My buddy requested instant payout but did not receive it. Sad He can't see a transaction logged on BBE or Blockchain.info.
The tx information linked is: blockchain.info/tx-index/689bf4a34eaafac285b4952109dc4790d7d35c4ac6cf82576ba783fc18b53ff1 but it just says 'transaction not found', is there anything he needs to do to fix it?

Why can't he just ask directly ?
PM me the account name and TX amount so I can check it.

Um how odd. I have it saved in my outbox:

Do I need a certain rank on the forums to send pms? I re-sent it.

[EDIT]: They seem to be going to a different account with the same username:

How do I specify UID in sending PMs?

It looks like an old account of [Tycho]. All the posts are deleted but the sig and website refer to DeepBit. Explains why I didn't get a response to a few PMs too.

A lot of rejected shares this morning from my 2 rigs runnin' BAMT with phoenix... anything I should change?
Please check the worker's stats at the pool website. Are those shares shown as stales ?
What stale percentage is shown there ?
Well TBH I switched pools till morning and then returned to deepbit and everything was working smooth. Don't know were they shown as stales cause I didn't look and also reseted all counters.
It's doing it again and this time I see my stale percentage to go from the usual 0.29% to 1.63% so what could be the problem? It's not my hardware cause if I switch to different pool rejected rate drops to normal.

My stales are holding at 0.76%, not having any connectivity issues as far as I can tell.

Hey,

I lost 1 BTC somehow, could anyone care to explain? I have been using the instant payout button for a long time and a day or two ago I decided to switch to automatic payout when reaching 1 BTC. I had made an instant payout less than 24 hours ago when 1 BTC was reached - it was deducted from my balance but disappeared completely. It doesnt show up on payments tab and it isnt in my wallet.

I'm pretty sure something bugged out on deepbits side when it decided to do an automatic payment less than 24 hours after I did a manual payment.

Help would be appreciated thanks.

Now I find myself missing a tx. This is alarming because I have autopay enabled...

https://blockexplorer.com/tx/68dd9ada6c8ac5e8913f3a538370a89aab25c9bf0ee0cf41d7cf3d6317f53bf3

Can you assist? I couldn't find it on blockchain.info either. Is the ability to PM you fixed?

EDIT: PM sent, forgot to outbox it so I can't tell if it went to you or the other [Tycho]. Is there something we're doing wrong? Having to audit tx's I'm afraid I may miss one.

EDIT: I resent with Outbox, it went to the other [Tycho]. I don't get it. I click your profile, send THIS USER a PM and it goes to that other user... Why? Why can't I just lock it to the user I want to communicate with if same username is allowed? This, and the TX issues, I really don't want to quit this pool, I know you don't need my Mhashes but I really hate the idea of having to establish with another pool because of payment/PM issues. Deepbit has never missed a payment to me before. What do I do if I can't PM?

Try the email address on the web site.

A: Because it messes up the order in which people normally read text.
Q: Why is top-posting such a bad thing?
A: Top-posting.
Q: What is the most annoying thing on usenet and in e-mail?

I've got 2xRadeon HD6970s, using pocblm, and my miners spend a lot of time idling on this pool.

I'm connecting without a problem, but it seems the cards 'run out of work'.  Sometimes if I kill the script and start it again, they start fetching work again and get back to mining.  That doesn't always work though.

warning: job finished: Cayman 0:0 is idle
warning: job finished: Cayman 0:1 is idle

Here's my command line:

python pocblm.py http://myemail@mydomain:mypassword@pit.deepbit.net:8332 -v -w 128 --no-bfl

I originally had "-w 256" but reduced it.

Suggestions?  Thoughts?

Check your GPU temp. Work may be cutting off due to overheating. You can reduce temp by downclocking the memclock, which is not used for mining. I recommmend MSI Afterburner for monitoring temp/downclocking.

On my earlier post: Payment received, thanks [Tycho].

It almost seems like I'm outpacing the work the pool can give me, which strikes me as odd w/only 2GPUs.

Here's the information on my cards:

Adapter 0 - AMD Radeon HD 6900 Series
                            Core (MHz)    Memory (MHz)
           Current Clocks :    250           150
             Current Peak :    900           300
  Configurable Peak Range : [500-950]     [1375-1450]
                 GPU load :    0%

Adapter 1 - AMD Radeon HD 6900 Series
                            Core (MHz)    Memory (MHz)
           Current Clocks :    250           150
             Current Peak :    900           300
  Configurable Peak Range : [500-950]     [1375-1450]
                 GPU load :    4%

(For instance, right now, they are idling.)

I should mention that I don't think it's heat - I'm not using the case, the fans are exposed to outside air, and let's just say it's not warm where I am.  I've got the windows open and am wearing two layers myself.  ;-)

Oh snap I know what's wrong. That attrib settimeout must be set to 60 for long polling to work correctly. This is to allow time for new blocks to appear in the blockchain if you were curious as to why. I don't know exactly how to set it in poclbm (I use phoenix, which can't longpoll unless you set up a stratum proxy for it) but that is definitely the problem. Always happy to help the pool where I can.
