What can actually be monitored or examined from the breath? I was looking at the site but didnt see much regarding that. Depending on it's capabilities, it's very cool technology.
According to the website, the device uses "the technology of emission spectroscopy in the visible wavelength range of glow discharge". The device is supposed to diagnose diabetes, stomach ulcer and lung cancer. Those are huge illnesses. This is just the initial diagnosis no? It is beneficial to know what is the status of your health because most of these aforementioned illnesses just strike without warning. Just boom! stage four cancer. |

That's why error in tests should be minimized. And they would also need a good marketing campaign in order to encourage people to use such devices. Yes, it's an initial diagnosis, of course it doesn't replace a visit to a doctor. |

I mean its quite a delicate matter and there is no way to give the news in a delicate way but, the machine has no empathy at all.

The Team has something at hand that will change many diagnostic concepts, but I still believe that all success will depend on the accuracy and agility of the diagnoses presented, is there an estimated percentage of errors for HealthMonitor's diagnostics? Certainly minimal compared to the methods currently used

The article on medium about use case of HEALTH MONITOR are really interesting. I also think that there is a lot of possible use cases with this technology, it’s really a feature of the future. Medical diagnostic need to be disrupted.

The main benefit of this machine is assistance for individual person - identifying the disease at early stage. |
