Hello drAGon925,

I apologize for the inconvenience. ANC withdrawals are currently delayed. Our technical support team is aware of the issue and we expect to have a resolution soon.

We appreciate your patience on this matter.

Sincerely,
Stephanie
Cryptsy.com

= I Hope we will have many other exchanges with high volume on all of them!!!

I have the same problems these last few weeks with Cryptsy. Others coins too:
http://www.reddit.com/r/vertcoin/comments/287wou/boycott_cryptsy/

The problem is that we depend on them. This is the only exchange with a good ANC volume.
If you dont switch exchanges, volume will always be biggest on craptsy.

Can  you suggest another decent exchange for us to migrate to?

K1773R  before week or two suggested this

https://bleutrade.com/exchange/ANC/BTC

now is low volume , but if we all get there, maybe we can change that.

On craptsy now is 3 days since I made withdraw, and still Pending!!

don't trust these new exchanges. let it stay there for over a year and then we talk. lost 1 btc on those bastards who run coinmarket.io
there's also coins-e (had its 1st birthday a few days ago), they said they are coming with a new release, had no problem so far.

Any news for the weekend?  Cool

Not much. The latest estimate of a working zc implementation is by july 10th according to Gnosis.

That is great news! July 10th is not that far away. I am excited!

Almost no progress uploaded to github in the last 2 months as far as I can tell.  What am I missing here? Is there another repository somewhere that is showing progress?  Zerocoin supposedly has a team of people working on the implementation and they are still 3-6 months from completion, yet Gnos1s is holding down a day job, coding on the weekends, and his ZC implementation will be done 3 weeks from now?   Can someone explain how this makes any sense?  I want to believe it is true it seems very very unlikely anything will be done by July 10 at the current rate.  Is Gnos1s holding back a bunch of code that is almost done or something?  Huh

I think he is holding informations. He is working almost half year, and few github posts is just to show us that he is working.
If you'll be sure that Zerocoin will be done until 10th July, you will buy today on low price..

I think 10th July or end of July will be day for start of testing, and people start buying ANC.

But who knows, I'm hodling until the end Smiley

Here is some news from Gnosis, taken from the IRC channel.

The good news is that it appears that testing of the RSA UFOs, which are a crucial element of Zerocoin, will begin in the next day or two

Quote
<Gnosis@I2P>: Gnosis@I2P is still alive Smiley
M10: Gnosis: great to hear! do you have an ETA for the test UFO client?
<Gnosis@I2P> M10, if all goes well, 3 days from now

Next, here are a few details he gave us on the purpose of the UFO factorization tests

Quote
lunokhod: Gnosis, I'm curious what exactly your UFO factorization tests are supposed to do. Are you going to try to factorize increasingly larger numbers, and then extrapolate how much time it would take to factorize employed valued used in Anoncoin? Or are you going to test the probability that there are in fact two large primes in a given RSA UFO (as a function of size)? Or something else?

<Gnosis@I2P>: What we ultimately need for Zerocoin is a set of RSA UFOs such that the probability of all of them being factorizable is less than 1 in a billion. To achieve this, we pick ~13 3840-bit numbers pseudo-randomly and try to find increasingly larger factors. If any of these candidates are reduced to less than 90% of their bit length, we pick a new candidate in its place. If we expend enough effort into attempting to factor these, the probability can be ~0.80 that each one cannot be factored.

+1

Thanks for that news! It is more then I expect for now. Gnosis is probably on vacation, and start working more on implantation!
