Do you feel shameful for being a gambler?

why would I shame of being a gambler, I will be ashame if I steal money from someone and use it in gambling.

You can say yes. Because i can't tell my friends and my family about my gambling habbit. I'm just feel a bit shameful about that, because no one in my family and my friends that gambling to, only me. But i'm okay with that if i can win much money on gambling and use it to make them shut up.

However I dont like the way you are taking gambling. One should not think of gambling as a method to earn money. It is a way to make money no doubt but its mostly losses and less wins because the casino owners are running a business and you are only the customer who will fall for their false promises of becoming a millionaire. If you cannot control your greed then you will surely lose a lot.

There are always gamblers saying to shut up to everyone when they win, but when they lose they keep silent, so we can't have the whole picrutre. One thing is known for sure though, if you gamble with big amounts on a daily basis, you will lose a lot eventually.

I agree that many gamblers only boast of their big wins and never utter a word about their huge losses. If the other side of the picture is also seen then the actual picture will be understood. In many cases opinions are biased and meant to spread FUD and not really an honest opinion. Many cases these people are also hired by the casinos to promote them and in return they get paid commissions from the casino.

This is a real thing which those gambler who are mostly on do have big wins are being paid to promote a certain site but the reality behind it is that users are still on lose on playing gambling.Its really just a show off just to build a hype and would recruit potential gamblers more in the site which they can able to make money later on when they gradually getting broke because of gambling.

Yeah you may loose the bitcoin eventually but that will happen when you do gambling only if you do casino or slot roll alone. If you do sports or any other type of betting you can earn bitcoin easily with out big effort.
If you don't prefer a gambling on daily basis you can choose the trading, mining, lending or any other option

I dont know why you are saying this kind of useless thing but eventually every gambling is pretty much the same. It doesnt mean you are going to win in sportsbetting and lose in some other game. Everything is just so luck based that you can win in every game when you are lucky but you wont if you are not lucky

I started from this way as well and believe me when you have think like this then it will be very hard to get it out of your mind. If someone ask me wether they should gamble or not then I will say not to gamble because we wont know what will happen when they already started because they could be addicted like me

gambling is not a process of stealing money from others, so there is no way to be ashamed of becoming a gambler. gambling was invented for getting entertained but in recent time it has become an earning source. so I don't find out any reason to be ashamed of being a gambler.

Yes, that's a dangerous path indeed. But I think in your case, you are not in danger since you realize all the consequences of that kind of thinking and even advise to others to not gamble.

That's normal attitude of a gambler, they feel proud when they win but when they fail they feel sad. In my experience as a gambler, I do not see my self being proud or atleast happy when I win. I always look ahead thinking that  it is not the last time that I will touch gambling or after that I will quit.

The thing is, I do not feel shameful as a gambler, but does not feel happy that I am a gambler.

On the contrary you should try to stop yourself from gambling. Think of all the ill effects that gambling has on you and how you cannot stop them now but you could have stopped them if you controlled your addiction in the first place. Then your family is important to you as well. Without them you cannot survive and thus to keep them safe and sound you need to save money and work hard to earn money and not waste it.

Gambling is illegal in many countries and communities. However it is totally your own choice whether you want to do something or not. Hence one cannot blame the business for being illegal. It is only you and yourself to blame if you do anything wrong with it. If someone has to feel ashamed then its none other than the player them-self. Many respected people or officials even come from countries that prohibit gambling that I see very happy to play in casinos every month, they do not care about state regulations because basically gambling is just a game that should be based on personal responsibility. If we can master this, then the problem will not happen

It's a shame if you are an addicted gambler and we all have the same feeling. But why not try to tell it your family? Instead of thinking that you'll receive hate maybe they can help you to boost up your confidence and even support you to get out of addiction.

Also, in gambling you have a chance to win but in drugs there is none because all you have to do is just to spend. We have to be responsible when gambling so we will stay longer and enjoy, the moment we will be addicted that is the time the problem will start, believe me, I've been there once in my life.

I agree with you, we can still prevent gambling addiction but not necessarily we can prevent drug addiction because if you are addicted to gambling You just have the sense of wanting to gamble without any physical harm.
