Yes. For bets on contractual matches. I faced this once
There's a chance that bitcoin can.be usedthere in criminality but I don't think it would be a great idea in the part of law and criminals. Criminals might think twice before entering this kind of transaction because they might caught easily. On the side of the law it will add to their numerous problem and that's not a good thing.

Everything is used by criminals, not just Bitcoin. For sure, the great majority of the criminals are using fiat. The more dangerous ones are definitely using fiat. They are the ones who are wearing suits and are occupying high positions in the governments of different countries and in the top executive positions of various international companies. In the low level, even scissors and frying pans and pins are used by criminals as well. Also, all of they uses air for breathing!!!

I think, yes. Bitcoin is most commonly used by criminals because, first it is thru internet where most of the people don't have access, second, crime is much easier and faster with the use of today's technology, third, money is everything and it can be the source of evil and that's why there are many cyber criminals out there that uses bitcoin as their fundings to their bad deeds

This is because criminals think that bitcoin is very easy to use, compared with banks that need a real identity to create accounts, anonymously and without identity then we can make any number of wallets, and certainly do not need an identity (anonymous).

Yes for sure but this doesn't mean that it is a spam, it's benefits are more than harms. In the past there was a huge money laundery activities all around the world and the governments stopped it, it might be the same in crypto market in the future, we can not go on without seeing this development.

I once read an article that says bitcoin is used as a payment transaction for terrorists and hackers. And maybe you guys in this forum also already know it. But here i want to convey my personal opinion in that matter. I think that internet and bitcoin interrelated. Many terrorists and criminals use internet .so also with bitcoin which used perpetrator However, despite all these issues, do people make concrete efforts to ban the internet? No. Not because removing and banning Bitcoin is difficult, but because the internet offers more positive than negative. For the same reason, we have to be more careful about our mindset for Bitcoin, because much evidence has shown that Bitcoin brings many positive, if not more, effects than the internet. Internet and Bitcoin are just devices that 'bad guys' and 'good people'. Fortunately, the world is filled with more people in the 'good people' category.
this is so because bitcoin is accessible to anyone and anywhere as long as there is a support network so if the result of bitcoin for the crime depends on the purpose and initial intentions of the investors

Yes, although the transaction can be seen by everyone but its identity is quite difficult to trace if it is kept secret by the owner. So criminals use this to support their criminal activity. So we need to address this wisely, if used as a good, it will be more useful.

We all know that bitcoin can use by anyone and we did not know what is the characteristics of each of the user because in getting or withdrawing a bitcoin they did not ask if what is the record of the people and too hard to trace the users if they use it in goods or bads.

possible, because anonymous transactions can lead to money laundry, bad people can gather in bitcoin, this reason also causes some countries do not legalize bitcoin, maybe anonymous transactions can be a positive or a negative thing, the positive our identity is not dispersed and not complicated.

Quite frankly, yes they are using bitcoin anonymously, there have been several or numerous cases through the years that criminals are using bitcoin, as a payment method, transacting stuff, most likely to  be weapons or drugs, but on the other hand, we also use bitcoin as a positive effect to the industry, its not only them, but us also, we are more likely to influence more and more people to embrace bitcoin and cryptocurrency, but sadly it also has disadvantages once bitcoin becomes more mainstream, gladly altcoins are here to help.

Bitcoin is also used by criminals because its easy to remove the trace from the blockchain. Criminals can use a Bitcoin mixers to remove the trail. Not just by criminals also used to fund the terrorist. We cannot prevent this because crypto is decentralized. All we can do is to become responsible.
Definitely yes, bitcoin and the other cryptocurrency can able to used by  criminals and i am sure that when the criminals used bitcoin, it has a advantages and disadvantages, the advantage of it is the bitcoin is will able to be more popular and disadvantage of it is some criminals can ruined bitcoin.

One thing I have noticed is that the incidence of Bitcoin-based ransomware affecting the systems have gone down. During 2017, some of the hackers behind these ransomware were arrested by the law enforcement authorities, and that might have caused a decline.

People think criminals use bitcoin to take advantage of tax or make black money white etc, but criminals has been doing that with paper money too. No matter how secure and transparent your currency is, it will be used by bad people one way or another. So lets look into positive things.

Because of this, you should not question the common right of people to anonymity on the Internet. Some people and structures are constantly raising this topic with the aim of discrediting the crypto currency. However, the cryptogram itself has nothing to do with it. Criminality is a purely law enforcement issue, and customs help them to do this. Cool

Of course they do. Like any other currency. Yes it became easier for them to translate, shoot and so on. But I think they still do something against them. Nothing stands still. Ways to do this will be.
