Please correct me if I am wrong but you guys promised 6TH +/- 10% and 2500W Nominal Power Consumption?

We expected to get to 6 TH/s with 2700W "at the wall".
The issue with July, August and September batches is extremely slow (3 sigma slow) LVT transistors.
Fixing the issue is done by a small adjustment in the production process. No need to fix the masks.

ME here, but its not the same thing. Its 1200W rated output, 1500W input. Ie its drawing 1500W at the wall to generate 1200W of usable power for the components. [realistically its probably 1500, 1350 or so]

1200W output after the voltage conversion (indeed 1350W as it is overvolted) - 1500W input at wall
voltage conversion always adds specially when you are out of the 70-90% load of the PSU.

Anyway the SP30 have ended being a slighty improved 3xSP10 (25% W/H improvement).

I am waiting to see the details but a 25% refund based on buy price when the SP30 is 25% slower and 20% more power hungry doesn't help, hosting prices will be 20% higher so ROI will be greatly hurt.
Refund should be based on the same W/H, not overclocking the SP30 as you are doing to try to reduce the H/s issue.

There was never a 0.4w/GH for the full system. 0.5W/GH was what I used for my calculations and I am sure that downclocking will be possible just like with SP10.

This affects the running costs, profitability and lifetime of the machine, and should also be considered when deciding compensation.

OK, great. Then, the 0.55Gh/w is at the instrument level? From the point of view of consumer, it is 0.67W/Gh because I am getting 4.5TH and pay for 3kw to my power provider.

Hashplex got the 2500W from the product page, but it was stated a long time ago that for the 6TH/s the units would need 2700W.

Hashplex got the 2500W from the product page, but it was stated a long time ago that for the 6TH/s the units would need 2700W.

Basically the co. over promised and under delivered, this is not the way to do business and is the reason why I will never buy a Pre-Sale, I bet the co. knew there would be issues with hardware hence no refund.
