more difficult and more costly to try to manipulate the markets due to an higher market cap, so I think as the years come by bitcoin will become similar to fiat in its stability.

By that time there would be new technologies, new ways, new developments and I really doubt that Bitcoin would be any of use by that time. My guesses are if Bitcoin did not have a good footing with the government by now then we shouldn't be really looking forward too Bitcoin by that time. It is really in the process of legality if we want to see Bitcoin that long.

Yeah, but the governments will change and maybe they will accept bitcoin, but that will contradict the idea of it. Can it become legal and recognized by the government and remain independent and decetralised? I hope it will become some kind of globally accepted but non-governmental currency.

I don't have very high confidence in bitcoin, but since japan has acknowledged it as a legal tender, my passion began to increase again, so far I don't expect much about bitcoin in sense that if this coin suddenly disappears from circulation, I still willingly lose bitcoin I have. But I have a positive belief that bitcoin prices always increase every year, I imagine the next 20 years bitcoin is very rare and it costs 30,000 usd for every single coin.

We can only wait whether the prediction will happen or not, if it really happens then all who have Bitcoin will be happy, otherwise I think the price will be higher than today, so all remains happy.
