Where are the monthly accounts?

Discussion of the website which still has bugs and (IMHO) looks poor. That impacts people's impression and could impact sales.

What's the situ with the Avalon refund and what will happen to it?

Improved communication with shareholders - hopefully a pr guy will sort that.

Improved press coverage. Pr guy again.

Clearly post the approx schedule as I did (it should have come through pr or ken last week).

Will there be an open source board design? That could help chip sales.

Etc.

This sort of thing as these were either promised or could materially affect the profitability of the company. Not micromanagement details which would always be a frigging nightmare (NDA issues, competitors, keyboard warriors, time, etc).

I'm not saying these are good or bad, they're just legitimate questions.

Pretty sure if this was run like any other public company and not "special" because of bitcoins he would have to follow some standard discloser rules... and until he acts like he runs a mature company, he wont get any of my money.

No company needs or wants (or often legally is able) to disclose internal project management documents and provide task details etc which is what EskimoBob is asking for. If this were a 'regular' company, it would not be any different.

ActiveMining aren't looking for investors. If they were then they'd have to decide what to release and some of this would be different.

Neither you, I, nor anyone else has any say in the running of the company. We are not VCs or Angels, we're people trading in shares. It seems some people genuinely don't understand what they're actually trading in.

The core plan was laid out, people invested, the plan is being followed. So I have to wonder why certain people keep dredging up the same trash instead of things which have legitimate questions.

Can we have Ken post up the goals and plan for the rest of the year? If he can point out in details the steps we will be taking and what goals will be met at a certain point in time that would be great. I hope you can get this relayed over to him. Thanks.

Advisory board, please try to nudge Ken towards getting a legitimate marketing director.  I just showed this image to my cubicle mate, and his response was, "What the fuck is that.  A cyber asshole?" Seriously, the current artwork looks like it was done by a 14 year old who just pirated is first copy of photoshop.  The logo also looks like ass compared to what hazryder was offering.

Yeah ok. The first two questions would be good to focus on. When can that be achieved by?

As far as communication goes, i think you are fielding it really well (in particular, the explaining of your position/distance) so maybe you should do it. Although, whoever does it, appears to need the skill to snap Ken out of this 'leave me alone to do it, i know what im doing' martyrdom nonsense.

I've also learned that whoever is responsible for this atrocity and the logo is handling the new site design, which for whatever reason is NOT being overseen by Lewicki anymore.  This is absurd.

When will everyone stop asking and realize that Ken will post stuff when he damn well pleases, not when people ask. Grin  I really had tremendous hope for AMC and VMC, but everything points to failure.  Maybe i'll be proven wrong.

That's seriously unbelievable. To a point I almost want to say it's a joke.

The idea that this was created and then looked at by someone in charge and that person said "yeah, that looks good - let's do it. This is definitely a solid, professional image" is laughable.

Or ActiveMining doesn't need a website, like Asicminer.

For the design I see right now, I think it's better not to have one...

re: Logo. We bought the original one but VMC chose to do their own. When it comes to web/branding, Ken goes his own way for better or worse.
What is the point of an advisory board if Ken ignores them in favor of his own ego? Not only is he ignoring the advisory board with decisions like this, but his shareholders, too! I don't think any investors would agree that Ken's logo is better than the other one. Also the VMC "Bitmine" image is comical at best. Crumbs' post above gave me a good laugh and illustrates the point of how ridiculous Ken is making the website look.

LOL... did I ask for anything different? Really?
Never I have asked for micromanagement. Status report is a fkn status report. I ask for simple statements of progress and  monthly fin statements.  Because of you  obvious lack of experience, you start accusing me of asking impossible.
I repeat, everything I ask is standard information and none of it is covered by NDA.

We (I) participated in so called IPO so we gave him coin needed to get this show on the road. VC or no VC, angel investor or not bull shit is irrelevant. Taking our coin means he has to report back, what he has done with the coin. Period.
If you can not get that trough your furry skull, Mr ffssixtynine, go stand in the corner and think for a while, why we like to see it. What fkn amateur hour... Seriously.

Did advisory board ever sign a contract, outlining their rights and responsibilities? This contract must work both ways.
At the moment,  sounds like Ken has told you to guys "piss off or stfu" and just ignores what ever you guys tell him.
Please confirm, it is not so.

I am not even going to start on that "design" horror of yours, with Earth as a sunken butt plug, leaking bitcoins.

While reading what I wrote, use the most friendliest and relaxing voice in your head.

That is one of the worst turns ActM has taken. Forget the lack of communication. That image is something to behold.
