What do you think about today's match? Can Australia win today's match? or will they white wash by England? I hope England will be able to beat Australia in today's match. I too think that England is going to win this match as I didn't see much from the Aussies in the first two games. Nevertheless I'm just going to bet on Aus and if they didn't perform well then I'll just make a bet on England. Edit: Wow looks like many changes in both teams. England (Playing XI): Tom Banton, Jonny Bairstow(w), Dawid Malan, Sam Billings, Moeen Ali(c), Joe Denly, Tom Curran, Chris Jordan, Adil Rashid, Jofra Archer, Mark Wood Australia (Playing XI): Aaron Finch(c), Matthew Wade(w), Marcus Stoinis, Steven Smith, Glenn Maxwell, Mitchell Marsh, Ashton Agar, Mitchell Starc, Kane Richardson, Adam Zampa, Josh Hazlewood If Aussies didn't win this one, they don't deserve to be at the top of the table. Right now very steady start by England 53/1 in 8 overs and if they are going like this then surely they can reach some good target which could be around 175+ and this is not going to be easy for Australia to chase this as they are not in good touch. Edit: Zampa takes wicket on his first ball good wicket.

The run rate is not that huge for Australia to win the match and Smith and Marsh is still in the crease and i am surprised that they dropped Warner for this match and just when i thought Australia will be able to chase this score they lost a couple of quick wickets and after seeing the first match i am not confident that Australia could win this easily as a wicket from this situation could change the match like the first one.
Edit: Damn their fifth wicket is gone and Smith is back in the pavilion and we might see another choke from Australia.

England Fighting hard even Australia is still hot favourite as score is not enough and they have some good hard hitters but very good and entertaining match Australia need 35 runs in 32 balls. RRR: 6.56 if Australia losing from here then surely its going to be disaster for them and their confidence for coming ODI series.

I'm happy to see Australia win the final T20 match even though England have won the series however this win by Australia will help them build some winning mentality heading into the 3 game ODI series. England has played a lot of cricket in the past few months so they are in form while Australia need to continue to find form which they have and now we should see a close fought ODI series.

Summery of 3rd T-20 : Both teams tried their best to throw the game on opposition's lap but in the end England won the "Throw the game" contest . That said pitches were bit tough/slow (for batsmen) in this series T-20 series, which is completely different from last (PAk vs ENG).

The last name on your list caught my attention. I remember Kamlesh Nagarkoti from the U19 World Cup in 2018. He was very impressive during that tournament. Nagarkoti formed a lethal fast-bowling partnership with another bowler in this list (Shivam Mavi) and won many matches for the Indian U19 side. But ever since that tournament, he has been out of action due to injury. Despite being a part of the IPL squads, he is yet to play a single match for his franchise (Kolkata Knight Riders).

It is really a happy news that Australia was win the match. But both teams played very well. It was very important for Australia to win that match. If they had lost this match, they would have been emotionally broken. England would have ruled the ODI series alone. It is very important not to be emotionally upset to win a match. I am hopeful that we will see a competitive ODI series.

Although I won yesterdays bet on Aus, I wouldn't say neither of the team played well. Tbh, the only reason I could see the Aussies winning the match is that both Butler and Morgan were missing and England managed to get only a par total of 145 runs. The middle-order has been a disaster of both the teams but its worse for Aus. You are right that if Aus hadn't won the last match they would have been emotionally broken, but I don't think that it would do much difference to the upcoming ODIs.

This is not going to have big impact on Aussies but still good as win is win and now they are retaining world no 1 twenty/20 team so now we will have some good from both teams in ODI series for me Malan is not in some serious surprise as he deserve spot in this team after very good performance against Pakistan and now Aussies.

yes you're right England played more match before this t20 series it has helped to England team to win the series and i am also happy with Australian preformed in final t20 match because previous both t20 matches gives big lose for me and i gain 3x profits in final match.

There is nothing positive in the match as Australia struggled with the batting and the bowlers were able to restrict England because they had two of their top players missing from the line up. Australia need to find new players and strengthen their middle order if they need to compete against the top T20 teams but i think ODI will be much competitive than T20.

In ODI's they have some better players because twenty/20 is mostly base on luck and skills but in this format we have some changes as skills and luck so hopefully they will perform better and we will have good cricket from Current World Champions vs Former World Champions for me Australia could be more good in this format instead of very short formate as they have few good players those can change things very quickly.

Well match fitness will always play a big role in matches and as England has played a lot of cricket in the past few months the whole team are match fit where as Australia haven't played since the start of the year and there is a big difference between playing matches and practice matches so that is why I gave England the edge in this series but hopefully now that Australia has 3 matches under their belt that they now start to perform a lot better in the ODI series.

When i first watched him in U19 WC, was wondering how on earth he's generating 145-148 kph continuously, considering he was super skinny and not very big guy. So there was fair amount of excitement and hype (for right reasons) when Knight Riders bought him. Good on KKR and BCCI management that they are still backing him and taking care of him. I would like to see him in the Whites in next 2-3 years if his fitness doesn't get in the way.

I read somewhere that his coach asked him to drastically change his bowling action, in order to avoid injury. So I am not sure whether he is still bowling at the 90 mph levels. The same happened to South African bowler Mfuneko Ngam. He had a great start to his international career, but then he faced severe injury problem. Changed his bowling action as a result, and after that he lost his pace and was no longer effective.

One of the biggest problem of a fast blowler is injuries and to avoid injuries they become medium pacer which generally ends the career. Very few fast bowlers have been able to consistently throw balls above 85 mph till the end of their career. This guys was throwing above 90mph which will surely will result in injuries.

If the bowling action is flawless, then the chance of getting an injury will be low. Curtly Ambrose (the legendary fast bowler from Antigua) constantly bowled at around 90 mph, and he never had any major injury problem. The same goes for Shoiab Akhtar as well. That said, I am not very optimistic about the future of Nagarkoti. I hope that he will be able to fully recover, unlike some of the other bowlers.

Some players fitness is good, again some players fitness is average level. They have to working hard for better fitness. Many potential players have ended their careers due to fitness issue and injuries.

Javagal Srinath was the backbone of Indian pace attack during the 1990s. When he was at his peak, a rotator-cuff injury forced him out of playing for almost a year (in 1997). His team-mates such as Venkatesh Prasad, Debashish Mohanty and Ajit Agarkar also faced frequent injury outages. However, during the last two decades, such incidents among Indian bowlers have remained rare. Players such as Zaheer Khan, Munaf Patel and Irfan Pathan missed very few matches due to injury.

He's in good hands for quite some time so i am optimistic about his career graph, let's see what happens. I don't know about Mfuneko Ngam but agreed on your statement. Having said that we do have Pat Cummins's example in front of us too so it could go both ways. --------------------- Gentle reminder to everyone
