Thank You for thinking about this critically. The chips were made. Who has them and why don't we? There only so many possibilities. They were either stolen, bought by a higher bidder, they are not held up in customs (complete BS story), are intentionally being held back by Yifu only and have not gone out to anyone, or are being held up by Yifu and "others".

Where do you (collective) think the 20% increases have been coming from?
Let me ask you something pendejo, where do you think the 20% increases have been coming from?

Were Bitsyncom in possession of 2+ million chips as of the end of June, with photographic proof including that of the Airway Bill and Tracking number  to substantiate such a claim?
Yes.
No, (24big box) x (6 small box) =  144 small box x 2600 chips =  374.400 chips ---> cca 130 TH

I thought about sueing avalon but it would be pointless. The time the judge made his decision the chips are worth zero. So we are at some point at the mercy of Yifu. Of course if all is lost and he not even wants to pay a refund we have to sue him.

Admit it that you are afraid, community would provide you all needed funds to hire best lawyers and stuff.
Who cares about the chips, there is many more mirrions to be won at court
https://blockchain.info/address/1FGAftzSTztFSB8LMwsrdCKTyqGY6zr3sU
Remember it? the "I don't control that" address.
There are some serious money to be taken, and if this thing would go public we would possibly achieve a deal breaker for Ex-banker (Phoenix) and chinese liar (Yifu).
The investor wouldn't trust such a scumbag if it goes public and he would be aware who he is going to take care of his investment.
Yifu deserves it, so the whole bitcoin community to stop this preorder madness.

Putting and thinking revenge in business isn't a good path, and being stubborn as a child is even worse.
I won't be suing as it is pointless, waste of time and waste of money.

Greed shouldn't be the essence of bitcoin

I've only just realized that I dodged a bullet yesterday when I decided not purchase a group buy order from another user. Yifu has a lot of questions to answer and I bet that once again he will disappear for a few days. I feel sorry for people like Sebastian who put a lot of effort into organizing group buys and had to answer question for YIFU.

Sigh..... how does a company so knowing about components and sending them through customs make such a big mistake.

Some areas require less customs, many great stories on how companies have shipped electronic parts.   How did Avalon not at least use smaller boxes.... ship on multiple days.

Ship a ton of electronic components in big boxes, on the same day I'm guessing.  Is asking for a delay in customs.  And once they go there its hard to tell how long it will be.

BFL? ASICMiner?

AM is bringing either 262 TH/sec or 900 TH/sec up this year.

BFL has something between 200 and 1000 TH/sec in preorders to ship, which they have been doing, slowly.

Bitsyncom,

Thanks for the update. It is appreciated, but around 20 weeks to late (proper project management will know if development will take twice the time, or remain on time, at least half the time in development)
I have made a poll, where the forum members can decide what you should do to regain the trust for future products:

This is the account where the coins from chip orders have gone:
https://blockchain.info/address/1FGAftzSTztFSB8LMwsrdCKTyqGY6zr3sU?offset=0&filter=0

Judging from the balance, that's about 3.036 pcs of full Avalons worth of chip orders.
What's interesting here is that I don't see any outgoing payments from this account.
Meaning, the chip orders to TSMC must have been paid from other sources.

So, basically Bitsyncom -could- refund all chip orders if they had to, as they are still holding all the funds.
Maybe I'm wrong, this is just my view of the situation.

My point exactly. Refund the groupbuys or whoever made an order with them.. But what do you mean 3.036? there's hundreds of thousands of chips ordered..

Millons. Apparently at least 2.1 million existed and were in Bitsyncom's possession in June. This ame from a BTCman thread in June, the link is below. I don't speak Chinese, but it was from a disenchanted designer in Bitsyncom that claimed with solid photographic evidence 2.1 million chips worth 14.7 million USD existed, ready to ship.

Hello everyone...er... Hello every shareholder,

About that "big news" regards to Avalon:

From a thread at btcman.com that was posted by a ID called "gridchip" last month, we (incl. all btcman`s members) can sure that Avalon team do have a big discord inside. It was written in chinese and need to register&login to read ,so I d prefer not giving the link here (all chinese shareholders can find it at "比特币挖矿区" board) However, I hardly believe the rest of this news is real.

I believe this is the link;

http://www.btcman.com/bbs/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=4621&extra=page%3D1&page=4

Do we have anyone here that can join and read through the Chinese forum and tell us what's up?

What does it say?

Make my day! Say thanks if you found me helpful Smiley BTC Address --->

It is not a question of money. It is a question of Yifu spending time in jail for defrauding people, IF that is the case.
That should be found out. This isn't about "suing" per say, it is just about doing what is right. And we have more of an obligation to doing what is right than "suing". If they happen to cross paths then so be it.

I checked the payment for the 5 batches in our groupbuy and 4 went to this address: https://blockchain.info/de/address/1FGAftzSTztFSB8LMwsrdCKTyqGY6zr3sU

The 5th, which in fact is our second batch, is still in the address i sent it to. It must be a bitpay controlled address. Maybe yifu didnt took it out or bitpay gave him other bitcoins.

But that should prove that this address isnt the only one containing chip batch payments.

Please ALWAYS contact me through bitcointalk pm before sending someone coins.
