Hey everyone -- Slush's website is down for planned maintenance -- does that mean NMC payout coming soon?   I updated the system, it is ready. I need to trace few first payouts, but I'm too tired to make some stupid mistake. There is already 70k NMC confirmed, so it's not a fun anymore . It's 4am here, I'll take short rest and finish it on the morning. |

If you're not excited by the idea of being an early adopter 'now', then you should come back in three or four years and either tell us "Told you it'd never work!" or join what should, by then, be a much more stable and easier-to-use system.

I'm experiencing issues with bitcoin backends, which is the reason that some miners have connection problems; that's also the reason why NMC payouts aren't out, because I'm investigating this.

Yes, the effect on NMC price will be interesting, as I'm assuming most of the 80k of NMC will be instantly put up for exchange I wouldn't have thought the NMC market had enough liquidity to maintain any sort of reasonable value, but we shall see. |

While rewards for old blocks are processing, I added firstbits support for Bitcoin wallet on profile. Now you can enter only first bits of your address and pool it automatically translates to full address. You can read more about neat firstbits idea on http://www.firstbits.com |

I have submitted my NMC address (it's: MxycpydXU7NUQt3qA6qxX3ZnS7QsZWsm3L )
few hours ago, and so far I got 0.00000000 unconfirmed/confirmed NMC
Settings saved, no problems with BTC mining as usual; I have 0.94 GHash/s and 3 workers if it matters.

Does this mean they are from the last 4 hours and have therefore not been confirmed yet ?
The olders blocks should immediately show up as confirmed I would think
Next question would be when will the older blocks show up ?

it is already processing the older blocks...scroll down on the stats page. Dunno about when they will be confirmed...perhaps once all the processing catches up? |
