You just told them that you don't want a refund and you are ok with late shipping, as long as they ship it as soon as possible. Why would you do that?

They answered this email today?Huh?  interesting... I replied to the email asking for clarification and did not get a response.

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

I have earned so much money and btc with knc jupiter´s, and for now I want.... hmm in germany we say:

It is better to have an fright with an end, as an never ending fright!

thx

My nerves on the end now, with this company.

I still waiting for the bj and the mpp boards, and when hf will deliver them on 15 Dec 2029 it is also ok. I am finished...

each time you send a transaction don't forget to use a new address, each time you receive one also!

I am finished...
Giving up is what they want. It's since October that i'm stressed for this, and they are doing whatever possible to kill us psychologically because they can't stand in court.

Don't give up.

My anger against what is wrong in the Bitcoin community is productive:

at Buyer's request and Hashfast will refund the payment [...]

Payment: 100% via BTC

I love this.

I have the same line, too.

Also, unit price is explicitely specified in BTC, like this:

UNIT PRICE:

xx.xxxxxxx BTC [$x,xxx USD)

Shipping is specified in USD.

Total is xx.xxxxx BTC [$X,XXX USD]

Payment: 100% via BTC

(TOS in received confirmation, from late August.)

2.(A):

All of the 550 Baby Jet units from Hashfast's first production batch are guaranteed for delivery by December 31, 2013. If Buyer ordered one or more units of such Baby Jets, and Hashfast does not deliver such units by that date, then Buyer may cancel the undelivered portion of the order at Buyer's request and Hashfast will refund the payment for the units that Buyer purchased but did not receive and cancelled.

No word here about any kind of conversion or rates or exchanges or anything like that. They will refund the payment, and that's all.

And payment was xx.xxxx BTC, so...

It is also on the email receipt and is clear that 100% full payment will be returned in the event of cancellation.

Quote
Your order is expected to ship between October 20 and October 30, 2013.  Physical delivery of your order will take place within days, depending on the shipment method selected.  HashFast guarantees that all "Baby Jet" units from our first production batch will be delivered by December 31, 2013.  If Buyer ordered one or more Baby Jet units, and HashFast does not deliver such units by that date, then Buyer may at his or her discretion, cancel the undelivered portion and HashFast will issue a full refund the payment for the units that Buyer purchased but did not receive and cancelled.   This cancellation and refund is Buyer's sole and exclusive remedy for HashFast failing to deliver by the December 31, 2013 guaranteed delivery date.  Buyer must cancel the order and request a refund by January 15, 2014 to avail him or herself of this remedy. Buyer to pay all taxes, duties and shipping costs on units delivered.

Again... payment was 100% BTC... ergo...

No, he does not, but since the question was specifically about the amount, so if the interpretation offered by cycloid ("same amount") is wrong, he ought to point it out. He did not, thereby implying that it is correct.

I just looked at my original payment invoice.. at the bottom of the invoice it was pretty clear language:

Quote
Baby Jet Delivery Dates. All of the 550 Baby Jet units from HashFast's first production batch are guaranteed for delivery by December

31, 2013. If Buyer ordered one or more units of such Baby Jets, and HashFast does not deliver such units by that date, then Buyer may

cancel the undelivered portion of the order at Buyer's request and HashFast will refund the payment for the units that Buyer purchased

but did not receive and cancelled. This cancellation and refund is Buyer's sole and exclusive remedy for HashFast failing to deliver by

the December 31, 2013 guaranteed delivery date, and Buyer must cancel the order by January 15, 2014 to avail itself of this remedy.

Buyer to pay all taxes, duties and shipping costs.

and above that in the middle of the invoice is this:

Quote
Payment:

100% via BTC

Saved. So much for 700GH/s, 1.2TH/s or whatever numbers people were hoping for.

439.72GH/s  with 450watts at the wall.

"450Watts!" Indeed. Given they're using a 1000W Platinum supply right in the middle of its efficiency peak, this is more than a little sad. So much for significantly less than 1J/GH at the wall.

So they missed their power requirements, missed shipping, and looks like missed the over promised ghash rate(by this i mean the 500ghash promised and heavily advertised on the site and elsewhere as the fastest asic chip.

Fyi on their site they still advertise a 400Watt for the Baby jet

Music in that video is kinda sexy. I guess they want to distract people from the shit performance. Look, Cgminer running at 427. AWFUL!

At least they obviously read this thread, even though they won't answer questions. They sure pointed out a lot of specific inquiries.

The original advertised specs when I bought were <350W at the system level:

HashFast is launching sales of the Baby Jet.

Here are details:

System Specs
 - 1 HashFast Golden Nonce (GN) Chip
 - Hashing Output: 400 Gigahash/s at nominal clock speed
 - Under 350 watt power draw*
 - Efficient liquid cooling

* Real silicon power consumption may vary from simulation results by plus or minus 20%

So I don't know why they are gloating over 450W, that is well outside of the 20% tolerance @425 GH/s

backing out on your original ToS and telling customers they can only be refunded at TODAYS btc exchange rate rather than the time of purchase seems fairly...criminal?
