Hey guys, not sure if this is the right thread but my question is L3+ related.. I want to remotely monitor and control my L3+ farm via an app - is anyone interested in coding a small, custom app for me to monitor my miners and the room environment?Looking for something similar to Awesome Miner but way simpler and for iOS. I have a switched PDU, managed Ethernet Switch, and router with VPN, allowing remote control of ports, outlets, and miners. I'm wondering if it's possible to create an app/dashboard where I can use these remote management capabilities all on the same platform? Or does anyone have recommendations for another service/technology along these lines? Please PM me if so. I appreciate any help! Sorry if this isn't the right place

Isn't most of that already in MultiMinerApp? I remember back in the days (2014) that I was mining with that on top of it

Mining is inherently risky in itself anyways, a reason why a lot of people with even cheap electricity just opt for straight up HODLing or small volume trading. Scalping is also why I try to buy one of each new Bitmain product each time one comes out- you can make quite a lot that way Yep, scalping is how old timers make money nowadays. I tried to warn people of overpriced miners way before the drop, but no one would listen. 4k for L3+, then 4.5k, then 5k. finally I said fuck it and sold 20 of my July batch for 4k each. Now the price drop and people are pissed. They forgot how much they thanked me when I sold my miners to them. They told me I just made them rich, And that they are gonna buy nice things for their families..........sigh.........the hubris is unbelieveable. wow, amazing that you are such a hypocrite. THE HUBRIS is strong this one. Those who pissed are retard, price goes up and down in this cryto world. With L3+ your end game that u can earn BTC. HODL till 10,000 Mining aim is not to be rich overnight.

I highly doubt you will ever get an ROI on a 10k D3.
10k is too high for an Innosilicon A5 (at over twice the hash and similar power draw to the D3). Given Bitmain reliability on their recent miners, I believe that it would never pay off at that price - even on FREE electric if you had one in hand TODAY.

Quite a lot of this. Once Bitcoin topped 5000 USD I calculated that with all the btc I bought to buy gridseed miners and invest in ltcgear, I could've bought quite a nice small apartment from the profits by now. Especially with this new Chinese corporation starting a huge mining farm, it's a very big risk that you'll even make the money back for any investment.
2 years ago people were wondering if Bitcoin would ever make it back to $1000. Then the Chinese exchanges opened up the "buy Bitcoin with Yuan" fire hose. 20/20 hindsight is NOT a good way to figure for the future.

I remember someone mentioning in this thread that they were using Hash-to-coins for mining alt coins using the L3+ ... I've been mining BCC through H2C since yesterday and although their dashboard says I should be making way more than just mining LTC .. I have yet to receive any payment/coins from them for past 20 hours of mining (approx 12GH of mining power) ... anyone else having issues with them??

Hash to coins? its in your balances. first, set up your BCC wallet there. then click balances, on your left near the green button, key in your PIN and click withdraw. it will be in your wallet. easy

It takes 24 hours before the balances are cleared for deposit. Possibly longer depending on what time of day in the payment cycle you started.

There are too many sellers. They sell l3+ 4000-5000 dollars from stock and they sell d3 10k-12k. This prices are too much. But i dont understand there are also buyer tbis machines.

The dumb money always gets in at the top and always pays too much. Be patient. There will be a fire sale on 16nm ASIC units in the next 3-6 months. Wait til these geniuses figure out that they won't even have paid off their overpriced 16nm units when the first wave of 7nm starts to hit the network. A lot of these knuckleheads are on the East and West coasts of the US where they pay .16, .18..20 .22 cents Kwh for electricity!!

Does anyone have a listing pools available. If someone also has some details as to their profitability would be great.

If you have an L3+ Bitconnect is a nice coin to mine which is a bit under the radar, imo. You won't find it on Whattomine or Coinwarz but it's been pretty steady for me for the past couple of months. The good thing is Bitconnect rises as Bitcoin goes up. Here is the pool direct from Bitconnect: http://bitconnectpool.co/

Dont mine any coin directly, its not as profitable as multi coin mining. Join multipool to mine the most profitable coin and you can choose payout with your favorite coin
