I have in the last 8 minute increased my hash rate with 300 mhps. ( i come from working to home )
The other GPU has worked the whole night, and the whole 18405 block with 200 mhps.
Why become i lower reward for that?

Same mismatch here with block 18405. Less then 1/3 payout then normal. Think reason is in the score system someway?

Don't worry about block 18405. I'm sure it will be adjusted as usually. It's because there were two blocks right after one another.

I have a question:

Yesterday I tried CGMiner instead of Phoenix . I noticed that the hashrate was a bit higher, but CGMiner didn't find as much shares as Phoenix did. How is that possible?
With Phoenix I have a hashrate of ca 207 mh/s, but according to the calculated hashrate on my profilepage it's more like 220.
With CGMiner I was the other way around. CGMiner said hashrate = 212 mh/s and the calculated hashrate on my profilepage said 180 mH/s
My reward was also much less than usual.

Factor of luck. You need to run it for long time to get any reliable results. I have 4 cards with same hashrate about 340 but after a day of running I have from 4,68 to 4,88 shares per minute...
