I would like to know, how exactly is displayed or the machine let know the person it may have cancer? Does it suggest to go to a check up?
I mean its quite a delicate matter and there is no way to give the news in a delicate way but, the machine has no empathy at all.
hehe they could setup an counter who counts from 10 to 0 down  thats a pretty bad joke but it wont be so easy to show the person that he has to urgently see a doctor. |

Yes, it is my main concern too. Think about it, you are on a shopping mall and saw a health monitor machine. You are trying it for fun also it is 5$ and it tells you, you may have cancer. Actually I think it's a bit strange ... you go to a shopping mall, you see the machine in the entrance or so and just go for a regular check and it tells you you have cancer. All you came for was some fun shopping maybe. Maybe these machines should be in a different place. |

Imagine you're at the airport, waiting for your plane to go to a holiday trip. You just try out the monitor for killing time and you get the message to urgently see your doctor. That's weird! Wouldn't it be more suitable to place monitors in health care centres or sth like that? |

Well, it's going to test the complete health of that person, I just wonder how many things can be teste trough breath analyse only... I surely think that this device could be upgraded in later stage... blood test might be a good thing.. but this offcourse needs to be clean & hygienic |

Personally me is very supportive of this project, this project would be very helped doctors in apply sacrifice diabetes..and latest technology is I am sure would be very helping patients diabetes and doing the treatment and prevention diabetes.. me is very supportive of this project and I hope can be applied in the world of medicine diabetes, I’m sure this project will be successful

Therefore, its results must be confirmed by any certified methods.
And there as you are lucky - CT, MRI and ultrasound are not always accurate data guarantee. Though they are certified.

What can actually be monitored or examined from the breath? I was looking at the site but didnt see much regarding that. Depending on it's capabilities, it's very cool technology.

I surely think that this device could be upgraded in later stage... blood test might be a good thing.. but this offcourse needs to be clean & hygienic I think you can test some stuff through the breath, but of course not everything. Also I don't think you can test every kind of cancer through the breath, just specific ones I would assume, but I am not a doctor. I don't know about blood tests as it must be really super hygienic but it could work for stuff where you don't need too much blood. You could handle this maybe in the way people are testing for blood sugar with one way needles etc. |

According to the website, the device uses "the technology of emission spectroscopy in the visible wavelength range of glow discharge". The device is supposed to diagnose diabetes, stomach ulcer and lung cancer. |
