Hello everyone , i like to let you know that Hitbtc locked my account for 1 month i sent all documents ( selfie with hitbtc screen , id , selfie with id , utility bill , again utility bill )
and now guess what , no response from the support from March 10 2019 , i send an email like eveyrday but no response , ticket #403634  . i will keep you updated guys

4 months I can neither trade nor withdraw money. Total ignore from support. All documents, scans of passports, videos - everything was sent in ticket.

It's a complete gambling to trade any small coins in hitbtc.
Any day your coin could be delisted and your coins get stuck because of the HUGE withdrawal fees. 

Disintegrated coins are available for withdrawal in the users' interface for a certain period of time and can still be withdrawn after that by contacting the support team. You can find more info on that here: https://support.hitbtc.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000712489-What-happens-if-a-coin-is-disintegrated

Since our commissions are flat and do not depend on the number of funds withdrawn, our financial team adjusts them in accordance with the market situation.
Can you please let us know if there are any coins you refer to in particular?

I have done all KYC requirments and still cant withdraw my coins, and when i send support tickets i just get same email evrytime about do KYC. It has gone soon 2 weeks without i can withdrawl from site.

There were a lot of such coins, especially delisted in the end of the 2018. Almost all of them had fees more than 100k sat.
To my memory, the delisted coin that has the most fee is LUC. Withdrawal price is more than 110000 coins.
At the current price of 5 sat the fee is more than 0.005 BTC

I have already sent the 3rd type of documents and still can not pass the verification! I have the impression that the exchange specifically pulls time so that I would throw everything and my money in the account. Very similar to fraud!

In the Bittrex thread, I'm constantly reporting this guy, to keep the thread clean; Bittrex is still my all-time favorite exchange.

I'm hereby NOT defending HitBTC; however, just trying to make you all realize that you can't believe everything you "read", especially if it's without any proof or reference.

Things are looking very shady at HitBTC.

What is really going on behind the scenes there. Are they in financial trouble that is why they are selective scamming customers?

Hello.

I'm afraid because my account is fully locked , i'm not able to withdrawal ( for around 0.84 BTC )
I have opened a ticket #424433 :

KYC -> I sent all documents
After, the support team answered me yesterday for proof of residence.
I sent my bank statement + my IBAN. ( same name, same address  : they refused ).
So, I sent three times my Internet Bill ( same name, same address )

After that, no answer.
They think I sent e-mail to bad e-mail address /-_-'/ but no, only at support+id424433 [at] hitbtc.zendesk.com ... so ...they told me on Twitter " We don't receive your e-mail, please try form another e-mail " .. lol..  But before they received , and now no... but why not...

I created a new e-mail, and I sent again today at 16h48.

And after, at 18h35, they said " check your mailbox ", but of course, NOTHING.


Why I am afraid ? Because I bought small by small with my economy this Bitcoin in December 2018, half on Bitcoin ATM, half on a guy found on Localbitcoins.

They write to their website that people are allowed to withdraw without KYC 1 BTC. But in my case not.


KYC is not the problem.
The problem is how they proceed with me ( low, ask too much documents for nothing ), and I see too much message that they ask proof of fund, that I don't have because I bought in cash in December for a total of .. around 3500€ .

I'm honest, not a frauder. I give them all documents. And now, i'm waiting waiting waiting and see a lot of people in my case on Twitter.
Sound not good at all.

They wrote to a man this :

If you verify your account, you will be able to withdraw 100 BTC per day and 30,000 BTC per month.

Me it's... 0.87 BTC !!!
I'm totally despair... I never had this sort of problem in my life, I feel scammed.
