After a competitive first ODI, New Zealand batting failed completely as they lost their 8th wicket for just 103 runs. Did not expect such a one sided match and the Indian fast bowlers were tearing the batsman and if the pitch gives the same returns when India comes to bat and if they are able to pick some early wickets then the match can be dragged for a little longer.

I have feeling things like these expected because early moisture not allowed kiwis to have anything, and they bundled out badly with just 15 for 5 was worse because no one was expecting batting like this, but we already watch and then again we have lower order which helps and give some encouragement which allow them to reach three figures but still Mohammad Shami was the hero for India and Hardik Pandya also done good damage after having target like this India's reply was usual, but again Virat Kohli was in hurry to give his wicket, and he has done this before end these procedures now another whitewash for the Indian team is waiting in third and final match which is going to play at Indore on 24th January.

I absolutely do not care about what the condition is and how the track behaved. The only thing I understand is that there is no way New Zealand should have been all out for only 108. They should have done much better regardless of the situation and weather. Even if everything was against them, they should have at least scored more than 180. A target of 109 is absolutely unacceptable by any standards. India has already won this series. And now I am quite confident that they are going to whitewash New Zealand.

India is quite strong in the home ground. Once again India proved it to the world. The upcoming series against Australia is the much expected and Gilchrist have mentioned of Australia to be strong squad after long to win matches against India. We don't know how long the consistency of the performance will continue with the India team. And their decision was completely correct. New Zealand suffered a nasty batting disaster. Their collection was only 15 runs in 10.3 overs. And they lost 5 wickets. I don't imagine they will face such a bad batting disaster. They lost the first 5 batsmen of the top order. They collected only 33 runs in 15 overs. It looks like they will lose all the wickets within 100 runs.
Indian batsmen are in very good form now. A win against India now seems impossible given the low run target. India will win today's match very easily and win the series.

Glenn Phillips is batting with responsibility. He remains unbeaten with 26 runs off 38 balls. In 25 overs New Zealand batsmen managed to collect 73 runs and they lost 6 wickets. Now Phillips and Santner are batting. Both are quite experienced batsmen. If they build a partnership I guess New Zealand will collect around 170-180. Otherwise New Zealand's innings will stop between 120-130. Indian bowlers are bowling very well today. Mohammad Swami in particular bowled well. He managed to pick up three wickets with 18 runs in 6 overs.

I agree with you, It is truly embarrassing for the New Zealand cricket team to score 108 runs in ODI matches. New Zealand cricket team played an unexpected game. In the ODI series, the New Zealand cricket team was defeated by the Indian cricket team in two consecutive matches. In the ODI series, India won the two-match against New Zealand to take the coveted spot. Especially in the 2nd match, the bowling of the Indian cricket team was commendable

New Zealand fought to the end against India in the first match but in the second ODI, they lost completely. The New Zealand cricket team has been all out for just 108 runs. They managed to bat only 34.3 overs in 50 overs. But not without praising the bowlers of the Indian cricket team who bowled a few wickets every one of them picked up wickets. But especially Md. Sami has done great bowling in his spell of only six overs. He bowled six overs and picked up three valuable wickets for 18 runs with a medal.  And he was adjudged Man of the Match. I think the same. If Bumrah is fit and picks up form before the world cup there is definitely no one who can stop us from taking the world cup. Playing in Indian conditions is heavenly for our players. Also the team this year has a lot of odi matches to play before the world cup itself so, there will be a lot of trial and testing to find the best combination. And even as of now 8-9 months before the cup i feel we have almost the winning combination just 3-4 spots need to be finalized.
