I understand that but the ones I would be returning just dont work and there from the replacements, some have no damage and others just have one or two pieces missing and they dont work. My problem is Ive already sent the worst ones away to try to be repaired and Ive ordered 8 more heatsinks. Yes, Ill end up with more power then I bought, but I have no way of knowing how long they will last. So if I shut all this shit off, Ill be out another 2 weeks of mining(no roi, unless price increase)sending it back on my own dime, cause i live in the middle of nowhere. Only to receive another broken replacement package because they dont know how to safely send this shit. I didnt ask for this shit, why am i still paying for this and why am i being told im ripping them off? |

Recieved my 1/3 neptune refunds today also, seems they have mined enough btc to pay refund  was told earlier in this week it would be "several more weeks" (already been 19days) for my 2nd refund in fiat  Seeing more and more Asic companies popping up, which have miners in stock, and they are even rackeable... My faith in KNC has sunk to an all-time low sadly, even sadder since iam Swedish.. |

did the lucky recipients of their own money back receive any email or correspondence wrt their refund or did it just arrive silently?
Still waitin here, requested USD around the 14th April but only swapped to BTC last weekend...
Though Natalie did say it would take a few days from Monday/Tuesday - i kinda expected it to be today
